David was a great tech! Great communication from the company and technician. Was able to run conduit and install an EV outlet in the back of the garage in the same day.

Very happy with the work that was done. Needed a new outlet installed up high on a wall. I had all the pictures from when the house was built of inside the wall and Ampere was able to get me a quote based on that. All other companies refused to give me a quote without them coming and taking a look. Javier arrived right on time and had the work done quickly and cleanly. Would recommend!

Ampere Electric has pretty good reviews and upon reflection perhaps they sent the “B” or “C” team to do my job, thus explaining their two-star rating from me.. My job was to install 4 ceiling lights in 2 room plus install two ceiling fans and install a light in a bathroom. I bought the ceiling fans. Ampere was expensive and I was able to negotiate their fee down by 10% but in retrospect I should have shopped other Contractors.
The first photo shows the light that wasn't installed in the place marked on the ceiling so the light isn't remotely in the square pattern I instructed. Also, the first photo shows that the hole for the light was gnawed into the ceiling. The plate doesn't cover the hole. The second photo shows that the electrician couldn't center the light as I asked and the installation hole is also gnawed into the ceiling. Neither light is flush with the ceiling. I believe I paid a premium and got a shabby, 3rd rate installation. Giving Ampere two stars is generous.

Once my initial review was posted I received a call from Larry, Operations Manager, wanting to make the work right. He set up two very competent and professional teams to repair the drywall and place the lights in the correct locations. Hats off to Jose and Austin who handled the coordination expertly. I sincerely appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. Although a more experienced electrician should have been sent to do the initial work, they made good to fix everything to their high standard. The showed integrity and that is sometimes in short supply. Consequently, I let bygones be bygones and I've changed my review to 5 stars.

Willem and Anthony were very professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job installing my EV charger, a sub panel and updating our main electrical panel. Thank you for the great work! I would definitely recommend them!

I am very satisfied with the service from Ampere Electric. Keith installed my Tesla charger at my home, and the whole process went smoothly. He was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail, which gave me full confidence in the installation. Easy to make appointment and was next day for non-emergency service. David came on time, very nice guy and very knowledgeable. He fixed a wiring issue very quickly that I could not figure out. He cleaned up when he was done as well.

Ampere was a pleasure to deal with. The person answering the phone was kind and helpful. But the real star of the show was the electrician who came to my house to do the service, Carlos. He came on time, organized, and prepared for inspecting my house and troubleshooting my questions.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained my options after his initial inspection. He helped me understand my options and allowed me to prioritize and execute as my budget allowed. I felt informed and empowered as a consumer/homeowner - all thanks to Carlos' professional work and explanation. In a relatively short time, Carlos found, remedied, and cleaned up the issue and gave me a walkthrough of what he accomplished and what I ought to know as the homeowner.

I noticed that Ampere sent Carlos out to site with a truck and equipment that were all in good, clean condition. A small detail that makes a world of difference.

I'll definitely be reaching out to Ampere for any future residential electrical needs. Highly recommend.

Sam came out to fix the original install and did an amazing job! The company responded immediately after I called on NY day that the wall charger they installed came off the wall. I will say the first install was not the greatest but Sam saves the day. Highly recommend this company especially since they stand behind their work no questions asked, just showed up!! As a local in Vegas born and raised you do not find many companies like that these days!!!

I want to extend my thanks to WILLEM and MAX for their outstanding work installing the heater panels in our patio area. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and prompt communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Every question I had was answered immediately. I highly recommend their services!! Javier and Kevin came to do my garage lights and install my cameras and they were amazing. They were super helpful, patient, and really kind. They answered all my questions, made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it, and didn’t rush through anything.

The lighting turned out perfect and the cameras were installed clean and professionally. They even cleaned everything up before leaving. You can tell they really care about doing a good job. I’d definitely use them again!

Ampere Electric was swift in coming to my aid. The office rep, CeeCee was very helpful and polite. The consultant, Martin, that came out was informative and yes, did some upselling such as rejuvenation of electric panel and surge protector. There is a visit charge of $69 which includes a complimentary general overall electrical check up. The prices were unexpectedly high (eg. smoke detectors were over $200 a piece, the price of each one includes labor on each one.) He did provide "discounts" on all the items but it was still quite an expense especially on a retirement budget. I accepted the upgrades and the pricing partly due to the despair of chirping 20 year old detectors but also this was an upgrade I would have probably needed to do down the line anyway. They do provide same day service. Martin came the same day I called within a couple of hours and Willem, the electrician came right after him to do the install. Willem was thorough installing all detectors and upgrading my electric panel. He did so courteously and conscientiously and efficiently.

Travis Messer was outstanding from start to finish. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work professionally and efficiently. The quality of his work was top-notch and he made sure everything was clean and working perfectly before leaving. Honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone

Javi and Rylee were incredibly patient and polite throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable and completely unfazed by the many questions we had, both about the work we originally hired them for and the areas where we honestly had no clue what we were doing. When we decided to add a new job to the work order, they didn’t hesitate for a second. They quickly understood the assignment, provided an updated quote, and worked with us on the project pricing.

After past experiences with other companies, I’ve unfortunately come to expect much less. So having Javi and Rylee go above and beyond was genuinely refreshing.

I called for an estimate on installing a smart switch. I was having problems with preexisting neutral wires on that same circuit. I’m typically a DIY-er, but because of the neutral wire complexity I decided to call professionals. The call center was easy, polite, and straightforward. I was able to get a free estimate from a technician the same day. Super convenient. My tech, David, arrived on time. I will add that this company also uses a platform to monitor geolocation of your technician’s location as he’s on the way. I received a safety inspection on my fuse box. I learned a whole bunch from my tech. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He completed the install and also made suggestions on a few other electrical concerns that I had. The company processed my payment digitally (very convenient). My electrician also vacuumed up the work area and left it spotless. As if he was never there. I actually look for that when hiring a contractor. This company is licensed and bonded. I highly recommend them.

Had Ampere out to install recessed cans in our home. They installed 4 recessed cans in 4 different bedrooms for a total of 16. They were quick, clean, & efficient. laid down drop cloths in each room picked up all of the debris/mess. When they were done it looked like they weren’t even there. The lights worked perfectly. No issues whatsoever. would highly recommend! Austin, Sam, & Cade were GREAT!

Our electrician was Carlos. He was very professional, super friendly, and really quick. He installed a 240V 50A outlet in our garage in about 2 hours and that included a trip to get some additional materials. The cost was right around the national average for this type of install with permits. The people in office were friendly as well. I'm not an electrician, obviously, but the workmanship looks solid to me. No complaints!

Called Ampere to replace a chandelier! They were incredibly quick to schedule. Angel was my electrician. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to hang the chandelier very quickly. It was a special order fragile piece so I really appreciated the extra care he took with everything. I would 100% recommend them!

Martin at Ampere Electric has been super informative in helping me set up my Ring cameras. He was very detailed on what would be done and what is to be expected. Then he was able to schedule an appointment to get everything done in 2 days.

Sam was the electrician who helped installed everything. He was also very informative and even though we changed the plans a bit, he was still able to get everything that I asked done. All the cameras were set up perfectly as we talked about and he was also able to help fix my doorbell last minute.

Would recommend Ampere and their services to my friends and family, and I would definitely use them again in the future.
