Paid cash for service and asked for receipt to be sent to my son's phone (who lives at tje house) or my own. It was never received. Called a week or two later, talked to Tom Gallager who did the work who said he'd send it to my phone. Nevet happened.

Truck #321, there is no reason to drive 90 mphin a company truck . Absolutely not care for safety of others. When you call to report they act like you are lieing. Safety first Helix, safety first.

I was having several weeks where my breakers were being thrown when I was working in my kitchen so I called the Helix electric they came out told me the problem they fixed it awesome excellent experience if need electrical service again I will most definitely call them. Everyone was extremely professional very nice very thorough to help me understand about my electrical needs and for a month now it's been working perfect.

Their drivers drive recklessly without regard to the law and flaut traffic laws. If they don't pay attention to those laws, I'm not confident that they respect electrical code either. Clean up your business.

Just encountered a driver of this company going down Tropicana speeding for no reason swerving in and out of lanes and when he had to change lanes did it last minute almost hitting the blinking arrow. Driving like a crazy person since he got off the highway #336. If this is how this company works professionally, no thank you.

James is the best! He is responsive and keeps you updated. He provided a written estimate, arrived on time and answered all questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, and cleaned up when finished - including vacuuming! He will be our go to person for all things electrical.

Neptune Electric is one of the BEST in Vegas. Called to schedule some installation and repairs for my home. Jose was very knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. Definitely recommend them! Very reliable company
