Absolutely awesome!! Thank you so much! My carpets look amazing, your worker was professional and efficient!! It only took maybe an hour and my house smells so amazingly clean!! I will recommend to anyone!!:)

This was the worst carpet experience I have ever had. The majority of the dirt and spots were left in the off white carpet. The owner came over to view the work and walked over the carpet tracking in dirt with his shoes and pointing out excuse after excuse for poor quality work. He was arrogant and dismissive and I certainly will never ever use them again. He kept insisting I didn’t pay enough for my room size, please believe for the poor quality I paid too much.

I had a girlfriend with three kids that destroyed my carpets. These guys came in and in two hours you couldn’t even tell children destroyed the carpet, or even lived here. They were very cordial and professional. Highly recommend these guys for your carpets

We had our carpets cleaned from this company the week before Thanksgiving. We spent a week and a half away for the Thanksgiving holiday at my brother's house. I 've been home for 3 days. Which means we have spent a total of 6 days on this carpet that you clean. 2 people. The carpet looks exactly like it looked before the person shampooed it. Did they even use any type of soap or anything at all? Not to mention the guy completely increased the price quoted by 35% when he got here. I specifically asked about certain spots, he had nothing to say. I am soo completely disappointed. In all honesty, I was hoping to hire them for my car next and then my Brother's car as a Christmas present since I had such a pleasant experience when I spoke to the person on the phone to book the date. Totally uncool. I have no clue how these guys have such a good rating. Ugh.

Jays Mobile Auto Detailing is the only number you need to call. Jay saved me and my brand new car after a passenger threw up all over the back of my car, within an hour of calling him he quickly went to work, My car looked and smelled fresh, there wasn't even a hint of the smell the next day. You seriously saved me and I can't even express how much I appreciate you answering my late night call. I will definitely be calling you in the future for all carpet, tile and auto needs. Thank you so much.

I called jays carpet cleaning to have my tile and grout cleaned which goes throughout my whole house since it had not been done in a few years, he fit me right into his schedule and I am very pleased with the job he did. He also sealed the floor when he was finished and everything came out great. Thank you guys for the great service!

The carpet was supposedly cleaned prior to us moving in, the amount of dirt Jay pulled out of the floor was amazing! Great job and great price!

Ok so … he did my moms carpet and he rushed so bad and he was fast- like lightning speed 25 minutes, and also there are places where it doesn’t look or feel like he actually cleaned it! It’s like too dry to feel like it was cleaned yet the stairs are saturated bad- fast 200 bucks! I hope she never uses him again

I called Jay's Carpet Cleaning after hosting an Ugly Sweater Party. Thanks to too many bottles and too much fun had by all a whole bottle of red wine was dropped on the tile floor at the entrance to the formal living room. Thankfully he was available for a late night call to clean the tiles and carpet. So thankful for his quick response and professionalism. Highly recommend his services .

Awesome service. I called before they were even open and Jim was there within the hour. Awesome service and great personality. He really took his time and my house smells so fresh. I have two small dogs so I didn't expect for it to be as fresh as it is. I would definitely recommend giving them a call :)

If we could give more stars we would! They were professional, nice and our carpet is amazing! They did a whole 120% excellent job than what the previous carpet cleaners did before we moved in.. Fantastic experience. I needed him to clean our old apartment where my 14 yr old cat hat become sick with a bladder infection. (He is completely healthy now, but that has nothing to do with the awesomely clean carpet.) In any case, the carpets look better than when we walked into the place initially. Excellent work, a joy to talk to, and the quote and final price were completely satisfactory.

WOW!! This company has completely blown my mind. I don't normally write reviews, but the service I received from Jay's Carpet Cleaning was amazing. I needed prompt, same day, late afternoon service. And to top it off, I needed it on a Sunday. I got everything I needed. The best part was the price. I was preparing for some crazy after hour fees. Nope!! I love this company!!!!

Jay's Carpet came out today to clean my family's 5 bedroom house. Not only was he very professional and nice he did a great job cleaning the carpet. My family and I want to say thank you again and we will let all of our friends know what a great service you are.

THANK GOD for Jay!!! I had scheduled a cleaning with someone else and they were a no show. ;/ LUCKILY, Jay was willing to come clean my carpets last minute!!!!! Not only did he go out of his way to make sure everything was done on time, but he did an EXCELLENT job! I am truly grateful that I came across him! I would recommend in a heartbeat him to anyone!

Jay came out on short notice, he gave me an approx quote over the phone based upon sq footage. He showed up right on time and we walked the house he gave me a finalized quote which was in range of what we spoke about on the phone. When they had finished the job the carpets looked brand new. Jay and his crew were quick but thourough. One of the most professional carpet cleaners I have used. Will definitely be calling them again.
