Team #10 was absolutely amazing! They did the little things that make the difference (like making the toilet paper roll & tissue box fancy, plumping the pillows), AND actually cleaned everything. SO THANKFUL for this Team!!

Update! Team 9 came in today to make right a cleaning that wasn’t up to par as for the last two months they have all been amazing. They were so friendly and gave an attention to detail. Thank you. Still highly recommend this cleaning company! I will add reliable to my adjectives!
The Cleaning Authority is very professional and thorough. I have really noticed an attention to detail especially with floors and corners. They are on time and they leave a note with what they have done when they finish. The office is also very easy to work with. So far, top rate!

Always great customer service. Although we didn't have our regular Team 13 lead, Lucy, Lupe and her companion were excellent. Very through and took great care of our newly remodeled master bathroom. The ladies are always personable and take special care when our cats are around. We recommend the Cleaning Authority for your cleaning needs.

I love the fact the to hey have a list; one visit they vacuum furniture & the next they dust nic nacs. They just charge my credit card & I don't have to worry about writing a check.

Just wanted to share a word of caution with you about using The Cleaning Authority to clean your home. A team came to my home on Saturday and was specifically instructed to clean for 3 hours. They pushed for 4 upon arrival and I pushed back for 3. This was a normal cleaning (vacuum, dust, mop, clean showers, etc.) and the house was 100% picked up prior to their arrival. No dishes, no laundry, nothing. They charged me for 4 hrs 45 min totaling $400, for a 1700ish sq ft home. This is MORE THAN DOUBLE what I have paid with them in the past for the same exact cleaning in the same exact home. When I called about a partial refund as I did not authorize that length of time (nor did the condition of the home warrant that much), I was told that there’s nothing they could do and they can charge and stay however long they want, even if you specify not to. EVEN IF you don’t authorize it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not only that, but they left things totally unorganized (baskets on top of and blocking the cat box, clocks taken down off the wall, rugs overturned and put back in wrong places, bins not put away as they were before). The owner of the company refused a partial refund and said there’s nothing they can do. That their team told them the home was really dirty, justifying the cost and that they believe their employees over the customer. 😳 I told them I’d be leaving this review along with never using their service again and they said “Do what you need to do.” There was 0 effort to make the situation right and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The 2 women, Team 19, were polite, quick and very thorough. I was so pleased that they accomplished so much in just about the time that was quoted, and did an amazing job, I think the best yet! I was especially impressed that they cleaned all my blinds, again! I thought they were very conscientious and friendly.

Cleaning Authority is a reliable and efficient company. I have used them for many years. We currently have Team 14 and couldn’t be happier.

It was the initial clean and they did a fantastic job, they hit all the spots that were important to me and then some. I’m so excited that I changed over from my previous company, I haven’t had this level of quality for a while. Fingers crossed that this same dedication and attention to detail doesn’t wane with time.

We were customers of The Cleaning Authority in Arizona for years and were always happy with them, so we decided to go with them once again here in Vegas. Yesterday was our first clean and believe me, after living here for almost 10 years and not having the place professionally cleaned in all that time, it was a BIG job (housekeeping is not my forte)! The ladies, Ara and Olga, were so thorough and meticulous and really did a wonderful job of getting the details right. On your first two visits they do deep cleans, the first of bathrooms/kitchen and the second of living areas. My bathroom hasn't been this clean in years! They even took the time to organize my toiletries/cosmetic shelf, which was very cluttered and disorganized! They really did an outstanding job. I'm really pleased that we decided to go with TCL again - their prices are very reasonable and their cleaners are so professional and really great at what they do. Highly recommend!

Team #10 (Eli and Merá) did an absolutely incredible job today. The attention to detail was obvious the moment we walked into our home. They went above and beyond—deep-cleaning appliances, hand-wiping doors and baseboards, giving extra care to flooring and furniture, and even scrubbing grout and brushing out faucets and drains. Every room they touched looked noticeably refreshed, organized, and spotless.

They handled the rotation areas perfectly, and the extra touches—like cleaning the range hood, shining surfaces, and giving special attention to the shower door—really stood out. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows.

We truly appreciate the professionalism, consistency, and care that Team #10 delivers every visit. THANK YOU, Eli and Merá, for making our home look amazing!
