Especially when our A/C suddenly stopped working and with the summer heat approaching earlier than expected we started to panic. But they were supper quick and great rates. Yuliana was super kind and helpful and even did follows-ups of our service, which is refreshing to have experienced compared to these other providers that take days 3-5 business to just return my calls. Stay Kool Mechanical responded within minutes to schedule a crew out to repair our air conditioner unit. When we returned home from a week away our main unit was not working and the temperature in Las Vegas was 90 degrees. A crew responded immediately to fixit and returned the next day to problem solve the fan. Appreciate them. This was covered under warranty from a fan installed last year.

The young man who came to the house for our six month service was polite and courteous and professional. He answered my questions with easy grace and was wonderful to interact with. He left the area around the air conditioner, and the scuttle cleaner than when he got there, which I thought was pretty great Stay Kools communication is quick and easy This is my third or fourth time using this company and I will continue to use them for our six month mechanical upkeep on our air-conditioning unit and heating. We are a locally owned restaurant that requires a team that will make the time to get you in if there is ever a situation. The team at Staykool are some of the best operators in their field. They service our entire restaurant top to bottom and if there is ever an emergency the team is there as fast as they can be and have solutions to make it all work.

I can’t tell you enough you pay for what you get I don’t mind spending with staycool because I know it’s done right, fast and I can count on a text back asap with any questions or concerns.

Best ac company in Las Vegas!!!

I payed $89 to have them come check why our A/c wasn’t working in our kids rooms. Although the technicians arrived on time, It’s been a month and a half and they never bothered to send a quote or respond again. Waste of money

My whole experience with Stay Kool has been excellent. There comuncation is the best I have delt with, text messages on time of arrival and when work was completed. The engeneer was on time. polite and hard working fixing my air conditioning in just a few hours.
You should not hesitate in using this company.

When you're ready to purchase your heating and cooling system, be sure to call Bryan Banda at Stay Kool LLC here in Las Vegas, NV. Bryan first focused on our indoor comfort needs. Our main concern was to fix the 8-10 degree differences in temperatures between our home's southern and northern exposures and only one thermostat. Bryan recommended new heating and cooling units and the Honeywell 2 Zone system with new thermostats for each part of the house. His proposed costs came in on budget and work was completed on time. Bryan's excellent technician team provided timely schedule updates and progress reports. We plan to call Stay Kool LLC for all of our future heating and cooling needs. We love the two Zones!

Stay Kool is efficient and they worked on my system with little interruption to my day. I had a unique issue and Bryan worked all day getting it fixed - testing and re-testing to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. He answered my questions in a manner that was easy for me to understand. I feel very confident about the business and recommend them highly.

I wanted to have three zones of air conditioning in my house. Carlos & John worked in my 100+ degree attic for NINE hours straight installing. Subsequently, there were a few little adjustments needed & they happily came back several times until it was perfect. Bryan was very accommodating & pleasant the entire time & worked hard to make me happy. It was a pleasure working with all of them. I'm definitely VERY happy with their service & my house is icy cold! Thank you so much!

Stay Kool Mechanical is - by far - the best and most professional air conditioning team that we have ever used here in Las Vegas. Bryan, their supervisor, and his staff of trained technicians stopped at nothing to ensure that our new air conditioning system was working flawlessly...even in 115 degree weather. They are friendly, knowledgeable and tireless in the dedication to their craft. It's just too bad that they are only allowed more than five stars when it comes to this review. They earned at least double that!

-Stay Kool flooded 5 condos underneath mine and including mine, by leaving a valve wide open when the unit was off, they didn't check their work and water flooded out when the unit kicked on.
-Their wiring of all the ac units is embarrassingly bad workmanship, see images.
-One of the units in the bedroom, after their repair makes a loud bang, it didn't before, they refuse to fix it.
-Bryan the owner defaults to an excuse-position rather than just addressing the issue to resolve, very difficult to arrive at reasonable resolutions with this attitude.
-They will be banned from my 2 condo towers.
