I bought a fridge off of FB Marketplace. It came with some free goodies in the form of roaches. I called Pest Pros and they sent Stan out to help me get this under control. Stan was incredibly knowledgeable and polite throughout his visit and while applying the treatment throughout the house. I hate having to deal with bugs for long term projects but Stan with pest pros definitely takes the edge off and makes me feel confident this will be resolved in a timely manner. Most importantly, it’ll be done the right way without cutting corners.

When we first moved out to Las Vegas we had a ant problem with our new property. We called Pest Pros out and they treated our property. We had no problems whatsoever for almost 3 years. Today we had our property treated again. Both times our technician was Stan. Not only was he very professional and explained exactly what he was doing he also had a great personality. I would recommend calling Pest Pros anytime you have a pest problem and ask for Stan to be your technician. You will not be disappointed!

Stan came out for my initial pest service and did an excellent job both inside and out. He explain everything he was going to do which was extensive. The companies communication was good and Stan called ahead to advise of his arrival time. Stan seemed like a good guy and I appreciate the great job he did… thanks Stan!

Saw rats last night in pineapple palm tree, called Jeff this morning, he had Stanley there by 11:30 dropping boxes and talking strategy. Simple, affordable, and I have to say as far as courtesy and friendliness, both Stanley the tech and Jeff are 10/10. We were tired of dealing with the extra steps needed to use a large multi-state company and found Pest Pros literally with a google search. Read reviews & signed up with them. This was my first time using Las Vegas Pest Pros and I can say with absolution ill never go anywhere else! They were phenominal at communicating with me. Garrid (the individual that came to my house) was thorough, friendly, and was willing to answer my questions. Once he was done spraying he took time to share what he saw and suggested some options going forward. However, he did not make me feel pressured or locked in-it was more informational and if I want. Hands down best customer service possible 🙌!!!

Pest Pros Las Vegas does an amazing Job. We had Stan come by and spray our home! He's quick, thorough and explains everything he will do for your home. I have Pest Pros spray my other home as well and the spray works amazing, no signs of bugs! If you get Stan, hes an awesome friendly guy!
