I can't begin to tell you how pleased we are with the services provided by The Cleaning Authority!! From the office/management to the cleaning crews, they are always respectful and attentive to our family. Every team member that has arrived to clean has done an impeccable job and when they leave we are always left with smiles and less stress!! Thank you TCA for doing a wonderful job which allows us to have one less thing to worry about.

Cleaning crew arrived on time and went to work efficiently and had my house sparkling clean in just over 2 hours. Best cleaning service in my 13 years living here! Highly recommend the company!!

What a wonderful company- I was looking for a cleaning company and being new in town I had no idea where to start - I chose The Cleaning Authority -I have had them coming for about a year and half now , wonderfully organized , had a quality control supervisor stop by to make sure it was going well, which I have never seen before, this company cares about delivering consistent quality cleans , I’m incredibly impressed with the business model and thrilled that I came across this company and chose them out of the overwhelming amount of choices - this was the correct choice- I got really lucky the owner is absolutely amazing- this company cares! The business model and check lists of what gets rotationally deep cleaned they can replicate results and it will make every clean reliably the same each time. If you’re wondering who to choose out of the sea of cleaning company options - you have found the best- Chose - The Cleaning Authority!

Addendum - they have now cleaned my house many many times and I continue to be extremely impressed by their fastidious work nature and continuous work ethic , all while doing just a fantastic thorough job every single time. From the first call to inquire about services to the actual people sent to clean my home, the process was fantastic. Jay was able to assess my home through a FaceTime call. Then, he explained all the different options and price points. His crew was on time and very professional. My first deep clean has already make a big impact on my home. I was very pleased with our clean. We have two dogs (husky and terrier) that shed a lot and the cleaners didn’t leave a single hair. They are sure to hit every detail when it comes to the cleaning. I was most impressed with the efficiency of the clean. I will definitely be using The Cleaning Authority again! Great job!

The post is not misleading. We searched our house top to bottom. The item was the easiest item to steal as it was next to the front door. It also requires no equipment to use. It’s a pet camera. I shouldn’t have to explain why someone decides to steal things as I am not the thief. If I had to guess they steal things of little monetary value to avoid police reports, but again I’m not a thief so I don’t know how they think. Due to the owners lack of understanding and ethics they now get 2 1-stars. The lack of accountability reinforces our point so don’t take the risk.

Wow is all I can say!! I am PICKY and I have NEVER come home to such a clean house! It smelled good and looked AMAZING! I can’t say enough and it was only my 1st clean! I can’t say only imagine my next one! Shout out to Delmi and Estefany, team #5! Chef’s kiss!

I was very happy with Olga and Estela. They both worked diligently without being on their phones as I have experienced with another company. Their work was excellent and they were very nice ladies.

Paula and Alejandra (Team #1) did an amazing job. I tried two cleaning services prior to the Cleaning Authority and had almost given up. The Cleaning Authority has changed my opinion. The house looks amazing and definitely met and even exceeded my expectations. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve gone through three sets of cleaning companies in the past nine months. Very disappointing. However, I have now found an amazing Cleaning Crew! They do such a detailed and professional job, my house has never been cleaner! Quit your searching through reviews and hire this company.

This was my first cleaning. The team was on time, very well dressed and representing their company and so very polite and professional. Oh, and my house is clean too!!! The kind of clean you’d do yourself if you had the time!

The team showed up on time and went to work right away. They were thorough and very efficient. House was sparkling when they left.

I do not recommend this cleaning company. Unfortunately, an item went missing from our home shortly after their visit. The cleaning crew was present on a Friday, and by Saturday morning, we noticed the item was gone. No one else had access to our home during that time. While the cleaners denied any involvement, it’s difficult to ignore the timing and circumstances. Who would ever admit they stole something?

We reached out to the company, but they refused to take responsibility or offer reimbursement, citing a lack of proof. Despite thoroughly searching our home multiple times, the item has not been found. The only compensation provided was a refund of the tip we initially gave.

This experience has left us deeply disappointed, and I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this company.
