Just an FYI... they charge $40 per ton.... minimum fee $40. So, even if you have a few things not weighing 1 ton. It's still $40. Also, $40 for washer or dryer or refrigerator.

Place is great to getting rid of your. Your don't have to wait long in line the prices are fair and the gettleman in front of the gate is very friendly. All in all great customer.

Alberto and his crew were with me for a few years. Not dependable. Always seemed to be turnover in staff. Be careful on markups on items they buy. After hiring new service, he pointed out many mistakes of Andrade Pool Service as basic as improper settings. Stay away from this one. Better companies with better service.

Waited 30 minutes in line to dump trash. 2 trucks just came and cut in front of everyone in line didn’t even wait 5 minutes. I asked the guy in charged why he was letting them past first!! He’s answer was they are friends with the owner …

I hired Andrade's Cleaning Services last week to do a concrete pillar job in my back yard. These things were heavy and reinforced! They came out the same day I called for a quote and we ready to come by a few days later to remove them. They were extremely professional and friendly and did a great job removing the concrete which would have took month for me to remove. Their prices were very reasonable and they were a pressure to work with. I will use them again for upcoming projects, without hesitation!

We hadn't professionally cleaned our tile floors in years. Sebastián came out and provided a great service at an affordable value. Sebastián did an amazing job and we highly recommend using Royal for your floors. We will be recommending Royal to our friends and family.

I saw that this company had good reviews, but for me, it was the worst waste of money.

I hired them to deep clean my tile floor, and they told me they would move all the furniture around, so I let them work.

The floor looked fine after they left, but two days later, when moving furniture on my own, I realized they did not move anything in the bedroom, and my floor was not clean.

I sent them a message expressing my frustration, and the guy called me, sounding very offended by my message, and proceeded to read my message back to me line by line. He told me he could come and clean again, but at this point, I don’t even want anything else. Then he said he would drop off a cleaner, which, of course, did not happen.

I was so excited to have my floor professionally cleaned, and then this happened 🙄.

Excellent job! We just bought a home in Summerlin and the grout and tile were filthy. Sebastian and the guys came in 2 days after quoting and the floor was restored and looks like new. 👍

They painted my grout and cleaned my floors and carpet. My living room looks like a completely new home. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to family/friends. Sebastian was friendly, super responsive and kind. He made the whole experience a walk in the park. We appreciate his dedication and hard work. I am so glad I called Royal Surface Restore. Sebastian called to confirm we were scheduled two days before my appointment; then he called when he was on his way to my home.
Once here he confirmed what work he was scheduled to do and got right to it.
If he discovered something he showed us what extra work need to be done.
I am very pleased with Sebastian and this company; I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone searching for a high quality company that does excellent work.
