They are highly knowledgeable. I even had a chair in my garage for a couple of weeks to bring into the house and the Red Rock man turned it over and checked for spiders and sprayed just to be safe. Ge also put a trap by an opening in the garage so next visit we can see what kind of critters might be coming in. I could not be more pleased.

I was overrun with cockroaches...to the point I would be woken up with them running across my face in bed! I called Red Rock and they came out immediately! Within just one day after service I noticed a huge difference. By two weeks I rarely saw a cockroach. By the final treatment I had forgotten I ever had roaches. I’m currently on the bi-monthly plan and I haven’t seen but maybe one cockroach in the past year. They are very thorough on the treatments and the chemicals are all pet safe. I’m very happy with them.

Red Rock Pest has been a great company to work with. I love that I can text to schedule. Anytime I can get away with not taking a phone call, I appreciate it. They work around my schedule, are professional and prompt.

Excellent company! Was having major problems with pigeons, they came out with a drone and went over the whole roof found all the problem areas. Came out within a couple of days cleaned everything up redid my cages and got rid of my problem! Was all done within a few days excellent job!

his company is amazing. After I called several Pest Control companies at 5:30pm. NO other company was open. This company is open until 8:00pm. I desperatley needed an inspection immediately in order to close escrow on time. With short notice and an evening phone call, they made it happen first thing the following morning. Pleasant staff and great follow up and follow through. I highly recommend them.

It seems that the chemicals this company uses are extremely effective if you prep and follow up as directed.
I only have 1 complaint about them.
Not everyone wants text messages sent to them. I told I would get a call from the office the following day. I never did, and almost hired another company until I happened to look at the messages on my phone which are blocked and discovered they automatically assumed I wanted to communicate thru texting. I do not! I think that it is a great option for reminders and other things but it is not a primary form of communication I wish to use. They should have asked first. I mean I have a 93 year old that uses a flip phone still because these dumb phones are too confusing for him. Most seniors and older people can't keep up with the tech stuff nor do most of them want to. It should be an option for your customers and not an automatic assumption.

I’ve been using this service for over 5 years now and find it very professional. I’ve meet the original owner but has been taken by Covid. The crew has ethical acumen and are very conscious about thier customers. I recommend Red Rock Pest Control to anyone.

We had them come out when we moved into our new house and had an issue outside. I called and they showed up the next day and did a thorough spray!

Corporate greed has claimed another victim. Red Rock pest control now doing business as Las Vegas pest control. In the last 2 weeks, I've killed 8-9 scorpions, a large black widow, and many water bugs. I'm realistic and understand you will never get rid of scorpions in the desert. You get rid of the food source and minimize the scorpions to hopefully only see them outside. Well, Las Vegas pest control has raised their prices and seemed to have lowered their expenses on chemicals and sticky traps. The chemicals are not the same as what Red Rock used. We'd maybe see 3-4 scorpions outside all summer long under Red Rock and no other bugs. I have 2 small boys and a scorpion sting or black widow bite could mean a trip to the ER or worse. This company has a large sprayer on their truck yet they use only the pump spray when coming out. Red Rock always used the large sprayer. I have spoke to one tech who explained they do jump around with the chemicals they use. Again, prices go up and they look for ways to make a larger profit. It's not just the chemicals. Unless we ask, they never change out the sticky traps in the garages. There is so much debris built up that scorpions could just walk across ours but unless we ask they just spray quickly and move on. So they save money on not only the chemicals and the amount of chemical used but also the sticky traps. Las Vegas pest control must be proud of their yearly profits cause I know the customers aren't. We've spoken to some of the other neighbors where we see their trucks and they have the same complaints. Like I tell everyone, social media is a tool for us so USE IT! Let others know the issues you are dealing with. Don't let companies get away with higher prices and lower quality work. I'm so done with this tactic ever since inflation went sky high! Do your research but know reviews can be bought on Google. Always check the BBB, Yelp and Facebook. If your having issues and they won't fix those issues but take your money promptly post those reviews everywhere and go to the BBB. If a company is not accredited with the BBB it's probably for a reason! Las Vegas pest control how about you make your quality match your newly inflated prices!

