Stan came out to address a problem that developed due to unforeseen circumstances. He was thorough, professional, and is a true expert. I was worried about the problem, but after speaking with Stan and seeing him in action, I can rest easy knowing that I hired the best there is to do the job.

In our last house and our new house we've always used Pest Pros Las Vegas! Stan is out main man and preferred technician. He's polite and friendly, to us and respectful of our pets. He takes his time to hear our concerns, educate us on pest habits, doesn't mind taking an extra peek in places to put our minds at ease and is always super thorough when spraying. Our last visit he even found a dead pigeon the neighborhood stray left as a present and disposed of it for us. Stan is THE Man! Super happy with our service always!

We just used Las Vegas Pest Pros, and I couldn’t be happier. We had avoided pest control services in the past because they all seemed like college salesmen pushing products I could buy at Home Depot and use myself. Instead, we just killed bugs as we saw them to save money—until recently, when a colony of bees made a nest inside a hole in our home’s wall.

Thousands of bees were nesting in the wall and also flying around the area. We called around for estimates, but they were crazy expensive. When I called Las Vegas Pest Pros, I spoke directly with the owner, and I was blown away by how much knowledge he has about bees and other pests. He calmed me down, explaining that the bees weren’t trying to spread further into the walls—they wanted to stay close to the access hole. His demeanor was very reassuring, the price was perfect, and it even included an initial bug spray for the rest of the house. He wasn’t trying to upsell me—he genuinely cares about what he does.

We were so impressed with the initial call and the price that we signed up for bi-monthly service. Today, Stan, the technician, came to spray. He was absolutely amazing—super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and explained everything as we walked around together. He even broke down why he used different chemicals in different areas and what to look out for in the future. The bees are gone, and we’re confident we’ll be in good hands going forward.

I absolutely love this company and will be a customer for life.

Stan has been my technician for the past few months, and he is so friendly, always takes the time to talk, and makes sure everything I need done gets done. Pest Pros has been servicing my house since day 1 at the closing 2 years ago. The communication is always stellar which is what I love most about them. They take the thought out of it by scheduling the appointments for you with reminders, updates, and a time window so that you know exactly when to expect them. Stan was a very good 1st impression and has not disappointed in the years since. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to share some of that knowledge with the customer.

I met with Stan the technician yesterday at my house who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of their process. He told me what to expect in the coming days as the process went in to effect and when he would be back for a follow up treatment. Stan was a very personable guy and I enjoyed talking with him. Adding to my original post: It has now been about 1 month from my initial spray and we see very few dead bugs. We have already had the company come back for a second spray about 1 week ago and still seeing ear wigs inside our home and water bugs/spiders outside like they have no care in the world. Although Stan was very kind (both times), whatever chemicals Pest Pro is using, ain't it!
Changing from 5 stars to 1 star because of the 3 bug spray companies we have used (over 5 years), this company has been the least effective at taking care of our bug problem. We will not be using them again.

Trust, Expertise, Customer Focus and Execution. After receiving a call from an elderly family member, regarding concerns about bugs in their condo. We do not live in the Las Vegas area, so we took the time and made the effort to identify a pest service that we could trust.

After a lot of research we reached out to Pest Pros of Las Vegas to solicit their help and assistance. Their entire team responded in a very professional manner, arrived on-time, diagnosed the problem (carpet beetles), treated the problem and took the time to proactively communicate clearly with both our elderly family member as well as us.

They did not try any of the slick "subscription" sales pitches that most large Pest Firms try. They made sure we got the service necessary to address the problem and then they shared with us, their availability going forward, but NO Pressure sales. Sadly, with elderly family members, that can be a risk in today's world. We truly appreciate their expertise, their professional commitment to exceeding expectations and for the outstanding value of their service. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am moving into a new home and found a roach during my walkthrough 😭 I scheduled something right away because I didn’t want to move any of my things in until I knew I had it sprayed and handled first.
