Brian and his team are AMAZING! The movers were friendly, fast, and very careful with my belongings. They utilized every inch of the moving truck and communicated with us the entire time. Highly recommended!

I paid for 3 movers/3 hours to unload a 26’ foot moving truck that was loaded to the brim, with our household goods to be moved into our 2 level home. These arrived on time, ready to go! These guys were loading heavy furniture, appliances, 400 lbs plus of free weights/dumbells upstairs like they were seriously school-trained professionals! There’s a reason Class A Moving has a perfect 5 Star rating, they earn it! Kudos!

This company is a very great company to work with.... very professional and punctual. The gentleman arrived 10 minutes early and did a very thorough cleaning of our place. I will definitely be using them for all of my home cleaning needs.

Leaving this review on behalf of my son, who is recovering from spinal surgery. He contacted this company to "deep clean" his home before I arrived to help him after his surgery. He paid for a "deep cleaning", as he didn't want me to have to do much besides the daily chores. In going about the daily tasks, I found cobwebs in ceiling and baseboard corners, dusty open shelves in the main entry and an overall poor job of even basic cleaning. I am the daughter of a former cleaning lady, so I was raised to know clean when I see it. Bottom line, the cleaners that attended to his house are in sore need of retraining.

We hired Rhino’s cleaning service to clean our rental house as part of our move-out obligations and they did an excellent job! Very friendly and extremely thorough. We only wish they had cleaned the home before we moved in, but thanks to Rhino’s, the house was left in better, cleaner shape than when we moved in! Thanks Rhino’s

Rcs made it nice and easy to get my house cleaned, I’d definitely recommend and will be using them on a monthly basis now! They have a $199 special and it’s honestly worth it!!

I had a horrible experience with Rhino Maids. I believe one of two maids stole 5 of my Mother's rings. These were very valuable and so dear to me. I later remembered that one maid turned her head suddenly when I came into my bedroom as she was cleaning my dresser at the time. At the time I never expected any maid would steal from me. The management did nothing to help me when I complained that I had discovered the rings were missing. They asked the maids who cleaned my house and of course they denied ever taking anything. I give them and the management NO STARS!!!

They really did a very professional job cleaning one of our vacancies in preparation for new tenants to arrive. They were professional, self-directed, came with their own cleaning supplies and the office personnel were courteous and efficient in setting up the appointment and processing the payment, etc...The only downside was the price, although they are competitive with other companies offering similar services.I will definitely use Rhino’s Cleaning Services again in the future when the need arises. A+ Rating.

I have been using Rhino’s Maids service for over 2 years now and have been very happy with their work. They are very good making sure that the entire house is cleaned properly. When they leave my house looks great and smells clean!!

My husband and I used this service because we received a flyer in the mail and it seemed like a good deal. The maids did a pretty good job cleaning the house but an even better job cleaning us out. They took items from in our home -keep in mind we were moved out and still working inside the home to make it ready for showing, so the items "left behind" were considered trash, so they said. They took our shower rods, our paper towel holder and rugs. All items that would be of no use to people who were moving in or still working on the home. A rug would serve no purpose after having the carpets cleaned, right? And who really needs a shower rod when they first move in? I certainly don't shower after a long, sweaty day of moving. Who else would? The paper towels and holder (and soap too) would not be necessary should someone need to wash their hands after painting. I do like my cats and lick myself clean. So those items must All be trash. I would say these people are great at cleaning your home- just watch out for how good. Leave nothing behind. We were present at the cleaning and somehow they still walked off with these items. Good news is they returned them when we called the office to fill them in how detailed their maid service really is.

I have used Rhino's many times and they have always been great. I have 2 dogs that i enclose in our kitchen and never had any issues. I have been away during cleanings and just left payment and all has gone well. I have also given gift certificates to family for their services, which was a greatly appreciated Christmas gift😁.

Rhino Maid came to do a deep clean for the first time yesterday. I had Alma & Ellie & they were very thorough since we had just had new floors put down throughout the house & everything was very dusty. They did the insides of the windows, all of the blinds, picture frames, floors, etc. They worked a solid 3 hrs. Will definitely be requesting them again on a monthly basis.

I found their ad in “home concepts” magazine offering a deep clean special for $199 for 3 hours. This service was to include the windows inside as well as the appliances in and out.
I called & spoke with Caroline who was very nice & took the time to talk to me. I booked the appt a month in advance. Days before my appt, I received a text saying the service would be here about 8am but then received a call asking if 9am - 9:15am arrival time was ok. I said yes since I needed the service done & couldn’t reach another company on such short notice.
The 2 ladies showed up right at the door at 9:15am.
I thought 1 girl would work upstairs while the other worked downstairs. That didn’t happen. They both cleaned each room together & did more talking than cleaning which went on for the entire 4hrs.
I then received a call from Caroline saying the staff had contacted her saying they needed more time since my home hadn’t been cleaned for awhile. I was not only insulted since we don’t even use many rooms in our home but mad. Although our home hadn’t been professionally cleaned for a few months, my husband & I do clean it frequently. I had even told the staff not to bother with the laundry room or cleaning the inside of the fridge which were both part of the ‘deep’ clean service.
Needless to say I will never use this company again or recommend them despite how nice Caroline was.

We used Rhino Cleaning Service to do a deep clean after having some family stay with us. I couldn’t be more pleased. They were punctual which is very important to our family. They were extremely friendly and very thorough! Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them!!

While the crews are very reliable they aren't consistent in how they clean. Some crews do a good job while others just flat out miss some tasks. I feel like the service is overpriced and I don't mind paying more for a good job but it's very far and few in between that I actually get a cleaning that I've been satisfied with. Used them for roughly 2 months with cleanings every 2 weeks. So maybe 5 cleanings and 3 times I had to call the office back about something. I will say that when there was an issue the office did their best to give you a discount on the next service so they have that for them.

Pic is right after they finished the downstairs and I swept. This was 2 visits in a row where I found that they were just wet wiping the dirt around my floors. They don't sweep before mopping and when they mop they don't do a great job as there are spots of dirt/juice still on the floors.

The scheduling process was a hassle but the maids showed up at the time and day I requested. They did a good job and even fixed my clogged sink. So I was very grateful for that. However I think in the 90 minute time slot they cannot truly do a "deep clean" the way you expect. I noticed other companies do a 3-5 hour deep clean and I think that would have been better for me. For reference they were doing a move out deep clean for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment.

Outstanding Service from phone contacts to cleaning team. Can't say enough good things about them. Marta and Carla left not one thing for me to have to wipe over. Usually there is at least a few items left not quite as spotless as I like but not with these two. My husband and I were both astounded with the professionalism and exceptional service provided. You hardly ever come across it these day so when you do you're amazed. We decided to try them with a deep clean to see how they would do and are planning to use them on a regular basis and will definitely request Martha and Carla again.

The service from Rhino's Maids was excellent! Amalia and Jessica showed up ready to clean and boy did they! My house is SPARKLING! The did everything from ceiling fans to baseboards. My shower doors were cleaned, inside of the windows done and my kitchen is spotless!! Request these two! Pricing was great too for a 3-4 hour deep clean.

First time using Rhino's Cleaning Services. Was very happy. Both ladies showed up and time and did a good job in the bathrooms and kitchen. Very happy with their work. I forgot I have to request floor cleaning separately, otherwise, very happy and will use them again.
