John from Comfort Air was great. Great communication prior to arriving and was very polite and professional while troubleshooting the issue. He resolved the problem in a timely manner and so I definitely recommend Comfort Air with any of your AC issues.

The team at Comfort Air were amazing! My AC unit needed to be replaced and once they had approvals, they were out the same day. Unfortunately the new unit had an issue so they had to come back. But they did without hesitation and regardless of the fact they had just come off another large job and were probably exhausted. Here it is 9pm at night and they were replacing my unit. I really appreciate the follow through and consistent updates. Quick responses and great customer service. I would highly recommend!

John was amazing. He came over within a couple of hours after the call that our air conditioner was broken. He worked very hard and long hours to make sure our air conditioning system worked. We really appreciate him and the company he works with. Thank you so very much John!!!

John, you are awesome! You showed up on time, and saved the day. I walked in the house and was really warm, came to find out it was 88° inside. I called the property management office to report the AC not blowing cold air, and they sent this young gentleman to fix the AC. You did a really great job! Great service.

Hello, excellent service from Comfort Air. Our upstairs and downstairs air died on the same day and John was there within hours, diagnosing the issues and getting our upstairs fixed the same day and the downstairs the next morning. He was prompt, polite, curteous and got in, thoroughly checked the issues, cleaned up after himself and had it running flawlessly.

John, text me as soon as he received the work order, was here within 30 minutes. Super friendly and professional. John had us fixed in about 45 minutes. Instead of leaving, he took the time to check everything else out in the HVAC system. Such a great person, and great company. Can't recommend enough!

I rent and the company was called by the property management company and they came out same day. I was on the tail-end of the day for their work orders so they didn’t get to my house until about 6:30 p.m., but they diagnosed the problem in about 20 min, and had it repaired and cooling my house by 7:45 p.m. Dayran and the other gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) wore shoe covers when inside, and were very polite, clean, and careful when working.

Comfort Air was professional, fast, and thorough. I called my PM this evening about 6pm and my AC was fixed and up and running 10:30pm. John was kind and I could tell a hard worker who wanted to make sure his work was completed well. He immediately fixed the motor in the unit and double checked to make sure all the vents were blowing cool air. Couldn’t have asked for better service on a hot night. Thanks!!

Great service. The 2 service techs were both very polite, brought shoe covers with them, and kept me updated throughout the visit. They sent text messages when they were on their way so I knew when to expect them. Would definitely use them again!

Comfort Air really care. They were our second service call today but from now on we will call me Comfort Air first. John came in and did everything in his power to make sure we were comfortable in our home before he left. Alexander from Dr. Cool came, looked and left us hotter than we were before he came. Comfort air Kin was great to get me a service tech right away. The Service tech John was timely. John came right in got to work making sure my AC unit was working properly check the temperature in all the rooms. Made sure it was up to par. Check my AC unit make sure it was up and running. He recharged the unit. Excellent Service.

The technician, John was friendly, professional, and clearly explained the repairs needed. He diagnosed it in minutes as a fan failure and actually had the part needed with him and replaced and tested everything in about an hour. I highly recommend Comfort Air for their fast, reliable, and customer-focused service.

I can not thank Comfort Air enough for the fast and amazing service. I have a 1 year old baby boy and needed my ac fixed asap. Kin was great at assigning a tech who could get to us the same day our property management put in the order and as early as possible. Arian was amazing at fixing the issue and didn’t leave until it was resolved. I was working all day and knowing he could communicate with my mom who only speaks Spanish is amazing.
