In time of extreme need Eco Air LLC was there for us. The property management team scheduled an appointment with Eco Air LLC during a time they were unavailable due to scheduled appointments, however, once I explained to them our situation this company stepped up with 100% professionalism and true concern for our safety from the grueling heat, they made room in their busy schedule to come to our home to fix our air conditioning.

It's truly been a long time for me to witness any company making time and effort without complaint or bad attitude. The technician was professional, on time, consistent with his knowledge and experience and targeted the problem within a reasonable amount of time. Their followup customer service is impeccable, I recommend this company to anyone who wants honesty, professionalism and true human compassion.

Fernando and Ed came out and replaced my water heater with a new one. I saved $1000 because these guys were honest and gave me the right price. USAir wanted to charge me $2390 for the same exact thing. I'm really glad I found ECO Air. Very efficient and thorough. Nice work and cleaned up afterwards. I was referred to them by Durango HVAC because they don't do water heaters. Edgar was nice enough to refer me. . Thanks guys for a job well done. 👍👍👍

You couldn't have a better experience than dealing with these guys they are very reliable and they have done quite a bit of work for me here at my house. Everything from A/C to Plumbing and have never let me down.
Last weekend I had a plumbing problem with the faucet on the shower leaking very, very badly and attempted to shut off my water at the street and fix it myself and after four attempts at Lowe's I couldn't get it done.
I gave Fernando a call at Eco Air and they came out the following morning and fixed the problem in less than an hour.. I don't think you could find a better company to work with and their pricing is more than fair and their service is phenomenal...

If this company visits your rented home for a service call, treat the visit as an official inspection if they're working on behalf of Desert Realty. Most contracted repair people are there to do their job and nothing else. Not Eco. They will act as inspectors, even though they aren't licensed to inspect properties. If you have a potted plant out of place or a scratch in your paint, don't be surprised to find a new charge on your account while they're servicing your air conditioning unit. They're not bad at what they do, but not honest either. They're not there to help you. Don't trust them.

By the way, Desert Realty's property manager threatened me into taking down my last review here. I have attached proof.

Fernando and his crew are hands down my go to for HVAC and plumbing. The prices are always fair and the workmanship speaks for itself.
I called at 3:30pm for a water heater install the same day, they were at the property installing the new water heater by 5pm. Always responsive and communicative.

Great company to. They were very helpful and solved my issue very professionally. I had a pluming issue that I thought was worse than what it was. I never felt like the were goin to try and over charge me or try to sell me something I don’t need. It is hard to find a company that helps you like they do. Ramon explained well what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. He also fixed the problem in a timely manner. Any future issues that I have in my house, I am confident enough to have this company fix it for me. Great work Ramon!

Fernando and his crew Did a great job on a major sewage and water line replacement. Had them to replace 2 old bathroom faucets, turns out they were welded to the sink. ended up replacing the sinks and had them replace the counter top as well. This crew can do it all. I highly recommend!!!!

When my AC broke during August, I panicked. Called Eco Air and Plumbing at 10pm, the lady who answered was so nice and patient and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning which I was ecstatic about. Fernando, the technician, called me and gave me an ETA which was so nice. When he arrived, he was so nice and knowledgeable and went right to work to get the AC going, he didn't waste time knowing it was very frustrating to not have cold air blowing. In no time, he made it work and I was so happy. Fernando is a life saver, he was efficient and explained everything to me.
