I love that they follow through on their management service structure unlike other cleaning companies I have used in the past. My account manager Alex actually visits us every few weeks and checks the work of the porters, takes his own notes, and asks me if there's any issues I see being missed. Overall, the service has been much better than previous companies I've worked with, and I feel like management cares about our experience. The things they agreed to do on our contract are consistently being done. Communication is easy and fast with this team, and even when we had a change in account managers, the operations manager Robert made sure we didn't see a lapse in good service and personally came to check on our office and ensure the new manager was well educated on our needs without me having to walk the building with them all over again. So glad I found them after years of frustration w/other companies! I feel we're finally in good hands!
