Service is not only wonderful, taking great care of our pool, but the team that takes care of our pool is respectful of our property and even our dog. They know his name and greet him when they arrive. The company even sends out notices when they are delayed or if there is a change in service days for any reason. They keep track of filter cleaning and chemicals and even go so far as to ask in the summer if we are planning a party so they can adjust chemicals accordingly. 10/10 recommend.

Tigar Shark Pool Service is very good. They are reliable and friendly. The front desk person (Pam) is very helpful with whatever you need. Our pool is always clean and when you ask them to have something done they don't hesitate to do it for you. I would recommend them to all my friends. We had another pool company before them and they charged way to much and didn't do a good job.

We've only been with Tiger Shark for three months, so I can't speak to long-term consistency yet, but so far it's been smooth. The technician seems knowledgeable, and I like that they do everything digitally. The real test will be during the heat of summer, but l'm optimistic they'll keep things dialed in!

We've been using Tiger Shark Pools for about 8 months now and overall it's been a good experience. Their communication on our satisfaction with their product and services is top notch. We had an issue with our salt cell not working, but their manager got involved and rectified the situation. Rare to see that nowadays in a world where companies give terrible service.
