I would not recommend, neither would I advise anyone to use this company! The tech came in and immediately wanted to charge almost $300 before he looked at all of the areas that I wanted serviced. He demonstrated the difference which basically was the same service, just a different chemical I assume. His demonstration showed no difference. U was so upset at called the office, the representative offered a discount. After thought I called another carpet company while the tech was there. I needed the carpet down that day so I told the tech to proceed with the initial price. the tech did three rooms, the hall, and ti stair levels in less than 20 minutes. It would have taken me longer to vacuum than it took him to clean the carpet! If you do not go with the higher price, you will not receive any type of service. i plan on reporting this company to the better business bureau. Please do not waste your time or your money! Take it from someone who learned the hard way! The discount is not worth the ripoff! This company does not deserve the one star!

We have had Red Rock on our Campus for multiple jobs. Cleaning the vents in several areas and pressure washing our quad area. They worked with our schedule and completed the jobs above and beyond expectations! Highly recommend them!

Red Property Services has been doing our windows for years now. There commitment and expertise has never waivered. As long as I can remember they have been expertly cleaning our windows and providing excellent customer service. If anyone needs a recommendation for a top not company for monthly window cleaning and other excellent services, then look no further.

So their vehicles are uninsured and their drivers don't pay attention when they drive and have zero integrity about what happened. Never use the service but I do know their drivers have zero integrity and they're supervisors do not cooperate after the crash that they caused

From the get go office staff was professional and responsive to all my questions. Windows were left spotless, no streaks at all. Crew was polite and took their time to do all the detail work. Will definitely be using Red Rock again!
