Best electricians in all of Las Vegas! They don't try to go after your money and don't charge extra for every little thing. You can tell Jose is a nice and honest man. I definitely recommend! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I've been using Jose from neptune Electric for over 9 years. He used to work for another company and Finally opened his own. I'm using him for business and residential. He connected all the vehicle lifts,comressors at 220v at my shop over 7 years ago and still didnt have a issue with not even one of them. One of the last job was fireplace with TV and background lighting done at my house. Hes always there and never charged me more then it takes him to do the job. Call with confidence.

I've been using Jose for over 5 years for my personal and rental properties. Super reliable and never charged me more then it takes. Also he doesnt cut corners and will take his time to get the job done right and by the code. Everything he has done so far didn't cause me any troubles. Glad he opened his own company after so many years in business.

Jose has been servicing / repairing all our families houses for couple years now. Being a woman not knowing anything about electrical stuff he never tried to take advantage and sell me or my mom something we don’t need and address the problem we called him for. He does suggest what else we should look into. He is always educating me I just don’t really understand this stuff. I just trust his work. I’d would highly recommend to at least get a quote or meet him, I’m sure you’ll love to do business with him.

We’ve had a number of projects done by Neptune Electric this year, and on every occasion we have been thrilled with the results. Jose and his team ran an electric line for our outdoor kitchen and new patio, installed ceiling fans and lights on the porch cover, installed outlets on the cover and the outdoor kitchen and installed a 50 amp RV plug for us.

All of the work was fantastic. The installs look perfect and everything works great. And all of this work was done at a fantastic price. We are so pleased with the outstanding work Jose and his team did. I highly recommend Neptune Electric and will be using them for more projects going forward.

I have had Mr Sparky do work on multiple properties. They are always wonderful. Highly recommend them. Cameron was great!

Mister Sparky replaced a couple of bathroom exhaust fans for me. One of them broke after less than a year due to a wiring error. They offered to fix the issue that they caused for more than I paid for the installation and then ignored me when I asked for something more reasonable. I highly recommend going with more honorable and skilled electricians.

I gave Cameron and this company five stars because Cameron is so professional and he was very efficient. When I opened the door, he announced his name and his company to reassure me that he was actually from this company. In addition to that he had on the company shirt. He was very friendly with my little Pomeranian and his entire energy was positive and professional. I would definitely recommend this company because they care about security, quality and professionalism. This must be a great place to work.

Excellent service provided very professionally!! My leak was fixed in short order and my water was only off for a few minutes!!

First, Gabriel the technician is amiable, he just didn't solve the problem he was originally sent by my insurance company to solve, instead he created one in the process.
I showed him the clean out on the side of the house where he should have snaked but he instead chose to take out the toilet but in the process broke a bolt and stopped there because he said that the flange was broken and quoted me anywhere between $400 and $600 dollars to fix.
I've never known a plumber to have chosen to take out the toilet first before doing the main clean out, and I don't understand why he decided that the flange was broken if he hadn't removed the toilet to see. I had to remove the toilet myself and change the bolt.🤷 I understand this company has great reviews and I'm sure well earned, unfortunately, I did not have the same experience. What made it worse was, Dan contacted me asking how he can make things better and when I explained what had happened he didn't respond. I was hoping the least he could do was to send somebody out here to snake the clean out line which my insurance company paid him to do in the first place.

I had a last-minute emergency master power breaker blowout a few hours before I was flying out of Vegas. I called Mister Sparky Electric and they were super fast and professional to send somebody out. The technician was absolutely amazing and his customer service was top-notch. He checked on me the next day when NV power unlocked the meter and he took care of it really fast with Texting me photos as he went. I absolutely will be calling them for future projects for sure! 👍

This company is totally awesome. We have used them twice. And each time they were just absolutely wonderful, polite, prompt. Cameron came over and was so sweet and nice and did the job very well. We will keep patronizing them and tell other people to go with this company too. Also the woman who answers the phone is very cool and I felt she responded super quickly when we called on a Sunday evening so I appreciate that.

Mr Sparkys plumbing department came out to look at my water heater that was hissing and leaking. Dan right away told me what was wrong and what I needed. I was going through my insurance and you always wonder who are they going to send and I going told a bunch of things I needed to do.
No, Dan was straight told me I needed a new water heater it was 11 yrs old and I needed a connection that was is. Ashley from the office called me said I'll write this up and send to the insurance and write u a quote on ur part and she put me on the schedule for the next day. The techs came very respectful, clean, done be4 I knew it. I'm very satisfied and I'm actually get quoted on a few things I need to get around my house that isn't covered under insurance. I like the honesty and patience. I will for sure use them again on my own and request them if I'm going through my insurance .
