Patrick showed up for a same day appointment. He was on time. He was very kid friendly. My toddler just adored him so much he wanted to help him look at the outlets in his bedroom. My dogs also responded very well with him in home. We had a bad experience with another electrician previously that day who lacked knowledge and skills (no basic customer service skills). After having Patrick check on our home electrical I am sure he will be our electrician going forward for any issues or upgrades. He is very knowledgeable with older homes and honest which is very hard to find these days (we own a 1966 remodeled home). Thank you Patrick for taking the time to explain how and what kind of electrical system I have, how grounds and GFCI work too. He is welcome back anytime.
