Call them to discuss Repair with them and they were very rude.

Called two days ago. Told to expect a call back. No call back. Called three times with no answer or call back. Obviously a one person business with no concept of customer service.

Dale gave me perfect advice over the phone, saving me money in spite of losing a potential house call and income. Very knowledgable! I will call back when something happens that is over my ability, and I'll refer anyone that asks for quality service.

Dale the owner was easy to work with. He gave me an excellent price compared with other
companies. Dale is very customer oriented and gives you special service beyond your expectations. I am so glad I chose Pool Masters to re-tile my poo.

Needed to repair the control center and a few other things on a recent home purchase. Dale came out same day and looked over everything, gave us a quote to bring everything in working order. He seemed to know what he was talking about and we hired him for the job as well as the weekly maintenance. It started off good, but he left a lot of items unfinished even after me reminding him about it several times: - bonding(grounding) wire was not attached to the heater, cover plate on the control center/breaker box was not secured with screws, small leaks chlorinator cell did not get fixed, etc...

Our pool has a built in floor cleaning system which did not work. Dale tried several different things, but it took weeks for him to come back with a replacement part (gears and pop up heads for the cleaning system) while my backyard had a hole dug in the ground for 8 weeks while he was "waiting on parts" and "traying to come back out the next few days". Unacceptable service. Dale finally stopped responding to voicemail, email, or text message which prompted me to find another company who has been doing a much better job and got my floor cleaning system working within 5 days.

UPDATE:
Updating to 1 star after finding out Dale has wired several things on the new Pentair system he sold me incorrectly. Also he stated, and confirmed with me after I asked specifically, that the Pentair products he sold me had a 3 year warranty and that the product warranties were already registered with Pentair. Upon calling them, not only did they not have me in their system, but informed me the 3 year warranty does not apply.

We had some excellent pool work done by Dale last year, so when we had an issue with the pool light, we of course called Dale back. He visited us on the same day and immediately was able to find out what was wrong. The wire entering the housing had frayed in 20 years and water leaked into the housing shorting out the bulb. We replaced the bulb with one that we found on Amazon, even though Dale warned us about the reliability of those light bulbs, we had it installed. Well, you can guess what happened next, yep, the light bulb went out. Lesson learned... next time listen to what the expert says about certain products. Dale was on time, Kathy was a pleasure to talk to and they didn't avoid my calls. Very happy with their professionalism.

The Original Pool Masters is the only call you need to make. You won't find anyone with a better knowledge of pools than Dale. He's been out to help me several times, always straight forward, honest and professional. When you want it done right, call Dale.

UPDATE: Things are great initially but go downhill fast. I had Pool Masters clean my tile. It took Chris (Dale's grandson) 6 weeks to do a very mediocre job. My pool is 100% tile, no plaster. Because the pool was drained that long tiles started coming up all over. It took them another 6 weeks to fix the missing tiles in the spa. After filling it with water, the same tiles came loose again. They informed me the tile repair in the main pool would be a separate project at my expense! They are not qualified to do tile work. It's costing me thousands to get the mess they created repaired. At one point I had used them for my weekly pool service. Chris was assigned to my pool. I had trouble with him not showing up (yet billing me for his time) and doing minimal work when he was here. He would skim the leaves and dump them in my yard where I had to clean them up. I was having trouble with my autofill sensor. Dale diagnosed the problem. He said it was an easy fix and would order the part. He turned off my main pool 4 months ago and hasn't returned. They are now ignoring calls, emails and texts. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could give them zero stars I would.

We took several bids and Dale beat them all, and not by a little either. The resurfacing took longer than I would have liked but to Dale's credit it wasn't because of his efforts. There were weather issues and then there was the availability of sand needed for resurfacing, these things effected all the pool guys out there, not just Dale. The workmanship is excellent, we have no complaints, it is a superior product. Bottom line, Dale kept his word and did what he promised to do. Kathy was always a pleasure to talk to, they didn't dodge my phone calls or play catch me if you can, with returning messages.

The Original Pool Masters are the ones to call with any repairs need to your pool or spa. I have called on Dale many times over that last 20 years for minor repairs. We called him in to do a full restoration on the pool, spa, floor cleaning system, heater… basically the entire pool and spa system. Dale and his team did a fantastic job. Every aspect of the work was professional and executed as expected. I highly recommend Dale for any repair or remodeling project concerning a pool or spa.

Very happy with their service, and VERY prompt replies to a emails and phone calls. Researched other Pool Service companies in Las Vegas and had a hard time getting anyone to return my phone call. Where Tiger Shark was very prompt to our inquiry. In addition we get a monthly email with a picture of the pool and what was serviced. Highly recommend them

Been using service since July been happy with them since. Pam that answers the phone is delightful and was great to meet the owner during initial consultation. Never worry if my pool guy is going to show up or cheat on the pool chemicals. Only reason not 5 stars is availability on winter holidays they are not available for entire week so if you have a pool or jacuzzi emergency need to have a back up. Happend to me a few days before Thanksgiving had a leak in the filter but was able to get fixed by another pool technician. Overall they are reliable friendly pool service.

Hired Tiger shark to clean and keep basic maintenance of pool for convenience. Essentially what they claimed to do on a regular visit and they failed.
They didn’t test and treat my salt water pool. They would claim levels were normal but when tested personally learned that was not the case.
For weeks straight my pool was only skimmed and vacuumed once. Called the office to ensure what was supposed to be completed on a visit.
Once the tech brought in someone else that didn’t look like a tech and they broke my pool skimmer.
After paying so much for services that we could have done ourselves, I let them go. Kick myself that I let it go on for so long.
