Anthony and Martin showed up on time, they were so professional, polite and kind explaining various options because my job involved the circuit breaker. They took care of the immediate problem and then scheduled the main work to be completed in 2 days! I’m grateful I found Ampere Electric and they’re help make my home safe for years to come.

Ampere was able to fix two areas of the home that were wired completely wrong by previous owners. They also did a full home redeviceto ensure no other issues exist. We were grateful that Carlos came in towards the end of day 3 to check on how things were going. He was able to assist his team with the final problem area and ensure we are now safe in our home.

Craig was very knowledgeable in generators and battery systems. I bought a movable Westinghouse 10000c and wanted it wired into our cabin for when NV cuts the power up here in Mt Charleston. Great install with a the needed generator sub panel. Only guy that came out for a bid and said we could put this little panel in a closet out of site. Awesome..

Sebastian and Angel were amazing. Very courteous and professional. Sebastian worked out several price options for us and Angel worked all day to get our power restored. A++++ service from both gentleman. Highly recommend

He walked me through my options and associated pricing while providing practical counsel. In addition to addressing my concern he completed an inspection of my electrical panel.

Nathan has come out two times for us. First he installed our EV charger, and then new smoke detectors. He is knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He also takes time to answer any questions I have. We will be requesting him every time. Ask for Nathan!

Excellent service on all levels, 5.5 star rating. First techs, assessing likely needs in the morning, returned to office/warehouse for equipment, and were timely, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant, as well as very careful with our home. In the afternoon, the two "installation techs," Sam and Salon, were also excellent on all levels, despite having to work into the early evening, again personable, knowledgeable, thorough, considerate, efficient, and very pleasant. In addition, they left us with a number of specific options plans for any additional serv ices we might need in the future. I'll recommend ampere to my friends very highly.

Customer service rep answered the call quickly, dispatched Nathan within the hour. Nathan was amazing as he gave a 360-degree explanation that I appreciate as it makes you see possible future issues. The good thing is he also offered levels of solutions. He represented the company well, and even explained the customer membership opportunity and benefits. He repaired the two hardwired smoke alarms and even replaced the batteries of my carbon monoxide detector. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Urgently needed an outlet for my ev vehicle. So thankful Max and Ampere electric was able to come in last minute(same day) to quickly install a Tesla outlet charger at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism and precision.

They walked me through the process, explained the technical details clearly, and made sure the setup was safe, efficient, and up to code. The work was completed in less than an hour! and the area was left spotless. My Tesla charges flawlessly now, and I feel confident in the quality of the installation.

Great professionalism, and great work. We had Arthur and Sam come in and replace the power panel for the whole house. They were very nice and efficient, and had our electricity back on in no time. They also did extra work by installing a circuit breaker on the A/C, which was very helpful and unexpected. We enjoyed their friendly service and highly recommend this company.

I contracted with Ampere Electric to upgrade my electrical panel from 200 amp to 400 amp and to wire my new 50’ x 22’ detached RV Garage. Craig is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable and very flexible. Craig went above and beyond my expectations, he cleaned up a mess that was made mostly by other subcontractors. I also greatly appreciated all the photos he took and sent to me because I was not onsite. His work is clean, well labeled, and just looks awesome. Needless to say we passed inspection easily every time.

Sam dela Torre and another tech from your company did an outstanding job. Changed our old faulty electric panel to a brand new and upgraded one. Worked long hours tirelessly and patiently 'til they completed the job. Very professional and knowledgeable ,we're very happy and satisfied with their work. Martin came to do our walkthrough to provide estimates for work. The team is very professional. Multiple texts and emails confirming the appointment and when the tech would arrive. The text even has the name and a picture of the tech so you know who’s coming to your home. The walkthrough was very thorough. He made a few recommendations, no pressure at all. Martin presented three options, all of which were priced fairly. He was also upfront about what work might be done by a different professional. All in a very good experience.
