Definitely recommend Jay's services! Our carpets look beautiful and for a very reasonable price. We were worried we'd lose an arm and a leg but we managed to save a pretty penny. Use Jay if you can, he's awesome.

My husband hired Jay’s Carpet Cleaning to clean our carpet and marble flooring because they were reasonably priced, received good reviews, and he thought they were home based in our area. We had recently lost our son and I did not have the strength or energy to clean our grout before Christmas and he thought he was doing me a favor. In hindsight he didn’t realize the reviews were mostly for carpet cleaning. After seeing what Jay’s Carpet Cleaning did to our marble floor, I cried at how terrible it looked and the wasted $700 and promptly cancelled the carpet cleaning. This company should not be touching any marble or natural stone flooring. They left behind work boot prints and large smudges and smears that could not be washed off. Our floor never looked so bad, it looked perpetually dirty. Never did I think that my floor would look worse after having it professionally cleaned. When I had Jay come back to look at how bad it was, he at first seemed flabbergasted and then he claimed it was all the old dirt rising to the surface and that it would cost $10,000 to polish it out. We hired Silver State Floor Restoration to fix what Jay’s CC did to our floor. The technician for Silver State knew exactly what the problem was. Because he is trained and certified to work on marble flooring. He said whatever solution Jay’s CC used removed the finish and opened up the surface pores and caused it to be even more susceptible to staining. They pointed out an area in the kitchen that if Jay had left his solution on any longer, it would have eaten away the marble. They suspect he added too much acid to his solution. Silver State was able to lighten or remove many of the old stains and they polished our floor to a beautiful shine.

Jay was amazing! Called at 1pm to see if he had an opening and he did! I couldn’t be home until late but he still came over to clean the carpets the same day! Now, 2 months ago my husband and I tried to clean the carpets with our cleaner and needless to say it didn’t work well. My dog was sick and had messed all over the carpet. In less than an hour Jay had it looking brand new. I am very impressed!!! He is definitely worth it!!

Jay's service was exceptional. He came over right away; and went above and beyond to ensure the carpet in our new rental home was clean and safe for our ill daughter's compromised immune system. I would highly recommend his business to anyone.

Not only is Jay's Carpet Cleaning great at what they do, Jay and his staff are friendly, professional and above all, knowledgeable! We were impressed with their efficient and effective service on our 3,000 sq ft home and will definitely recommend them in the future. Our cream colored carpets were almost black from foot traffic and Jay brought them back to life! Thanks so much, Jay! You take pride and joy in you work and it certainly shows.

This is the first time I’ve hired Jason to shampoo my carpets and boy am I impressed! Not only was he able to come within the hour I called, he was done with in about 20 minutes and left my stairs spotless!! My dog had had several accidents on my stairs, and after each I’ve had other companies come out and while they did a great job, bc his urine was so acidic the stains have never come out. When Jason came out, I wasn’t expecting anything but for the smell to atleast to be gone. When he was done, I was a little skeptical bc it was done so quickly. The stains were still there (which I expected), but he told me to put hydrogen peroxide on them and they would come out. I’ve tried everything at this point so I did it, but didn’t expect much. To my surprise, once everything dried there were no more stains! Some of the stains had been there for MONTHS and professionally shampooed over several times, and just like that they were all gone! I didn’t think it was possible, but Jason really saved my stairs… there is absolutely no sign of the stains anywhere!!

Although I wasn’t able to take a before picture of my carpet, I can attest that Jay’s Carpet cleaning was fantastic! He was quick (able to come the same day), very professional and our carpet looks great - all unsightly stains gone. He even noted that it was simply dusty and less dirty. I’d easily hire him again!

I usually don't write reviews, but this business deserves the good review. My experience was excellent. I called Jay on the phone and he was able to give me a rough estimate based off the information that I provided. He way WAY lower than everyone else around town. He fit me in that day and his crew (Mario) showed up right on time. Mario was professional and very nice. He worked extremely hard the entire time he was here and was very detail oriented. Every inch of carpet was cleaned and he spent nearly 90 minutes on my two couches alone.

It was refreshing to have a service not only do as expected but exceed my expectations. I'll definitely be using Jay's Carpet Cleaning services again (and I'll request Mario).

Jay is personable, friendly, and efficient - he also does stellar work cleaning mattresses on top of carpet cleaning! I called him up this morning and he was able to accommodate working on my mattresses on the same day. I highly recommend his services and will definitely contact him again should I require the services he provides!

I owe him this review and I just want to say he did an amazing job. I had another company come out and do it and the same issue happened again but when Jays cleaning came out it looked much better than the competitors. He worked with me on a good time for me over the weekend and when there was an opening he came out right away. He did everything in his power to help us including going door to door trying to get car to move, so his equipment would reach. He really understands great customer service. Thank you for cleaning my mattress! You definitely gained a loyal customer.

I never imagine he could repair everything like a new carpet. I had roommate move out with destroy carpet and two burns. I called him in last min, he came so fast and did awesome job.

FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS! I spilled printer ink on my carpet (pictures attached) and called around different carpet cleaning services in town and they all said they wouldn't be able to get it out, or that they wouldn't be able to get it out completely, or that I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to have my carpet removed. I ended up calling Jay's Carpet Cleaning and they showed up quick and cleaned it. I have attached before and after pictures of the carpet stain to this review. Go with these guys, they know what they are doing. Saved me possibly hundreds of dollars and the carpet looks normal again.

Had Noah and Piñelle (sorry if i spelled it wrong) clean our carpets. These guys are fast and efficient, as well as super friendly! Very happy with this service and you really cant beat it for the price. Would happily have them return in the future for cleanings! They also do hard floors/grout, upholstery, and power washing. I highly recommend these gentlemen!

We booked Diamond Superior Cleaners through a Groupon deal for 3 bedrooms, stairs, and a hallway. From start to finish, communication was on point—they kept in great contact, showed up on time, and were extremely professional. The team did an amazing job. The carpets looked brand new when they were done. Total all-stars. We’d definitely use them again without hesitation.

They did an excellent job on my rugs, and i'm going to call them again to clean and condition.My leather furniture. I would highly recommend them.
