The guys did an amazing job — everything was fixed quickly and with great quality. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and replaced the part on the spot. Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Now our AC works perfectly again. Highly recommend!

They came and fixed my ac unit around 8pm on a friday night, thats 5 star right there. Good job to Dayran and the other guy.

My heater has been out since Sunday. Although the response time was not fantastic with my management company, Comfort Air was spot on! They were assigned the work order this morning before 10, their technician Arian was here by noon just as he said he would and fix the problem quickly & courteously. Would highly recommend.

This outfit was a joke. I have never seen a more unprofessional outfit in my life! They had no respect for my home and they tried to cut every corner they could to save a buck. I will tell you, I am a retired sheet metal worker and our bread and butter is HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning). If I treated someone's home as they did mine, I would have been fired immediately. They did nothing to protect the floors. There was drywall dust and water all over the floor. This mixed together and was in the grout lines of the tile floor. It took a cleaning lady over 2 hours, on her knees, to clean all of the grout. They used a bathroom tub to either mix their drywall mud and/or clean their tools. It was a mess! Drywall mud inside the tub, running down the outside, and on the floor. Instead of taking out trash immediately from the demolition of the old unit (sharp metal), they put in on the laminate floor. They attempted to leave a 7" gap at the back end of the unit. This would have allowed the return to pull dust from the attic, bypassing the filter. Then they tried to use the access panel from the old unit, without modifying it, which would have blocked off approximately 5" of the return. They rounded out many of the holes on that access panel trying to attach the access panel to the ceiling by using wood screws to drive through a metal frame. After rounding out the holes, they used fend washers to try and cover them. All of this wonderful work...... took nearly 13 hours to install a 2.5 ton heat pump system.

Dayran was great and quick, he quickly went out of his way to make sure the job was done. Dayran went into the roof and replaced some electrical issues and quality checked the AC to make sure it was working properly. Showed up 30 minutes after he messaged me about the a time that works best, I was home so it worked out perfectly.
He was professional and clean. Definitely 10/10. Good job! Now I know who to contact always and will refer him to friends.

Special shout out to John and Dayram for coming out late night to help us get our A/C repaired. John did a great job inspecting our unit and tried to resolve the issue the cheaper route, but after that failed, he was able to prove that the system was deteriorating (with rust on the whole evaporator) and need of replacement.

Comfort Air brought their installation team out and had both ends of the split unit replaced in about 5-6 hours. Now our home stays cool when the system runs (about 9 hours/day Jul-Sep) and not running 24/7 like before.

I highly recommend this company.

Needed to find out what was wrong with the connection to my heat and ac system. The buttons were not moving to the temperature we needed it to be and at times the heat would come down by itself acting crazy and making our house cold. John came to check it out. He arrived on time. Was really good at communicating with us from the moment he was on his way to letting us know what he needed to do to inspect everything and to how he was going to go about fixing it. You could definitely tell he was very educated on his work. It was nice to know he knew his stuff. We ended up needing a new box to Control the AC heating unit. I was happy to see him check to make sure that was the only thing that needed fixing and nothing els. He did the job really quickly but not rushed. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. This definitely is a plus for me because I like to keep my house clean so I can appreciate that he put on shoe covers before entering my home. Overall, absolutely great service. Highly recommend. John did a fantastic job!

I decided to get my ducts cleaned as part of my spring cleaning routine, and it was the best decision. The technicians were friendly and informative. They showed me pictures of the inside of my ducts, and it was embarrassing how dirty they were! They cleaned everything out, including the return air grilles. Since then, the dust level in my house has dropped noticeably. I used to wake up with a scratchy throat, but that has stopped completely. It’s amazing how much the air quality affects your daily life. This service was professional, affordable, and effective. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Our technician, Nathan, was fantastic he even let us see inside the vents with a camera. He removed debris, dust, and some pet dander left behind from the previous owner. We added dryer vent cleaning, which turned out to be severely clogged, and also got a UV light system installed to improve air quality. The home is noticeably fresher, and the system is quieter and more efficient.!!
