Jason came out at 11pm on a Saturday for FREE! He quickly fixed the wiring issues that caused my AC to go out, explained to me that my old ac unit wasn't going to make it much longer (Which i figured) and why. Did the best short term fix he could and only charged me $100! Ive never had a better experience in my life. I will forever choose and refer them!

Jason (owner) was great with a fair price. He provided an estimate and installed the new system the next day. Full replacement of a spilt AC/Heater system. Showed up on time and was very professional completing a great installation. I would highly recommend choosing this company for your AC needs.

I discovered at 6p that our AC Unit had stopped working. After reading reviews of different companies, I decided to call Passionate Cooling and Heating knowing they were open until 7p. Jason, the owner answered immediately and sent one of his techs out to address my issue the same night! I was pleasantly surprised given the time of day. Jason even offered to come himself when his tech was still at another job. It wasn't necessary as the tech showed up. The technician was very helpful and informative. He showed me everything that was wrong and explained the different parts to me. I was very impressed as I never expected to get service in the same night and have the owner check in to make sure my issue was addressed. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my ac and heating.

My HVAC unit was not working. I submitted a claim with Choice Home Warranty and was refer to work with Jason's company. He was responsive, came out to inspect the system, took pictures of what needed to be repair/replace. He contacted me to give me the inspection result and the solutions he would recommend to get my HVAC units working again. He submitted his inspection result to my home warranty company and they responded to me within 24 hours of their approval for the job and my deductible. Jason reached out to me as soon as he was made aware of the approval to move forward to replacing the AC unit. He was going to retrofit the inside unit to make it work with the AC unit. He recommended replacing the inside because it was old and quoted me the cost of replacing it. I decided to replace it due to the price of the equipment and labor was priced where I could afford it. Jason kept me in the loop even during the entire process of ordering, receiving the equipment and set a date to come and install it. They dismantled the old unit, replace it with the new units in 1 day. He sent the drywall technician to repair the drywall they had to cut into to work on the indoor unit installation. They have 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Best part, he follow up to make sure I was satisfied with the job from start to finish. I appreciate that he even registered my equipments with the manufacturer and will take care of the permit with the county too. Their customer service is top notch and they know how to get the job done and done right. I appreciate their hard work in getting my home cool and ready for summer. I highly recommend Passionate and Jason. He fixed my AC in no time and at a very fair price. I will be using them for a new water heater and will be getting their service contract.

My AC fan went out yesterday and was referred to Jason at Passionate Cooling & Heating. I gave him a call right away and his team were able to come out this morning and replace my fan. Krayson was the technician. He was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do before the service. In no time at all, my AC was back up and running. Thank you!

Passionate did a mini split system in my garage and office. He was able to balance my home system with better air flow and help with hot spots in other rooms due to the addition of my office. He sealed all my ducts to prevent air loss and dust from my attic getting in. The pricing was very competitive. The communication was constant and consistent. I couldn’t have asked for a better value

If you want a bank for your buck without compromising quality this is your guy. I went without A/C for couple hours nothing crazy. Everything including the replacement of the AC and outdoor condenser done the same day. To include wiring and new thermostat. I opted for financing which it is an option with him. Approved the same day on the spot. Very profesional and live up to his reputation. They left everything clean.

My husband and I had two a/c units in our 2-story home which supplied cooling and heat; one non-working and one over 20+ years. With the prices ever increasing, it was time to replace both.
I had several estimates done (all around the same amount), but what stood out with Passionate was that I didn't feel pressured into working with them and Jason was VERY thorough about what was to be done, he listened to my concerns and he didn't sales talk me like making me wait while "talking to the manager or owner" to get the best price. Jason is the owner, so he knows what we needed and he still gave me the best bid.
We settled on a given start and completion date and was always informed on arrival time, any delays (due to inclement weather, etc.) via text and email.
The A/C units used are a highly recommended brand and what we needed and not an upsell higher scaled brand. Jason also recommended that we replace our duct system. I never had any of the repair/maintenance A/C people ever suggest that. He explained that our system was OG and had a lot of holes and upon inspection, the air was cooling off the attic. He recommended the placement but it was our option.
The new duct system was quick and I was impressed about how efficient and much cleaner it looked with the new, lighter material and better placement of the duct lines.
This whole job took 2 days and my home is now good for the lifetime of me.
Passionate took care of all warranties and after installation maintenance and more.
The attached photos are the completed project- the A/C units have all new connections and the units are sealed to the roof for better insulation - PRETTY!

We are absolutely thrilled with Jason and his team. They installed a split AC unit in our garage and a water softener system. I reached out to get an estimate on having my hot water heater replaced. Angi got me in touch with Passionate Air &Heater. A representative of the company name Jason and his partner show up at my home. They inspected the water heater and gave me a quote on replacing the water heater. After the quote was given l informed Jason that what if l go out and purchase the water heater myself what would be the charge for installing. Jason then gave me the price and l agreed on it. Jason then informed that he had another job to do but he could get back to me at 2:00 pm. Jason and his partner arrived at my home at approximately 1:30 to install the hot water heater. I am not and expert but in my opinion Jason and his partner is very knowledgeable and very consistent. I really appreciate the work they did and I would definitely recommend the company to anyone that is in need of this type of service. Big Shout Out to PASSIONATE.

We just got our rooftop air-conditioning units replaced by passionate cooling and heating. The attention to detail, as well as the extra steps taken to make sure things are done perfectly were more than appreciated.

I was out of town on business the wife called me and told me that our hot water heater went out I immediately called Home Depot purchase one for pickup and then shopped for plumbers. my first call with Jason was awesome he informed me all the information I needed to know such as being able to pick up the heater and install all the same day and was able to quote me a price and let me know forms of payment accepted. It was an awesome experience as I purchased the heater for pickup gave them Jason's name he went and picked it up and bought it to the house and did the install a very seamless process I will definitely use Jason and passionate plumbing again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he was also incredibly friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing every step of the way.
