Very unprofessional lawn care business. Not reliable or trustworthy

I was looking for a tree service and had called multiples Yellowstone was the first to respond to me with a personal text message and was able to set up a meeting and meet with the branch manager for employment opportunities and all the employees had all their PPE gear and looks like everybody was smiling and happy to be there I know I was I'm already enrolled in the arborist certification class and applicators licensing for spraying trees that right there is awesome in itself and I thank the branch manager and company for giving me the opportunity to work there and get my certified arborist license

Beware of this company; they are a 1 man group spending 30 to 45 minutes in an Hoa community per week & little to nothing done; $1500 a month gets you only emptying trash & blowing leaves per week. Beware of this company as they are never present.

This company serves our HOA. They repeatedly start before 8 am with their loud blowers. I think they think it is funny to wake people early in the morning, especially on the weekends. Today was the last straw. I have called the police to file a noise complaint. I will keep calling with every infraction. Some people have health issues and sleep is needed for healing.

We just heard about the passing of your employee, John Zuasola, such a wonderful young man and we wanted to take a minute to honor him and to let the company that he worked know just how much John was loved and appreciated and what a kind, funny, amazing, caring, loving, hard working person he was. We met John when we first moved into our new house and needed pest control services and he quickly became a great family friend. He was an exceptional human being and we will always miss him.

Mckinzy was great. He listened attentively and addressed all my concerns regarding the scorpion problems. He treated all the areas of concerns that I mentioned during the initial greeting which meant that he was paying attention. Great attitude and polite. I told him that we are still having a pigeon problem and he said he would promptly report it to the office and that I should receive a follow-up call. Shortly after he left, I received a call to schedule an appointment for an inspector to address the pigeon problem as Mckinzy promised. He is awesome!

I have always been very happy with this company. However the last couple of services have been up to my standards. I even have had to have them come out and repeat the service. Also the technician I now have is definitely not a people person. I am considering changing companies.

We are extremely pleased with the efforts made against our serious Scorpion infestation. We are already seeing positive results within a few months of service. The power spraying is making a difference!

They drafted money from my account without my authorization. After overdrawing my account they proposed a payment plan which I made a good faith payment. They later reneged on the agreement because I refused to sign another contract. I worked over 2 months to resolve matters without resolution.

This company literally saved my sanity nearly 4 years ago. We stayed on with them. Great monthly pricing, friendly and knowledge reps, and their customer service is the best. I recommend to everyone I meet.

Horrible horrible! I signed a contract in June of last year for one year. This month would have marked my one year. I chose to cancel and not continue because I moved into an apartment and no longer needed them. They charged me a $120 cancelation fee even though my contract was for a year and I had already been using and paying them for a year and it was up. I did not sign a new contract or anything. I was still charged a fee. I doubled checked on the phone call to make sure there was no cancellation fee. The women re assured me that I didn’t have one but yet they still charged me. Another incident I had was several months back I got charged for three service at once. I did not understand why because I have them on auto pay and they have my card info. They tried to tell me it’s because I didn’t get charged for three months. How was there billing department errors my fault? They should have been taking it out on the 11th of every month like I signed for on the contract. They really need to re train all their staff. It seems like no one knows what’s going on. I wouldn’t suggest going to them.

Noah was extremely professional. He did a scorpion shield and black light. Any questions I had he answered with no fuss. I've had many services done around my house whether it be tree trimming, landscaping or house keeping and he was by far the most professional person I've experienced.

This company is great! Been using them for a few years now and they are very responsive and have helped me with all sorts of pest issues. They are relatively inexpensive but the gentleman are very helpful and knowledgeable. Very good company

John and his crew were wonderful they did what they promised, on time, in a timely manner, and listened to all my question and concerns. They even left me some additional material so I could do my block wall. A good company to work with.

I live off Cheyenne and the 215 and had a concerning scorpion problem!! I was finding about five to ten scorpions on my hunt a night! I was finding tiny ones, big ones inside and outside my home! I had a company, Aptive spray often and still had an issue! My friends starting jokingly calling me the crazy scorpion lady because I did endless research and took all precautions! I have a two year old, and I was sitting in her room one day crying after I found one in her room. As I’m crying I’m staring at the Lavendar I that I poured all over her bedroom, the glass jars that the legs of her crib are in, and I’m like “ IM OVER THIS” ! I promise I’m not nuts, there just isn’t anything I won’t do to protect my kid! I did research and found Red Rock PC and set up a consultation. Their technicians are so knowledgeable and so friendly, I hadn’t even been sprayed yet and I felt relieved just by their presence! So fast forward 6-8 months using them, and My problem Is almost non existent! My house is usually treated my Jeff and now John and they’re so amazing ! Not only did the spraying work, but I see the same friendly faces. Their customer service does not disappoint and am finally enjoying my new purchased home with my family!

I’m selling a home to Veteran buyers. Their VA loan required a Termite Inspection Report. Red Rock Pest Control was easy to reach (a live and friendly human answered the phone). They were able arrange the Inspection, prepared their report in a timely manner, and the cost was reasonable. I will call them again for future inspection or pest control needs in the Las Vegas area. Thank You!

Always wonderful. Michelle is funny and great every time I speak with her and I have never had an issue with a technician. They are always courteous, friendly, and super informative. I have been with them for over a year and they service my family too

After 30 years of homeowner neglect, Red Rock Pest Control was able to wipe out the consistent infestation of ants and have kept them away without any flareup with their monthly service; incredible value!!! The technician was knowledgable and thorough. He wore booties inside the house. He sprayed everything I wanted him to and nothing I didn't. Red Rock Pest Control is my first line of defense against scorpions. I love the confirmation a day ahead of treatment which is easy to reschedule if I need to. I highly recommend this company. If you live in Summerlin, you need this!
