So based upon the reviews, I thought I had found the perfect place. The first time the cleaning ladies came over one of them was extremely rude but I let it go because the cleaning was amazing and I was very happy with the service so I overlooked her unprofessionalism. The second time I thought, they confirm with me via text and they also advise if I didn’t confirm they would cancel my appointment. I did end up confirming and when it came to appointment time they never showed up. I waited half an hour after the time allotted and called the company, it took four tries and finally leaving a voice message to hear back from someone . There was absolutely no communication to me or to the organization from the cleaning ladies according to the person I was speaking to on the phone. I was very upset as I am disabled, I cannot leave the house at any given time. We rescheduled it and this time they don’t confirm the appointment so I called back to confirm because I didn’t wanna waste another day waiting for them. It took another three phone calls for me to be able to confirm. Yesterday the lady showed up and I thought everything was going to be OK. I have someone pick me up so we could go run an errand while they were doing the majority of the cleaning. When I returned, the house was OK. My island was filthy, the kitchen was still filthy, they missed the closet, they missed the laundry room, they missed the microwave and they missed sweeping and vacuuming under my bed which is what I needed help with. When I pointed out to the girl everything that was wrong, she started arguing with me that it was already done. When I physically showed her, then she would agree and say oh we cleaned it but not all of it, we clean the front of the island but not the back of the island. They shouldn’t pick and choose what they can clean since you’re getting paid to clean everything. She also said that they didn’t go into the laundry room or the closet because she was afraid of the curtain and she felt there was a ghost haunting her. I have curtains where the doors are supposed to be because it makes it easier as his house is built kind of funny . I’m very disappointed with this company. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that they can’t answer a phone call to save their lives. My house was not clean and they charge me more than they had said they were going to charge me which I’m not happy about either. I shouldn’t have to clean after the cleaning lady. I’m extremely upset and I’ve given the company time to give me a call back and I have not heard from them. They really charge my account right away though but they won’t return my phone call. Look for someone else unless you want to be waiting on someone to give you a call back. I can’t believe a company still doesn’t have an answering service.

This cleaning company has seen better days. Now they hire anyone without training and the service went downhill fast. The last 3 times they were in my house, there were broken vases, stains on carpet, smudges on walls and doors and permanent damage to our bathroom counters. They answered the first 2 calls we made and told us a manager was going to follow up. Then, they ghosted us - never heard back from them at all, with all damages still needing to be fixed. This is how you lose a 5 start rating customer, by simply not giving a damn about your customers....

I booked a deep cleaning for my sisters 1500 sq foot house. Two maids showed up and did a basic job. All the things they said would be cleaned in a deep cleaning were not. I reached out and was told they would come back. They no showed. I texted again they said sorry we were behind and rescheduled again saying they would be on time the next time. Nope never showed or called. Would never use again or recommend. Save your money. Teenagers clean better than this service.

Rhino maids is very good. They are always able to accommodate day of or if I need to switch my appointment. The ladies try very hard. I have a huge house and quite a few long hair pets so i know it's harder then the average home. Sometimes things are left behind but they get every area of the home as clean as they can with the time I purchased. Any time there's been an issue the office has been prompt and responded to me. Would recommend trying them out I've tried out many places and for the price these ladies are the best.

I’ve used Rhino’s Maids cleaning service for years. They have always done a great job! The cleaners are polite, quick and accommodating to my needs. Our house always looks amazing when they leave! I’ve also referred them to several of my friends who are very happy with the service.

We are extremely pleased with the thorough cleaning that the Rhino crew performed on our.home. They were courteous and efficient and our house was spotless when they left. Will be using on regular basis. Rates are reasonable and scheduling was easy and timely. Give the a try. You will.be pleased

*STOLEN CHARGER* Paid for deep cleaning, and this was after giving them another chance after the last time someone dumped bucket of water on my upstairs carpet floor. Hoped it would be better job-was so so. Worst part is I had a brand new 6 foot charger plugged in the middle of my couch. Gone when I got home as the maids were there when I was not. Contacted company and of course they have no idea they don't remember seeing a charger. Yes completely believable that a 6 foot cord was removed from the couch where they straightened pillows but nobody saw it. Won't be using them again after another disappointing clean and especially now with a stolen item.

I have been using Rhino since moving to Las Vegas in April. They always do a great job of making my place look and FEEL clean. I am a pretty clean guy and can make my place look clean but I know when it doesn't feel clean. That probably only makes sense to me but I really appreciate Rhino and their team. They are always on time and do a great job.

They don't leave cards behind to let you know what team you had but whoever I had last time did an amazing job. Like I said earlier, every team does a great job but the last team was OUTSTANDING. I had been out of town and when I came back to my place, my dad happened to be with me as he had a layover and needed to kill time. He kept saying how impressed he was with how good my place looked and felt. I couldn't take credit and told him it was all the Rhino team. He asked me the price and said, "Dang, that's pretty good!"

