This is the 4th or 5th time we've had services done. Every time they come, they are really helpful and informative with what's going on. This time, Marcy was the one who showed up. She explained everything she was doing and why it was necessary. She also made it very easy to understand why things were or were not happening. Thanks for always being great.

I got charged $69 for talking to a nice guy. You guys tried to up sale me for a clog drain. $1177.00 ridiculous. Andrew was fine , your company who knows. We would like a receipt for the $69. Ty

After experiencing that my 10 month old HVAC system had a faulty switch and was in need of a chemical cleaning. I was very happy with the service that was provided by the technician Jorge Garcia. His customer service skill was very professional. His 10 years of HVAC experience is very evident in how he handles issues that arise. On top of this he help resolve the problem by offering is knowledge by helping me install, wire and program a new thermostat.

A few weeks ago, we had a leak at our kitchen island that flooded the kitchen/family room. Fetch-a-Tech helped us deal with plumbing issues and immediately connected us with restoration company to help us dry out and work with insurance company. Because of age of home, we decided to redo all supply lines in house. My husband and I are older, and the process has been challenging for us. Fetch-a-Tech crew went out of their way to make it as easy as possible on us, always with kindness and friendly attitudes that were much appreciated. Thank you to all, especially: Marcy Ameyal (initial diagnostics and consultation about repair options), Michelle Grigio (consultation about repair options, overall coordination of work, and help dealing with financial considerations), Luis Delgado and rest of crew (installation of new supply lines), and Pedro Blanco (primary person handling drywall repair, which turned out beautifully). Thank you also to all those people who helped make it possible behind the scenes. We really appreciate it. There is a reason we keep coming back to you.

We had them come out to look at a valve that needed to be fixed on for our refrigerator, and they quoted us $2,500. We decided to get a second opinion, and another company quoted us $400 for the exact same job. At that point, it felt like they were trying to take advantage of us.

Definitely due your research and get that second opinion!!!

Sales rep Jacob came to diagnose my unit which would not turn on to heat. After diagnosing he said we need a unit I told him I don’t have the money for a whole new system and I still have to price it out he said I said no for $20k for the replacement of the hvac system I said I have to shop and think about it here is the service fee of $50 he said no we can finance you so he said let’s sit down I thought I was getting preapproved and turned into me signing up for a loan. He never asked for my ID to run my information at all. I never filled out anything for their company just a loan app for upgrade bank online. He said my house will burn using my old unit and I had nice cars out the unit is like a car. Mind you I had not used my unit the whole winter and was using small space heaters so I did not have to be forced to getting the unit replaced before I shopped . I called and text the manager bronco while the techs were at the house to stop the job he said he would send one with a better price never did but I just got an estimate which only included the name of the unit. nothing about what I was actually paying for or how long the what the warranty covers nothing. While the techs are at the house he was supposed to address the problem and never did he had lied about everything I need the unit removed I don’t trust your company never agreed to any of the cost nor had the time to shop for pricing like I asked

scam...wanted over $2000 to just fix one leak...bathtub was out. Optimus Plumbing did everything including plumbing everything and installing bathtub with mortar and the total job! Optimus job done...before and after ....leak was one little pipe and bathtub was out...

Over the past 7 months, we have had the pleasure of working with Ricky, a skilled technician who initially came out for a service call on our older AC unit. During his visit, Ricky thoroughly inspected our unit and, although he recommended replacing it, he also provided us with alternative options since we were not ready for a new unit at the time.

As fate would have it, our unit eventually failed completely, just as Ricky had warned. However, throughout the entire process, Ricky's exceptional approach stood out to us. He not only educated us on the available options, but also compared prices with competitors, ensuring that we were getting the best rates in the market. Moreover, he set realistic expectations for the services we would receive.

Taking Ricky's advice to heart, we decided to follow his suggestions and invest in a new unit. We are currently patiently awaiting its installation, which is scheduled for the same day. Finally, we can confidently say that we have found a reliable company that we can depend on, and we owe a huge thanks to Ricky for consistently delivering exceptional customer service and spreading positivity during every interaction. Zach and his team did a great job installing our new unit after Ricky closed the sale. They worked through the rain and finished just in time before the storm. They will be back next week to do a few tests on the system. Highly recommend Fetch-a-Tech at the top of your list for providing solid customer service and quality support.

I had a great experience with Fetch-A-Tech and their technician, Joseph Monturi. He was professional, courteous, and highly informative throughout the entire service. Joseph made sure to keep us in the loop about the status of the HVAC system we purchased from them about a year ago, explaining everything clearly and ensuring we understood the current condition and any necessary maintenance. It was reassuring to have someone so knowledgeable and communicative working on our system. Excellent service all around!

