Red Rock does great work on windows! Super professional and can handle large jobs as well as small. Definitely would recommend them, and use them again in the future!

We hired Red Rock at our Club in Green Valley to do a large variety of projects for us. Led by Beto Macias they were able to do an amazing job of high dusting our indoor tennis courts, basketball courts and indoor swimming pool. They also cleaned all our windows throughout the entire Club inside and outside. Lastly they did an amazing job on our outdoor swimming pool deck pressure washing it and also decalcifying our pavers around the lap pool and outdoor hot tub.

Beto and his team were on-time, responsive and willing to touch up anything that needed to be done. Our Club looks amazing after all this hard work. They also completely high dusted our in-house laundry to prevent lint build up.

POWER WASHING AT MIDNIGHT ON A WEEKDAY OUTSIDE RESIDENTIAL AREA.

When I approached the employee and asked him why he thought that was okay, he shrugged and continued.

When I explained the noise ordinace he was violating and asked if I needed to call the police, he shrugged and nodded his head and continued.

After I did he tried to claim he didn't speak English and that it was okay now because he was finished.

At times, they request that services such as pressure washing be performed during certain hours, including late at night, to avoid disrupting office tenants and regular business hours. However, we recognize that this may not be ideal for surrounding residents, and we will review our processes to ensure we are being considerate of the neighborhood."

So if they ask you to break the law (violating noise ordinances), it's not your fault if you do? Don't place the blame on the property management. You easily could have told them it can't be done after 10pm.

We've used Star Chem Dry for the last 6 years. They're efficient, reasonably priced and, most importantly, have the best customer service. Joshua helped us today and he was quick and thorough. Also, while Josh was getting his equipment from his truck he noticed a 2 or 3 year boy that was wandering around the neighborhood unattended. I am a property owner and scheduled carpet cleaning?after the tenant left. The technician arrived 30 minuted late, and then just left after he looked at the job, no explanation! The carpets were dirty, no permanent stains though. I don’t mind paying extra if need be, but the fact that i waited 5 days for an appt and have him walk out is unacceptable. I definitely will not recommend using this company.