We started using Rhino's Maid Service in 2022 and had agreed to a bi-monthly cleaning at $155 each time they came. On July 7, 2022, we had our regular cleaning service and then received a call that had, in error, charged my card for $1555.00. The manager told me they knew the error and would correct it immediately. When the refund was never made, I called several times. The manager at times was unavailable and when he was available gave me conflicting information. 1. Their billing system wouldn't allow them to make a refund 2. They'd leave a check for me at their office. Which the next day, he said they couldn't do. 3. The manager told me to dispute the charge with my bank. Which I did. The bank said when they contacted Rhino's Maid Service with my complaint, Rhino's said the charge was accurate, so my bank would not refund the amount. This seems like a ploy to not have to refund me. I went to their office on West Sahara, which is closed. I have contacted their office on multiple occasions to speak to the manager, who is never available, doesn't return phone calls, and has consistently lied to me about getting this resolved. I have asked to speak to the owner but no one will relay a message or give me contact info. I now have no idea how to get back the $1400 owed to me by Rhino's Maid Service.

We have been using Rhinos Maid Cleaning Services for over a year now. They always show up time and their staff is very professional. They do an amazing job cleaning our home. We have a 3800 sq ft home and they always do a great job cleaning it. If you are looking for a maid services to try out, I would definitely recommend Rhinos. Their prices are very reasonable for the amount of time they spend cleaning your home. Thank you Rhinos Maids, you guys are awesome!

We used Rhino's cleaning to clean our new home before we moved in. They were incredibly responsive when scheduling a date/time, and were very communicative throughout the day of the cleaning. The house smelt amazing when we walked in after they cleaned it, and they got all of the grease, dirt and dust out of the house. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again!

Always does a great job on deep cleaning. I have them come once every three months to deep clean areas I don't have time/patience to do.

The little details like special folds on towels, toilet paper and Kleenex makes it worth while. And my house looks and smells fantastic afterwards!!!

Consistently great cleaning service! We've been using them for a few years now and anytime we need to reschedule, switch schedules, or have an issue, they are so quick to work with us. I've used other companies in the past and no one can even hold a candle to these guys. We used them for a deep clean prior to selling our former home (we sold it in 2 days), and we've used them bi-weekly since I started my new job 18 months ago. We did have to switch teams once, but it was easily done with a larger company like Rhino's Maid Service.

I have always felt comfortable leaving to let them do their jobs. Unlike others I've hired in the past, they work hard and use the time wisely. We just had a deep clean done for Winter and they knocked it out of the park. I would recommend them to anyone.

I too would leave 0 stars if I could for the way we have been treated after 3 years with this service. Just a half hour b4 the cleaners arrived for a deep clean, my husband put his diamond and sapphire wedding ring in the dresser drawer. We discovered it missing next day and immediately reported it to management and the police dept. Management will not provide us with their insurance info and refuse to return the police depts inquiry. If they think they are innocent why not tell police.

They were so professional and really nice. They went straight upstairs and started cleaning without missing a beat. The house was left spotless looked like no kids lived here!! Love the way my carpet look, with the marks of the vacuum, and my appliances shine. I recommend Rhino services to everyone that needs help cleaning their house, Rhino is the best! Their price is fair for all of the work they do. I’ve tried other companies and they don’t compare to Rhino.

I emailed about 20 different cleaning companies before selecting Rhino's Maid Cleaning Services. They had the best pricing and were the most responsive. My husband and I work from home, so we were here the entire time our cleaners were working. They arrived on time, got right to work, were respectful, and very friendly. I checked around several things I expected to be missed after they were done, and I couldn't find anything. They actually went well above my expectations! I'm happy I chose the right cleaning company!

We are absolutely impressed!!! The cleaners were efficient and kind. The house smelled amazing and our floors have never looked better. Very prompt and professional. I loved the constant communication via text. It made me feel much more comfortable. I would like to sign up for a monthly service! Highly recommend.

I've used Rhino (now called RCS) for years with minimal issues until very recently. The service, from both the office/schedulers and the cleaners has really declined and I believe it is either a new owner/manager. I've gotten the standard service for years and they seem to clean less and less. The standard service is 2 cleaners for 2.5 hours, yet today they said they were finished and asked for payment after just 90 minutes. We keep our house up, so I understand it takes less time than other homes, but I am paying for 2.5 hours, so I think they should use the time to clean. When I suggested to the office that they could use the time to wipe down baseboards or dust the blinds she balked and said they were not allowed because that's a deep clean service. I then said, if that's the case you are charging me too much for the standard service because they are finishing in 90 minutes. She said she could offer me a $20 discount if I switched to a 90 minute service limit next time. I declined and said to just remove me from their schedule going forward. Part of my frustration also stems from them missing an entire bathroom during the previous cleaning. I reported it and received zero acknowledgement. I wasn't looking to have them come out to clean it the next day or anything, but a simple "I'm sorry, we will double check to be sure all bathrooms are cleaned next time" would have been nice. The final straw--the cleaners left the screen door open when they went to put their tools in the car and my cat got out. Fortunately I found her, but this just further demonstrates their lack of care.

The crew came out wearing masks and gloves, which I loved considering everything that is going on right now. I was teaching virtually while the team was cleaning, and they were so great about doing the louder activities while I was able to be on mute. Results were fantastic, from my kitchen to the bathrooms that needed a lot of attention. They were also very patient and courteous with me when I asked a bunch of questions since I have only used a cleaning service once before. I am looking forward to the next time I can have another superb team from Rhino come out and help our home look its very best.
