I reached out to him in a bit of a panic for an emergency AC issue, and not only did he take the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone, but he showed up the very next day to do a full evaluation. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a bad compressor) and explained everything clearly and professionally.

His service is top-notch—responsive, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. I fully trust Albert with any HVAC issue, and it’s rare to find someone this reliable in the industry. Looking for a company for your air and heating, this is the one to call. I have been using this business for several years to service my air/heating unit. It was time to replace the unit, called Albert for an estimate. He took his time to go over my options and provided his experience/advise as to what unit would be best for my home. Once we agreed on the unit it was installed less than a week. Albert and his crew arrived on time, were very professional and respected my property. Excellent service!!! Very happy customer.

The owner Albert Shehab personally came out to our residence. He performed the Fall/Winter HVAC maintenance. He advised that everything looked and performed fine. There was some minor carbon build-up on a components that easily cleaned off, and everything else is fine.

We were advised one year ago by one of the BIG NAME companies that it was time to upgrade/replace our system due to its age (9 years). Albert advised not so. He advised of the game plan for the Spring/Early Summer condenser maintenance check.

As long as he is in business, Albert will be our go to.

Hired fetch a tech for a few maintenance items around my house. My tech was Marcy she was quick, friendly and informative. The pricing was more than reasonable better than any other quotes I had previously received.

I called Fetch A Tech and received same day service. The Tech was friendly and professional. I thought it would be discounted since I'm a member, but I paid full price, which was a bit higher than expected. Other than that I totally recommend this company!

Let me say Doug, Carlos and Richard are clutch. These men came to our home immediately after we got approved and worked into the night then came back the next day. This has been the best service in the valley. Getting approval with Brent was easy and superb. These technicians definitely deserve high praise and respect for what they do. We has been suffering without AC!! I would definitely have them replace my entire unit again

I had Sierra come out first for my toilet - fearing they'd tell me it was a huge repair job. Instead they had it unclogged in nothing flat and it was less than $100.00. Then my air conditioner stopped cooling off. They came out and had it running again and only charged me for the emergency visit. They did tell me I'd have to eventually replace the compressor however for about $2000. Thinking I needed to get a second opinion, I made the mistake of asking Fetch a Tech to come out for the second opinion. Thankfully Sierra's tech had taken pictures of the unit as he left it. Nikki comes out for Fetch a Tech and next thing I know she's telling me I'll need to replace the whole unit for $22,000 immediately. I explained I don't have that kind of money and would be open to other ideas for $10,000 or less. They just kept going on the $22,000 figure and refused to hear me that I would not spend that kind of money on this issue. Next thing I know, she gets her boss on the phone who starts running my credit to see if I can get financing. I explained I didn't want financing, but he kept saying "well just in case it blows and you need it it doesn't hurt to know". When they realized I couldn't get financing for that amount, she suddenly just leaves. No discussion on repair options or cheaper replacements. Five minutes later I realize why she bailed out of there so fast as I have hot air coming out of the vents and she's gone. I called Sierra up who thankfully had taken photos of when they left proving this chick had unplugged wires, leaked oil, blew a fuse, and then just bailed and that's when I had only asked her for a second opinion - not to touch anything. He told me I could have had an explosion on my hands! He got it running again but to repair the damage she did to my unit cost me $700.00 and a day of sweating for me, my daughter and our two rescue dogs. I'm a senior by the way, disabled and live on a fixed income as well as take care of my adult disabled daughter - so I don't appreciate what Fetch a Tech pulled on us at all! I've had four techs out from Sierra so far, and every one of them have been capable and honest. I'm signing up for the maintenance plan and will be using only them from now on. I would NEVER call Fetch a Tech again for a thing! Let's say it was an honest mistake - then why did she bail like this when they realized I didn't have $22,000? Why didn't they talk to me about other options? They are the kinds of scammers I see all the time in Vegas! Beware!

Marcy did an excellent job fixing our garbage disposal the same day! She was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough in explaining what went wrong and how she fixed it. Everything works perfectly now. I really appreciate her attention to detail and efficiency. I highly recommend both Marcy and the company for anyone needing reliable plumbing services!

This is a horrible company! This is bait and switch! My husband was a plumber so I know when I'm talking about! First they send a guy out instead of sending the tech who's going to do it and then he calls his boss and they give you something that's double the price of what even Roto-Rooter would charge you. Once they decide something they don't want to back down and just do what you ask them to do.. I had a simple sink clog the run was 35 feet! They wanted to jet the whole line main line for no reason Other than to get $250 instead of the advertised $69! Everything in house draining fine! They're nothing but BS do not use them! Do not! Just taking advantage of people who don't know!!!!

We called Fetch A Tech to help us determine why we couldn’t get the pilot light on our six-month old Rheem water heater lit. They sent a tech to check it out. After somewhat assessing the situation and continuously consulting with lady in office, it was determined that probably the only thing would be to replace the water heater which included extensive repairs because of the age of the property. Suspecting something suspicious, we declined the offer.

THE NEXT DAY WE CONTACTED ANOTHER COMPANY. Tech came out, and after a very short time, determined six-month-old water heater was fine; and then lit the pilot light!!
No charge.

Marsi came out to help us and she was purely amazing. She was helpful, informative, so very well mannered and polite. She gave my dog a new plushie that he quite promptly buried. She really was the epitome of excellent customer service. This person deserves a raise!

1/05/2026. Reached out to the number they left in their response to my first review and guess what??? That number is no longer in service. I called a different number at 8am today and asked to speak with management as they requested my call and was told John, the manager is in meetings all morning and he will call me around noon. Well, it’s 4pm and no call… this company just gets better and better. Please don’t use them. Call Sierra Air or any other company. This company only cares about profit… Profit over customers.

Horrible experience. I had a tech come out 12/04/2025. My heater went out upstairs. The tech thought he found the problem and replaced some parts, $559. later, said it was the motor overheating. He stated he really needed to replace the entire unit, but for a quick fix to get us thru the winter we could replace the motor but didn't know how long it would work. That was quoted at around $1,400. He said he needed to order the motor. He stated he would call us the next day to let us know how long it would take to get the motor. I was also supposed to receive an email with my options and pricing. I even joined their membership. Well, It is now 12/31/2025, I have yet to receive a phone call about the time it will take to receive the new motor, and I also never received an email with my options and pricing. I have pets and a toddler in the house. I went out and bought space heaters to help get us through, but I can see now that they have no intentions on calling me back. They want to replace the whole unit, not just the motor so I was ignored and pushed to the side. I called them today, cancelled my membership and asked for an email as to all the work performed. Said it would be sent over immediately, well that was about an hour or so ago... Guess what???? NO EMAIL.... Looks like I will be calling SIERRA AIR!!!... THEY are reputable and reliable. When they say they are going to do something, it gets done. Please do NOT use this service. Its a money grab. Very Very Very disappointed!!!

My technician Juan went above and beyond his job and explained everything about my water softer and answer all my questions. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and skilled technician!

Fantastic service. Juan and Sebastian arrived early and gave us the full rundown on repairs, and gave us multiple options for repairs to better fit our budget. Definitely recommend these guys for plumbing work.

Sebastian was the technician who came to investigate the issue with our water system due to a presence of blue sediment in our water. Sebastian is a true subject matter expert. He quickly identified the problem and provided me with his technical experrtise, corrective maintenance procedures, and best practices knowledge with our water system. Friendly and very meticulous in performing his work. I highly recomend this company and Sebastian as a technician.
