If we could give 10 stars we would! Jason came out the next day after calling him to replace our 38 yr old furnace. He showed us the pictures of the attic and what a scary sight. The furnace was rusty, leaking and unsafe. He quoted us a price to replace furnace and duct work, which also included replacing the AC unit. He went above and beyond offering to help us if we needed to move anything. All of them are very conscientious and professional and take pride in their work. Words cannot express how happy we are with the results and highly recommend them. They are what the company name stands for Passionate !!!

Jason, the owner, was quick to respond to my needs for a new water heater. His price was well below my other estimates and the installation was completed in only a couple of hours. Very professional and would recommend him to anyone. Great job and I am very satisfied!

We called Passionate at 2:30 in the afternoon, hoping they could fit us in the next day. We were pleasantly surprised when they arrived 90 minutes later. Within a few minutes, Jason and Derek diagnosed the issue, and within about 30 minutes, the air conditioner was blowing cold air again. We will never use another HVAC company again.

My AC was not working properly and I only had a limited amount of time that I would be in town. Jason was recommended to me and he immediately established an appointment to address the situation. Bobby and Grayson from his company, arrived after an extremely hot day and did a thorough inspection of my AC unit. Only warm air was being emitted through the vents. They determined that the thermostat was not working properly due to expired batteries and rectified the situation. They also ran a series of tests to ensure that all components inside and outside of the residence were in good working order. When I asked what is their procedure for payment, I was told that since they did not perform any repairs, there were no charges. These two men were very pleasant and respectful and devoted a significant amount of time to explain both systems in a comprehensive manner. I asked Jason about both the heating and cooling units in my residence due to the age of the system. He provided another option should I wish to replace my existing system. However, there were no high-pressure sales pitches to purchase a new system. He was also very patient in explaining the requirements for the heating and cooling units. I would recommend this company as they are very knowledgeable and provide outstanding customer service.

Jason is very knowledgeable and professional. He came to our home to check our A/C the same day I called. He explained the problem and gave us a quote to repair our 27-year-old unit. Ultimately, we decided to replace both units and the installation was done in 2 days. He and his crew arrived on time and the entire process was seamless. He provided a portable A/C during the installation process so we would be comfortable. He makes sure the job is done correctly and takes pride in his work. We were very impressed with his dedication and impeccable work and highly recommend Passionate Cooling & Heating.

Had an AC issue, couldn’t find anyone to come over to take a look. They were the only one we could find and they were pretty fast. Bobby and Jason were both very good.

My mom air conditioning was broken and then came very quickly and worked so hard until they fixed and replaced with a new unit. Wow! We called Passionate and spoke with Jason when my mom’s heater went out. He stopped by same day and diagnosed, gave a fair quote that night, and replaced everything the next day. He was friendly, efficient and responsive. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing heat or air. I called a few others and they did not take it urgently and quoted me higher. Jason is the guy!

He told me alot about my air conditioner didn't charge me for talking about it and didn't charge alot for maintenance on the air conditioner so iam making a appointment for sure with Passionate Cooling & Heating LLC very nice talking to then Thank you Linda you made my day.

We had a problem with our upstairs not cooling on a 100 degree day. But we didn't notice the problem until 9p at night. I searched Google for a HVAC that did after hours calls. I messaged a couple of company's and Jason had called me within minutes of my request. He was able to send out a technician right away. Derek was knowledgeable and efficient explained the issue. Had a great experience with this company this week. I was told last year that our A/C was on need of replacing, so this summer I used Google to send out multiple requests to have estimates drawn up for potential options. Jason from passionate was the first to contact me through phone call, was able to have someone stop by same day and got to meet Derrick. Awesome guy, talked to me about some possible options for replacement, after that conversation, Derrick thought it would be better to check out what was going on with our current unit. I was blown away after he explained what the simple repair was. He gave us hope and sure enough, we now have a A/C again. Really grateful for the service and professionalism of this company. Having the AC unit go down in the summer is never ideal. We had another technician come out who quoted a significant amount of work that they said was required to fix the issue.

Later that afternoon, Jason responded promptly to our request for a second opinion and, impressively, was able to dispatch a technician that same evening.

Derek (sp?) arrived and provided the most honest and transparent feedback we’ve received. He helped triage the issues and proposed a practical plan to address the most critical problems immediately—at a fraction of the cost of the original quote. He also outlined a reasonable timeline to tackle the less urgent, underlying issues.

To be clear, this doesn’t mean the first company was wrong in their assessment. What made the difference was the thoughtful, cost-conscious approach to resolving the problem. Derek made a clear effort to view the situation from a consumer’s perspective rather than following a rigid, sales-driven script.

I want to sincerely thank the team for their honesty and professionalism. Their customer-first mindset is what truly set Passionate Cooling & Heating apart from the competition.

And one more important point: the previously quoted work would have been significantly more affordable if done through them as well. For anyone wondering, their pricing is very competitive and reasonable.

I will absolutely be doing business with them again.

I needed a water heater replaced. As it was still under warranty, that required an added trip. All went well, and things were quickly restored within less than 24 hrs.