Excellent service... The technician was very professional & also understanding of a new rescue dog in our home. She nervously barked at him through the metal screen door as he serviced the exterior, and he spoke softly to her & reassured her that it was gonna be okay. I really appreciated that.

Normally we get invaded with fire ants, at least twice a year... I have literally seen only one single ant, since they started servicing my home.

The receptionist that I spoke to, Michelle, was extremely easy to talk to and she broke down all the packages for me so I could understand which one I wanted. They have a contract discount for the first initial session which I appreciated. I was able to get someone to my house the day I made the phone call. They happened to have a last minute opening and it worked out perfectly. Mykal was the employee that came to my house and sprayed everywhere. He explained the process thoroughly and made sure that I had no more questions before he started. I feel that he did a great job and found some scorpions and a buttload of black widows among other insects which made me happy to know I don't have to deal with it. He was very professional and reassuring since I'm a crybaby that hates bugs. Thank you Red Rock Pest Control for going above and beyond!

We recently moved to Las Vegas and Red Rock Pest Control was recommended to us by a friend. The tech took time to answer all of our questions and explained the process the company uses for the first few visits.
The company uses alot resources to keep their customers informed. They take pictures of issues, leave colored note cards at the end of service, and communicate through various forms of media. Great company to work with and will recommend them over and over again.

Red Rock Pest Control is a professional company with customer service that exceeds expectations. We have them set up on a bi monthly service. They are always consistent with high service levels and do a fantastic job every time. We had a bee issue, and called them between their visits. They were very accommodating in getting to our home ASAP and had the problem fixed right away. We highly recommend Red Rock Pest Control to anyone.

I have been using Red Rock Pest Control for a few years now. We travel a lot and are not always home when it's time for our bimonthly treatments. However they still come to spray our yard when scheduled, I always get notifications when they are to arrive and they never miss a beat! The few times I was home for the service I always found the technicians to be professional, friendly and efficient. We have not had any issues with pests other than the occasional one that gets in and dies soon after. I would highly recommend Red Rock Pest Control if you live in the Henderson/ Las Vegas area.

Red Rock Pest Control has been servicing our home since we moved in a year ago. We have not seen so much as an ant in the house! The service techs are always promt, on time, covid conscious, and extremely nice. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Service from the techs was great, my issue is with the company. I paid for one year of pest control service roughly a year ago. Got an email saying they were coming by to perform a sercive like usual. After the service was performed I got a bill for 68 dollars. Odd when I paid for a full year. I call them and explain my situation and ask why I got charged and they said that my contract automatically renews. I never signed up for an automatic renewal, and I explained that the person and she said that the person who sold me my service has since been terminated and that I still have to pay the bill. They can email you about up coming service but they won’t email you how many months you have left on your current service/plan or even email you that your yearly rate has expired. They just say they are coming over and send you a bill. After all in all I still had to pay which wasn’t fair. The person who sold me the plan never said it automatically renews and they still perform the service. Really shady business practices. Especially considering the fact that the person who sold me the plan got fired, and the people who work there now don’t really seem to care about what I was told before. If you’re still reading you should consider another company. 3 stars on what I paid for, 0 stars on the customer service aspect.

Contacted Red Rock who has competitive pricing compared to others I’ve called. They came out within a business day and were polite and quick! They sprayed every inch possible inside and outside the home. Highly recommend!

We use red rock pest control for a residential and commercial properties. John Zuasola was very helpful. Not only did he contact me on a number of occasions to set up my service but also performed my service; providing me with a phone call before getting to my location. Their prices are very reasonable and they provide great customer service.

I have used John on 2 different occasions at my home and both times he's prompt and professional in every aspect of his work. He's extremely knowledgable, courteous and efficient ! It's truly a pleasure to have him take care of my home with complete confidence that the job will be done right the first time. I would highly recommend his service to all my friends and associates !
