This rating can change. I would really appreciate them coming back out, maybe with someone else to look at our electrical issues. The representative they sent did not talk to me, did not tell me what the issue was he just said a price when everything was temporarily working. Temporarily being the key word. If everything was working normally after he left I probably wouldn't be even writing this but everything is not. I need them to come back out fix my issue.

Doug from Renew Electric provided great residential service - had a main GFI issue affecting main & guest bathrooms. He identified the issue very quickly, replacing 2 faulty GFI switches and was also able to help install a complicated 3-way dimmer. Doug was professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. He was helpful in answering questions about future projects in my home including electrical in my backyard and lighting options in my kitchen. Renew Electric had strong informative reviews, which made me select them in the first place. I’m very happy with my experience and am very glad that the service I received matched their reputable reviews and very reasonable pricing. I called Renew Electric and was not placed on hold like many companies you call these days. I got to speak with a live person whom has displayed excellent customer service . I was able to get an appointment the next day. The Service technician showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable which was fantastic. Because I do not know anything about electrical repairs nor does my husband and you never know what your are going to get from a repair service. The technician worked very fast and efficiently to solve our light figure problem. I would recommend this company to anyone that I know that has electrical needs.

I have used them several times for work on my rental houses and their electric work is good, but their front office is a mess. They scheduled with my tenant who had to take off from work and they were a no-show. They never return phone calls or emails.

I can only say WOW on the service!! My A/C went out last night, the A/C guy came out this A.M. and repaired, but unfortunately the Breaker Switch had been fried, so I had to call an Electrician. Doug was on his way within 30 minutes of my call, and repaired quickly, and the price was sooo reasonable. Doug was so friendly personable and professional I definitely give him a 5
Star Rating! This is also the 4th of July weekend, and my emergency was important to him to fix...Thank you Doug

Our water heater was leaking everywhere. We called dms plumbing and they came out right away. Excellent service. Very kind and friendly. Did an amazing job. Has great work ethics and very professional and the pricing was perfect. Definitely will call again and recommend to family and friends

Called Renew. Doug was in area and arrived in like 10 min. He was very nice. Courteous and polite. Checked and repaired all our issues. Would def recommend and use them any time we need an electrician.

I asked for same day service, since we were remodeling the house. I had my team there and we had electrical issues, since we took some walls out. Jeff was great! Got the job done, and had fair pricing. We will use you guys again.

Doug is by far the best guy I have come across in Las Vegas in many years!!
He couldn’t get out to my house right away so he walked me through the easy task of tripping triggers and DONE!

We recently encountered an outage issue, but fortunately, we were able to resolve it quickly and efficiently. I contacted their customer service, and they promptly sent a technician to our location the very next day. The issue turned out to be a simple problem, which was resolved with ease. We are currently working with three different subcontractors on our house, and this positive experience with their customer service saved our day. We will definitely continue to do business with them in the future.
