I have had Tiger Shark Pool Service for a little over a year now. They are extremely reliable and efficient. My tech comes once a week and leaves my pool spotless. I can't say enough good about this company. Pam in the office is also extremely helpful.

Tiger shark is a great pool service company. I’ve had several pool companies over the years and this one is at the top! They are reliable, trustworthy, and thorough. They keep track of when your filters need to be cleaned and don’t charge an arm and a leg for it. They can also do repairs which is super nice to have a one-stop-shop. I would definitely recommend them for your pool service!

My husband and I had a really terrible experience with a pool service earlier this year until our property manager from one of our rental homes recommended us to take a look into the service from Tiger Shark Pool Service. Since the pool service which we had for about 4 weeks let the pool turn green at our rental home in Henderson, Tiger Shark was able to immediately fix that problem and started servicing that pool. We were absolutely overwhelmed with the service Tiger Shark offered that we hired this company to do our personal home pool and another rental home we have in Spring Valley.

What we really love and appreciate is that we get a report with pictures, chemical readings and chemicals used after each service every single week. Who does that!?!? None of the pool services we have had in the past 13 years!!! WE feel very comforable knowing what is going on with our 2 rental properties because we are not on the premises most of the time.

The technicians that I have met at my home have always been very friendly and do the job thoroughly. Pam at the office responds immediately when I have had a question and is super friendly. Since we have Tiger Shark servicing our 3 pools, our pools are tip top and the price they charge is worth every penny which is very competitive to other companies

If anyone wants one less thing to worry about in their lives then I can definitely recommend Tiger Shark Pool Service. My husband and I thank the whole team at Tiger Shark for their superior service and look forward to a long business relationship with servicing our 3 pools.

Our last pool company suddenly quit on us after several years. i Interviewed several new companies who all advised me the pool had chlorine lock and the filters were fully clogged. I am now vey pleased I selected Tiger Shark for my weekly service. They drained and refilled the pool, rebalanced the chemicals and replaced all filters and the non-working pool light all for a reasonable price. i have met the repair tech and the owner. The office staff is always available and helpful and my weekly service tech is on time and very good. Each visit results in a text to me with a photo and work summary so I know when he was there and what was done. Very happy with this company and I recommend Tiger Shark to anyone looking for top notch pool service.

When I purchased my home in 2022, the previous owners were using Tiger Shark. I retained them after purchasing because the pool was kept in such a great state when we purchased the home. Ben, our technician is hands down the best. He keeps our pool in tip top shape week after week and as an added bonus supplies pictures when the job is complete! Pam is always responsive when I have questions and provides routine updates on recommended maintenance. Thank you Tiger Shark for taking the best care of our pool maintenance!

Tiger Shark pool Service has NO integrity and NO Customer Appreciation. My parents are elderly, so I hired Tiger Shark to service their pool. I have been a model Customer, completing every suggestion that Tiger Shark made to maintain the pool and equipment. This included a new pump, new filters, a pool drain, etc. In turn, I would expect model Customer service. Instead, I received RUDE and DECEPTIVE behavior. Tiger Shark does not appreciate, nor care about my business, or they would have made it right! I shouldn't have to threaten to take my business elsewhere for them to do the right thing!

This company was recommended to me by Joel from Priority Pool Service and they are so great! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone!

Tiger Shark had provided us a complete information during the pool school and had been servicing our pool regularly with their great team members with whom you can always address or ask any questions and will immediately give you a very knowledgeable information or solution in a friendly and cheerful manner.

The Owner of this company himself, reached out to me to ensure we recieved the best service possible. He handled all issues we had respectfully and was very considerate for our concerns and had someone out to get our pool back up and running quickly. He went out of his way to ensure we left happily and I truly appreciate the time and effort he took to take care of us and not just allow us to be disappointed. Company is ran by a great team

Wow! Jonny, the tech that came out to repair my timer was not only amazing at resolving the problem, but he was totally attentive and understanding when I explained that I'd already paid for this to be fixed through my home warranty and it didn't work. He searched, diagnosed, and actually fixed it. I'm so grateful! He is also super knowledgeable and has explained very clearly how my pool system works when I've inquired. Very impressed.
