The technician queen me in on a Sunday and he came early and address the problem and was able to deduct the problem and fix it with out trying to tell me I need to replace my unit and try to con me into buying another unit for thousands of dollars and using scare tactics because it so hot in Vegas. I highly recommend them and thank goodness he was a good human being and did not rob me.

Great experience with Kingly competitive pricing in the Vegas market. Quick service/turnaround. Our AC unit wasn't operating, called and received a free consultation and site visit to access within 30mins. Next day installation. The office manager/customer service rep is pretty cute too. my friend refer me air conditioning service, he said Jone Does owns a the company . so i called John Doe and comes Kingly Service. the service is great. technician Jose is knowledgeable and thorough, he provides great service. while Jose still work on my unit, i got text from the John Doe , he said he is going to charge me $270 /unit x2 and $80 for fix up. i thought for tune up, the price is super high. so i called Kingly Service, i want invoice from them. i end up paying $240 for both unit. beware there is unethical middleman try to ruin reputable company’s name.

Highly recommended! From our first contact, Dariana was super friendly and very professional. She listened to our explanation of the problem, and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Their techs, Brendan and Dorian, arrived on time and were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They explained, in detail, what was going on with our HVAC system and then troubleshot to repair it. They clearly explained future options, and we never felt pressure to upgrade or replace our unit.

We are exceedingly happy with their service and will definitely use and refer them in the future.
