Jeremy arrived on time and did a great job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what to expect and was very friendly. I was impressed with the company. I asked when the earliest they could come for a VA inspection for a refinance and they came the next day -- and sent the report I needed the same day Jeremy did the inspection.

I have had a huge scorpion issue. They have been the only company that has been able to keep them at bay. Over the years the number of scorpions on my property has diminished. The properties around me do not get pest control so it is impossible to have my number be zero. However, they have taught me how to look or them and will come out if I call and say I see one. It is really an amazing service. I love my tech guys so much. I wish I could tip more than $20 when they come out. They deserve it.

Red Rock Pest Control is hands down the best service provider and bug exterminators! They respond quickly to my panic calls whenever I mistake a piece of lint for a bug! If there was ever a bug problem before they come to service a home, there is no sign of them after their service. I feel so much better knowing my home if protected from any insects and critters and know I can count on them anytime! I have been with Red Rock for 5 years. I am very happy with this company. They do a good job that's why I have been with them for 5 years. I get service every 60 days and they keep me pest free and there price is fair-but most of all the quality is excellent and workers are good!!!!

If you need pest control services in Las Vegas don't call anyone else. I've had a few of them and they all are horrendous. Red rock pest control is amazing they take care of your concerns they're always on time and very courteous. They are not the typical one person in a truck that you hope does a good job. If you have a question you can call, they always answer the phone. I have referred about 10 people to them and everyone has had the same experience I have. Not only have I used them for pest control, they have also cured my pigeon problem. They did an amazing job blocking out all the areas in the house they could nest in. They cleaned all the debris out also. It looks amazing and you can't even tell its there.

Derrick was excellent. This is the first time I have been confronted with scorpions, and had many questions. He answered all of them and gave me some very good advice. I am very happy with the service I received from Red Rock Pest Control. Derrick sprayed both the inside and the outside of my ground floor condo, and I am happy that they will continue to spray every two months. I also appreciate that I can call if I ever see another scorpion in my unit, and they will spray again right away, before my next scheduled maintenance. It gives me peace of mind.

Red Rock is the best! We sleep safe at night knowing that no creepy crawlies are around. The anxiety I had over these scorpions with kids in the house was so unsettling. I couldn't rest.. This company charged me money after telling me my next service would be free due to past issues I had. After confronting them, they said they would issue a refund but we’re now almost 20 days since this happened and I have not received my money back. If I could give 0, I would.

This company was bought and merged with another in town and ever since that happened, the service took a major hit. They would just show up with about 20 minutes’ notice even after I asked them for a few days’ notice to make sure I was able to get home from work.

So I had Derek come out as my technician I don’t remember the gentleman who gave me the quote over the phone but I know he passing over to Jamie who is super helpful as far as billing and explaining this service to me for like the fifth time as I had so many questions and it was really freaking out over the fact that I found one scorpion and they literally did same-day service discounted the price for me for my initial service and most of all they were kind with me and a technician that came out was so amazing and I would love to request him honestly to come out update : as much as I enjoyed the service it for very unorganized with paying fees and even pulling my balance and getting m husband to lay when I advised him no
That they for the last 5 visits showed and sprayed for 2 seconds near my front door knowing I want them to come inside . I am more hurt they sucked my husband to pay with his condition . every time if that would be possible anyways the value professionalism quality responsiveness and punctuality of this company along with a wonderful customer service ! I highly recommend this company to the community of Las Vegas I am definitely a customer for life thank you guys for everything you did and not to mention in the same day you are amazing

I have been using RedRock Pest control since 2018 for peace of mind because my daughter and I hate any kind of bug! The only thing I don't like about the service is when the scheduler transfer's me to sales without my consent to try yes try to get me to pay more! but good thing I speak what's in my best interest. Service is always FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY!!!! I always recommend to family and friends.

They were amazing until 1st my normal tech left the company and the next person didnt do what was asked and expected. It was straightened out but with some pushback from the tech which didnt sit well with me. Then they called me to collect payment after i had cancelled services with them. They claim the call was to see how i liked my services. Which i told her the service was ok then the lady wanted to try and argue with me. I was going to continue my services at a later date but this phone call changed all of that.

Dispatchers/appt. setters on the phone are super friendly and ready to help.

Stan is the man! I signed up with pest pros almost three years ago and this review is long overdue. I had red ants I tried to take care of myself but after they kept coming back I called pest pros and they got it handled their first visit and they’ve been coming every other month since and I’ve never had an issue with bugs. Stan has been the one coming to my place for well over a year and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He’s always on time, polite, covers his shoes when he comes in makes sure to cover everywhere. He’s really friendly and great to talk to while he does his job while still being quick and efficient. Makes the whole experience better especially because I want to feel like I can trust someone coming into my house all the time and Stan is definitely someone I do. Stan was Very friendly, and was able to answer all of our questions very thoroughly. My wife had some concerns due to our animals but Stan was able to explain not just what he was doing but why it worked and why it wouldn’t effect out pets! We recently moved to Las Vegas and we were looking for a good pest control company. We read good reviews about pest pros and we decided to get a 1 year contract. They came out, serviced my home and in between services I had issues with ants, so I called them and Stan came out the same day to take care of the issue and as expected we saw ants for the next few days and then they were gone. They told me that they would still come out for our next service. Stan came out today to service my home again and just as before, he was very knowledgeable, personable, with a great attitude and great customer service. So far we are really enjoying working with pest pros, specially working with Stan. We will for sure keep using them and recomend them.