Juan is an exceptional professional technician. He arrived on time , listened to our concerns and provided us thorough information on the needed repair, as well as explaining our entire system and suggestion for future maintenance. Juan is an outstanding young man and an asset to your fine company

Andrew was awesome! He was fast, friendly and efficient. He did plumbing on my bathroom sink. I had every item/part necessary for the repair. All Andrew had to do was install. It took him 25min and his office charged $259.00 I feel I pd $100 too much. Fetch a Tech rates don't encourage great relationships with neighborhoods regard repeat biz. I understand its a business but I won't use them again.

Jorge was on time and very professional as well as knowledgeable within the HVAC field. Did not upsell or pressure me into buying anything unnecessary. I ended up signing up with their membership and we’ll be seeing Jorge again for maintenance visits!

I recently had a terrible experience with them and am now left with no heat for the winter. We paid for our A/C to be fixed this summer through Fetch-A-Tech and it seemed like everything went fine with it and we were good to go. Then came winter and they came out to let us know that the fix they did for my A/C messed up my heater and it cannot be turned on without it overheating and shutting off. They gave me a quote that was double what another company was going to charge me and said they would take off the price of the A/C repair but that still leaves me $4000 more than their competition for the same repair. The technicians are never on the same page and are very disorganized (they looked at my heater mutple times since the A/C repair and never mentioned it) and they always seem to be pushing their financing options instead of cost effective repairs. Absolutely would recommend you going somewhere else.

Update: I just wanted to take a minute to update this review since it's now been a few weeks since Fetch-A-Tech said they would research this and reach out but they haven't yet reached out to me about this issue.

Jerrik was amazing. Found out leak within a half an hour or so and stayed until the restoration company came out so he could explain the issue to them. He was very personable and down to earth. He put on shoe covers before entering my home too and I didn’t even ask him to do that. Great customer service. I’m glad I went with this company.

My neighbor across the street had noticed and heard the water rushing out of my house. I had issues with other plumbing companies that I have had to use through my home warranty for Ideal plumbing, which had created more plumbing issues in my house than they fixed. My insurance I had for almost 15yrs dropped me because Ideal plumbing Couldn’t fix the pinhole leak. I had the first time which created a secondary leak in my home. They came over within a month of them coming out and doing more destruction in my house. Yes, I canceled my policy and will never get a home warranty again. . My neighbor is aware of my past issues with companies. He said he uses Fetch a tech. We both have rescue dogs and you get a 10% discount by using their services. Marcy was the first PLumber who came out to evaluate the situation. We discovered my Water softener was installed improperly and also is not big enough for the size of my home as a secondary. She was thorough efficient very personable. She did offered the program they have for regular maintenance on plumbing and air being my house is close to 20 years old and the cost to do Program was less than what I was paying America home warranty, which only sent out the worst people creating more problems in my house. I said yes, because my neighbor was the one who referred Fetch a Tech after his water heater exploded and flooded his house. After Marcy and I went over the problems With the water softener, and even though I had shut off the main water valve, she explained why I was still having water run through the home. I did pay them to remove the water softener and Chris was the second employee who came and he was also just as personable. Went over a lot of details of what I had gone through. Being my Neighbour recommended them, and I was very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend them to other people. In addition, I did sign up for less money than the horrible home warranty company to have them do regular maintenance on my heating and air.

Yesterday, inadvertently, my wife flushed her glasses down the toilet... I called Fetch a tech and they scheduled me for a visit the very next morning. They sent out a tech (Sebastian) and he was able to not only find the glasses, but he was able to get them out without any damage to them! Sebastian was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. He talked about a couple recommendations and took great care in re-installing our toilet, re-caulking and cleaning up after all was done! Thanks Sebastian, thank you Fetch-a-tech! Appreciate the promptness and professional attitude! I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Edwina was very thorough & informative on what needed to be done to keep our plumbing in good shape. She spent a great deal of time at our house inspecting all our plumbing. We were very surprised how bad our water was. We did not know our softener was not working, our water pressure is way too high creating issues & our water heater valves need to be replaced. Had no idea how much damage the water is doing to our pipes & not good for us either. So glad they came out.

Excellent customer service from the first call to job completion. Met with Johnny and Dave for the estimate. Gave me a fair price with Veterans discount and an additional discount for having dogs.
Klayson was the lead tech who did the installation.
