We have been using Alaska Plumbing and Air for 8 years now! We had them upgrade our heat and a/c system, then had yearly service! They have done excellent work! All the Tecs have been super to work with! They give use a time and date and have always made it! I highly recommend using this business!

The techs were great! Came in installed out new system in a timely manner! Highly recommended A+++++++

They were on time which that alone would give at least 2 stars. The technician that came out was awesome, walked me through what probably could have been wrong, all the way through what actually the problem was. Of course it was a very HOT day here in Las Vegas. Very very pleased with my service

Great communication from the office, techs are always friendly and efficient. I have been using Alaskan for several years and their service is consistently good. The techs always take the time to show pictures of the AC unit and explain what I'm looking at in clear terms.

I have been with this company for about 3 yrs and from the beginning till today their technicians r top notch. They’re honest, professional n experienced. How many businesses can boast of those characteristics. This time around I got a wonderfully experienced technician by the name of Josh. He was incredibly knowledgeable n showed me through pictures what was wrong inside my unit. He didn’t just say u need to change this or that. He provided fotos n video of the items that needed replacement n explained n why. Thank you Josh. Another quality that goes to show this comp is not only about money. We've been a customer of Alaskan Heating & Air for over 10 years. We've never encountered any issues and they are continuing to improve! Josh came out twice, for our semi-annual routine maintenance and again for a suggested cleaning service. Josh was on time, very professional and friendly. We asked several questions on obtaining service order receipts & found they have just gotten a new system which streamlined their receipts & billings. Josh just recently moved here & is a newly hired employee, we sure hope he continues with Alaskan Air as he is a huge asset to the company. He definitely knows HVAC!

The Tech that came out to prepare my AC for the summer. He found a problem and was able to provide me with options. But much to my surprise, as young as he was, he was very knowledgeable to the point I was in a position to decide which was the better path to take.

Technician, Ernesto, was very professional explaining how all 3 AC units are working. He cleaned the units and changed the inside filters. He also checked all of the thermostats. I found Ernesto to be very accomplished in the work he performed.

I called this company out for a routine tune-up on my two HVAC units, something I do periodically as basic maintenance, like you would with any mechanical system. Both units were old but fully functional before their visit. Unfortunately, what I received was less of a tune-up and more of a sales pitch.

Instead of servicing the units, the technician gave me two high-pressure estimates: one for “repairs” totaling $6,500, which involved replacing nearly every part in both units, and another for new systems at $24,000. No actual maintenance was performed, just expensive quotes.

To make matters worse, after they left, neither of my units were working properly. The tech had to return because something was left unaddressed, which a proper tune-up should have caught before walking away.

Bottom line: I paid for a tune-up, got no meaningful service, and had my working units left in worse shape than before. Disappointed and would not recommend.

I have been with Alaskan quality Air for several years now. They have always come when needed and fixed my air/heat quickly and efficiently.

These guys replaced our whole AC system a few years ago. We like the new system, but problems keep developing with it. Initially it was the evaporative drain getting clogged and backing up- a simple problem, but it is a cutoff switch, so we got hotter and hotter.
This year we had a lack of pressure and a coolant leak. They replaced all the coolant (not cheap) but it took several visits. That was their own work failing, not the equipment. What makes it all so bad has been their slow response times. The number on their website and listing doesn't go through at all. I have to back through prior numbers, and also send an email: they did get back to me quickly today, but I dont know which method actually got their attention, and we're frustrated that we've spent many thousands of dollars with them and we still have had multiple service calls each year.

Ernesto did a great job of analizing the problem and making the proper repairs. I highly recommend his service.

AC went out. From the service technicians to the installers they were awesome and efficient. Ernesto who came out initially to check what the problem was, is an asset. Took clear pics to show damage. Went over options to fix or replace. Very professional, knowledgeable. No sales push. Just honesty and patient. Our main contact was Josh, field manager and point of contact. There are not enough words to describe his professionalism. Explained and answered all my questions for me to make a final decision. No sales push, just presented facts. Each call I made to him directly, he returned my call quickly. Their cust service staff Benjamin was so nice each time I called. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Very pleased with our new AC. Will only do business with Alaskan. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Very hard to find these days! HONESTY

Always arrives as scheduled, takes care of any matter that arises, and consistently demonstrates knowledgability!.. i particularly liked the fact how Ernesto took pictures of my system to show me what is going on up there! I called about a potential concern that turned out to be nothing so he advised and explained other customers concerns. Thank you for your honest feedback!!

Alaskan was very responsive. Every employee I interacted with was knowledgeable and professional. The techs: Ernesto, Axel and Fernando were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Kept us updated on progress of installation. Worked non-stop in our attic and outside in over 110 degree heat. In a competitive industry they excel.

Ernesto did a five star job cleaning and servicing our electrostatic filters… This is a wonderful company!
