I had a Plumbing Emergency last night on my property and I called Fire Ice and they were able to sent someone at 11:45pm immediately, I was surprised with the velocity that they came and repaired the broken pipe .so glad I called them and now my building is back to normal thanks to this amazing plumbers.

Do they even do their job, no. Let's start with customer service. It's terrible if they happen to answer their phone at all. You would think a company like this might be more understanding. The staff here is immature and incompetent. Go somewhere else to get your hvac needs. Most of the the 5 star reviews on here are probably faked by the joke of a company

We have used Fire and Ice on multiple occasions and each time they were prompt, courteous and got the job done quickly and at a reasonable rate. Great company, will use again.

The one located in LA is extremely unprofessional! The dispatcher/answering lady doesn't know anything about the company and just takes notes. I told her we were located in Vegas and she had us waiting for 5 hours before I called back and asked what took so long. She then stated that she has to call around because she doesn't think they are located in Vegas. How do you not know? I googled the one located in Vegas and it gave me the number located in LA. I only knew that because she had another man (guessing the owner out in LA) call me back to confirm that they were located out in LA. Thanks for wasting our time!

Tim worked on my unit after it set the smoke alarms off 2 days ago( they couldn't work over the new years weekend because the trucks were locked up for the weekend) and I asked him if it was fixed..he said it is for now??? No heat for 2 days on a 6 month old unit that they installed. And he couldn't discuss what was wrong with it to me because I was just a renter..it was confidential to the apartment manager..SOOO RUDE!

Ive never dealt with this company for repairs thank god. But dont hire them if you care about kids. One of their drivers sped threw my apartment complex and when confronted staryed yelling and swearing. Ive never expected someone in a uniform to do that, but to literally be brought to the point to write a review is something else. Shake my head at this company and the way they deal with people. So if you want a whole bunch of thugs ready to fight, over anything working in your house and around your children hire these guys!!!

I’m thankful for Mason’s honestly.
I’m truly hurt by Mark and Louie for putting in the wrong fuse and causing my unit to constantly pop a fuse because they felt it would be better to put in a much stronger fuse than the unit can handle. I’m also hurt from the last technician whom said he done work to my unit and it turned out he did not once the technician can to my house and noticed nothing. I've trusted Fire and Ice because I trust Enttroda whom was the only person I would call. I hope to always get Mason if there is any future problems.

My unit is less than 6 months old and 3 times in 3 weeks the outside unit has stopped working. It always happens on the weekend and they have some excuse why they can’t help us. So we are on our third weekend without A/C. You have to wonder when a company has only 5 stars or 1 stars rating who you believe and I’m sure in the next week there will be a couple more 5 star reviews to out way my 1 star. Most likely it would be best to call someone else.

Fire-n-ice came to fix my leaky faucet in the bathtub and they did a wonderful job. Damien and Hans were very professional, polite and cleaned my bathroom after they were done. I highly recommend them.

Nick & Perry were great! They put on there shoe covers before stepping foot in our home. They immediately found the problem which was the thermostat. They quickly replaced it and inspected air flow temperature in vents and were done in under 45 minutes!! I would definitely recommend Fire & Ice for your air conditioning needs.

Literally the “Worst” company I have ever dealt with … unsure and under-confident of their work, coupled with literally the worst service attitude of the management …. arrogant bullies … using threats on customers if payment is not made as per their rigid, inflexible terms (they had done a shoddy job which I paid for, so had to ask them to come again next day to resolve the problem for which they charged me thrice as much. All I requested was that I would pay after a day to make sure if everything is ok. They just refused aggressively and threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t pay immediately 😲). Most shocking of all was when they saved my credit card on their file even when I told them not to do so. Then shamelessly said they would use my credit card details in their file, which in fact I had asked them not to save. Appalling and technically an illegal practice. So would not recommend to anyone, ever !!! Not good people to deal with. Awful experience !! I would give a negative rating with red flags if I could !! Stay away from them !!!

Nick showed up and had the air conditioning fixed in no time at all. I love these, they are definitely my go to air conditioning company. Update.
July 30th 2024 once again.These guys came to the rescue.

Today two of your guys came to my apartment complex to change out my A/C unit. My apartment didn't tell me they were coming and I was kinda of shocked but they made it so easy. Eric and Mike C. are to if the nicest guys 💯🌹 They replaced the unit so quick AND cleaned up and left things just as they found it!! Customer service wise they were GREAT. They even didn't mind my crazy little dogs that bathed at them now stop until Mike C per them...LOL

I had scheduled an appointment between 9 am and 1 pm. My partner waited all day for someone to show up or call. I called customer service 3 times, the "call center supervisor" had an attitude and acted like she has never talked to me before. I expressed how unprofessional was their approach. She started yelling at me. I am trying to get a new AC system installed and nobody is interested in taking my business. Customer service at minus -5 stars. Do not bother, they do not care to show up for the simple appointment, imagine installing a whole unit!

I have the phone records to prove it, it is your company. I called on June 1st and my appointment was on June 4th! Total of 4 phone calls.

Fire N Ice is top notch! I called after hours and within an hour a tech showed up and worked to get my AC unit back up and running. Mike was the tech and he worked for a couple hours that night and came back first thing in the morning and got the unit running. Didn't charge a high price and tech was super helpful and explained everything in detail!

Did not call to set up time, just showed up and expected entry. Showed me that the AC was working after about 3 minutes on the roof and ac stopped within an hour. After being invoiced for a 3 minute service that didn't work, I emailed asking for a solution because I didn't feel comfortable paying full price for a service that did not work. His answer to me was "the solution would have been to call us back" This was a few days after the fact and a new company came in to fix it already. I offered to pay the amount for the workers time and receive a partial refund for the service not working, and that was quickly shut down with a threat to "put a lien on my property" for $200.
A close friend told me of this business and I am sure this is a great company, but Paul is an extremely rude and condescending person.

Horrible installation work, wired incorrectly, unit did not work, mangled a bracket that is supposed to be a water proof fitting because they tried to force a 3/4 fitting into a 1/2 hole using tin-snips. The wiring was just insane: multiple splices, the wrong gage, the wrong colors, cross wiring, and some wires not even connected (and he could not figure out why the unit did not work). Here is a picture of the part I had to re-order from the manufacturer because of the installer.

Installed water heater on weekend for one of the residents, went out of their way to accommodate a resident without hot water! You guys are awesome! Thank you Chico!!!!!

Fire N Ice replaced my condenser and heat pump in a very efficient manner and affordable price compared to others. Kris was very helpful in scheduling a time that worked best for me due to my hectic work schedule. Mike B. was the Lead installer with his partner Pat. Mike contacted me to let me know when they would arrive the day of the install. During the installation he was very courteous and polite. He explained what needed to be done and he answered all my questions as well. They worked very efficiently and even came back the same day to replace the stock heat pump cover with a better designed one. Overall, I would highly recommend Mike and his partner Pat for any installations due to their technical skills and friendly service.

My review is long overdue. This place is excellent. I have used them multiple times on my house the in-laws and rental properties. Every time they take care of the problem every time it's a reasonable price every time they show up when they say they will. There's no reason to call any other air conditioner company.

Richard came out on Oct 26and diagnose my ac units of which had no power. He quickly found the problem and fixed it.
