They communicated with me very well, even after business hours. I was not home during the service, but my husband said they were working for about 25 minutes on 3 rooms, a hallway, and stairs. I could not really tell that the carpets had been cleaned...there are still some crunchy spots in the bedrooms... I don't know if the carpets are too old, they were not vacuumed well enough beforehand, or if it really was just not done well...

We had a couple hiccups with scheduling but once they got here to my home, the guys were wonderful kind did an excellent awesome job on my carpet looks brand new. Great customer service and they were on time.

Noah came and did a great job, he was professional, nice, and friendly. I would recommend Diamond Superior Cleaning to anyone looking for an affordable but effective carpet shampoo job!

Another great job from Trevor and Noah! I just love these guys :-) Yeah it’s been raining, so my dog doesn’t like to get wet outside and peed in a few spots and they came, the next day mind you, and did the pet treatment and it just smells so so good. You have to go with these guys they’re the best :-) They have good deals on Groupon! Better than the other guys! I go through them every 90 days :-)

As a first time customer I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done in my home. The pricing was good and quality of work was amazing. I scheduled cleaning for my white sectional couch, 2 different staircases, 1 bedroom, small hallway, and living room rug. My couch had some stains that able to be removed. They were on time, friendly, and professional. I recommend them to anyone in need of upholstery or carpet cleaning.

They came out and completely brought my new carpets back to life after my little princess’s pet stains, did wonders on the stairs, and revitalized my custom tufted sofa so it looks brand new again. That poor sofa has been moved more times than I can count and even spent an entire season in a storage unit—so I honestly didn’t think it could be saved.
