I can't say enough wonderful things about Royal Surface. Sebastián and his partner were professional and their work today cleaning our tile floors was exceptional. Our floors were restored to the way they were when we moved in. I highly recommend them and will be using their service again.

I used Royal to clean my tile and carpets. They did a fantastic job and I definitely recommend their services. Sebastian was especially helpful and friendly!

We hired Royal Surface Restore a couple weeks ago to clean all our white tile floors and grout throughout our home. We were absolutely amazed how beautiful they turned out - especially since we had another reputable firm do the same type of cleaning before and their job was inferior and definitely not to the Royal's standards.

Sebastian is one remarkable young man - courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, super attention to detail and arrived right on time. We could tell that it was very important to him that he do an excellent job. There were some small areas where the grout did not come clean as well - he brought it to our attention and explained why. Probably one of the nicest young and most polite young men we have met. He was very careful with our area rugs and other furniture. My husband and I felt like we had moved into a new home by the time he was finished. we know that we will have this done again and we know that we will call Royal and surely ask for Sebastian.

Wow what a difference a half a day and Royal Surface Restore makes!! Great service and results for our aged and well worn tile. It looks so clean and fresh and the house feels fresher as a result. Sebastian the technician who came out was communicative, on time, set expectations before we started and then blew us away with the results. We had a wonderful experience working with Sebastian at Royal Surface Restore. We were in need of our carpets and tile steam cleaned. Sebastian gave us our initial quote and was very detailed and knowledgeable and gave us a very affordable price for what we wanted done. On the day of the cleaning Sebastian arrived with Brie, and both were very professional, thorough, and considerate. They completed the work and ensured that we were satisfied. We’ve had our carpets and tiles cleaned by other companies in the past but the results from Sebastian and Brie’s cleaning far exceeded our expectations! We will be using Royal Surface Restore for all of our future carpet and tile cleaning needs. Quality work is hard to find but we found it in this company. We highly recommend their services.

Great experience! Communication was great and getting a free in person estimate was easy.

We originally planned to have the floors of my son’s new house cleaned and restored, but on service date they said that our floors wouldn’t hold Up to that due to previous neglect and wear over the years.

We opted to still have them cleaned. Now we have decided to replace them as this is as clean as they’ll ever be, so ours a shame to have had to pay for the cleaning we now don’t benefit from, but I’m still happy that we had the opportunity to see the work this company can do, as you can tell from the before and after photo that they can make a huge difference on a very neglected floor.

Royal Surface Restore in Las Vegas is first time I’ve ever did a floor cleaning and Sebastian who cleaned my floors did an excellent job cleaning my floors and he explained everything in detail. Sebastian gave me a free bottle of neutral cleaner and gave me different color options for my floor scratches to redo. I would recommend Royal Surface Restore to all my friends and family members.

Sebastian was seriously the nicest guy! I called at 10pm just inquiring info because it said 24 hours and he answered all my questions, never making me feel bad even for the silly ones. He had the best customer service but not like a car salesman, very genuine and made me feel like I just needed to choose this company to clean my grout. They set up the appointment quickly and did an amazing job! I will absolutely use them again! They also sealed and sprayed deodorizer for the dogs for no extra charge! Very pleased!

Stellar experience. I cannot recommend Sebastian and Royal Surface Restore enough. We are in the process of preparing to list our home that was built 13 years ago, and we realized that no matter how hard I tried to clean our white, textured porcelain tile, faux wood tile or marble tile, I could not get it clean enough. I saw Royal Surface Restore’s reviews and had zero reservations about reaching out to them.

Sebastian promptly answered my call, and was out to estimate the job within a couple of days. We decided to also have them clean our upholstery. For reference, we have over 1,300 square feet of tile, there was a couch, a chaise, two club chairs (which a few of our pets have decided to use as a fire hydrant), and an upholstered king size bed. Sebastian said none would be an issue, and we scheduled for a couple weeks out.

Sebastian was on time, respectful of our home and belongings, and worked his butt off. My floors haven’t looked this good since the day we moved in. The home hasn’t been occupied with any regularity for quite some time, and the floors have been neglected. I am speechless at how amazing everything turned out. The furniture is as clean as the day it was delivered. The entire job took him all day, and now that I think about it, I’m not sure if he even took a lunch! Please reach out if you need your hard surfaces deep cleaned, or upholstery!
