Great customer service, we have been using them for years. Fast and efficient.

I called and spoke to Ofelia. She stated she was the business owner. I said her tech did not clean my sofas and that I wanted a receipt. She was extremely rude. She said it takes several days for the sofa to dry clean. I explained that I can flick the dirt spots and it. There was still dog hair and there is no way it was cleaned she said it was my problem and refused to give me a receipt or take the pictures showing the sofa was still extremely dirty. I also offered the RING door app to show the guy leaving with the receipt. She hung up on me and refused to answer again after that. My sofas were never cleaned.
