Updated: I hired Rhino for cleaning out home in the Spring of 2022. The first cleaning was amazing. However, all cleanings since have not been great. They miss a lot of basic items, like an entire bathroom. I tried one last time this week and it was the same - not a very good job. On top of that, I've had lots of issues with payment. This time, they charged my card without my authorization, charged for more than the amount they quoted, and left 30 minutes early. I would not recommend their services.

My husband and I are real estate agents and initially used Rhino’s for a few of our client’s move-out deep cleans. They always did a great job.

Since then, we’ve started using them for bi-weekly cleaning at our personal home. This is seriously the best money we’ve ever spent. The cleaners always do a phenomenal job. They are polite and always go the extra mile. The office is very easy to communicate with as well via text.

We will continue to use their services and to recommend them to our clients.

I had been using Rhino's Cleaning off and on since moving to our current home. I started regular cleanings in 2019 and have been very satisfied. They are flexible with scheduling, which works with our work schedules, and it is easy to reschedule by text or a phone call to the office! We even skipped a few months when we were out of town for an extended time period....and got a deep cleaning upon return.....gotta love this Vegas dust!! I have found the maids do good work, are friendly, ask questions, and work hard.

This review is long over due. I used Rhino's Cleaning Service when I moved out of my last home a year ago. I was blown away by the service I received. They made that home sparkle. It was better than when I moved in! I highly recommend this service AND I'm using them again for their deep clean and carpet cleaning in August 2021. I am also referring to my brother in law (single man) who lives in Henderson for a deep clean. They are fast, thorough and very attentive to detail. LOVE this service.

I recently used RCS for the first time after my friend made the recommendation. They arrived on time and got straight to work! After a 2-hour deep clean service my house felt brand new! And I didn't feel like I broke the bank either!
The ladies were so so polite and efficient :). They have great offers/specials and their rates are unbeatable. I will be using them monthly now!

Here are you still open? I tried to look up your website to see reviews when searching for a Pressure Wash/Cleaning in Los Vegas but couldn't find one.

I have used Rhino Cleaning Services for over 6 years and they have always done a great job at a very fair price.

Unfortunately, I too would give them a zero. I agree with DONA WITTMAN who had a ring stolen. I have used them for 2-3 years and on 3 different occasions I have had items missing. Stupid items, but one that I decided to end the service was I had JUST used a nice squeegee that morning and put under my sink, when I went to use it that evening after using the shower, it was gone. I have asked on several occasions if they could leave the names of staff who clean my house every time, but that never happened and I wondered why. My new company always leaves a little card on my counter with the names of who was in my house, and a little note if there were any issues or were not able to get to something. That to me is a professional company.

I would leave zero stars if I could. They damaged a very sentimental item of mine. Knocked it right off the wall and broke it! They tried to fix it with my super glue and made a total mess everywhere. This is not the first time they broke something and I made the mistake to allow them back. On top of that, they do the bare minimum. Each time they left I had to go back over all the streaks and dried product they left behind. Consumer beware..take your business elsewhere.

If I could leave zero starts I would I have been a customer for 4 years, I would like to preface this with the normal people that clean my house w: this company are taking time off and cannot clean atm so they sent new people. Today they were cleaning the island in my kitchen and this happened. I cannot get on the phone with anyone at all that will help me and they keep telling me the manger will call me when he can.. when he can?? My whole island of my kittens is destroyed and the woman on the phone said "I know during a cleaning things can break" yea maybe u drop something and it breaks not my entire cabinets coming off. I literally cooked last night used the island this morning got silverware out of the island everything was fine! I'm not sure of what kind of cleaning could unhinge the whole set of cabinets but this is so unacceptable not one person is calling to help or helping me remedy this. They sent me the text immediately but when I try and call for help it's crickets! Also the woman on the phone hung up on me as I was asking to speak to a manager. I hope this reaches the right people. I am so livid right now. Livid! This is also how they left my house pictures below. They didn't even take the garbage with them! Floors not mopped. It's been over 45 min and not even one call back! And the ladies left my house right after this happened. Never use this service! Another update no one is planning on calling my husband had to call and they said we can email them! The woman on the phone Also LIED and said that we yelled at the cleaning woman and that's y they left! Unfortunately I have ring cameras in my home and it is very clearly on camera that they were cleaning after the incident and didn't leave until they were called and told to leave. The better business bureau will be contacted. Don't recommend using this cleaning service if anything goes wrong you are completely on your own! And they LIED about what took place. I did raise my voice to the woman on the phone but never ever once to the woman in my home.

The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because it was pretty cheap for a supposed "deep clean"- still a meh job for an average-priced/mis-advertised “standard clean”.

The worst part was that they left early with plenty still left to clean that are easy "standard cleaning" tasks. I had to stop them from leaving and point out 3 obvious dirty spots that should never have been missed in the first place- it took them less than 5 minutes to do a simple wipe-down.

As advertised, the only add-on for the "deep-clean" was the oven and that wasn't even done well.

Even if you get a "deal", just pay a little extra and go somewhere else.

The owners are so fantastic. Great communication. We just moved to Vegas and had the service in Cincinnati. They did not let us down. Our clearers not only did a great and through job, but we’re warm and funny! Great job!!!!

First time with The Cleaning Authority. The ladies
(Team 18) arrived on time and did a great job. A couple of picture frames were missed, but I consider that minor compared to how clean the rest of the house was. Great job ladies!!

Today was the first cleaning in the New Year. Team # 12 did a fabulous job as they always do. I have no worries about not being completely satisfied once they are finished. Hiring the Cleaning Authority is one of the best decisions I've made to make my life easier. I trust team # 12 and I trust the Cleaning Authority.

I'm very picky when it comes to cleaners but this Company “The Cleaning Authority” has the best cleaning crew.

Great staff from top to bottom. Scheduling is easy and the cleaners are quick, efficient and very pleasant to talk to. Prices are reasonable and communication is fantastic. We've been through a half dozen different cleaners over the years, but we'll be with Cleaning Authority for a long time

The two ladies did an excellent job today. Why is it that I have never had the same team clean my house? Wouldn't it be more advantage for the teams to become familiar with the houses they clean? I would like to see the same faces. They all have done a good job but they all have a different cleaning method.

The hospitality and service from the office, to the cleaners has been top notch. My home feels like a resort. Everyone has been so kind and easy to work with. The cleaners that came in were very kind, thorough, and quick. I couldn’t imagine going through another company. 5 stars!!

Overall cleaning was great. I just question ……”. Inside range hood cleaned.” I don’t think mine has ever been cleaned.

Very thorough and get it all done quickly. Definitely recommend.
