We had Andrew install a new office door for us a few weeks ago and he did a wonderful job. Our house is old and it makes installing new items quite tricky. He handled it perfectly and made sure at every step of the way that we liked what he was doing and answered any questions that we had. The final result was exactly what we were looking.

We hired Champion to replace an outdoor photocell that controls exterior dawn to dusk lighting, replace a garbage disposal, put up house numbers on exterior of home, and mount 4 TV's. Our worked was performed by Adam. The garbage disposal install was good, After that the rest of work was shoddy or worse.

The house numbers were crooked and uneven, the TV mounts failed to hide wires which came down below screen, but the worst was the photocell which was wired incorrectly and blew an AFCI circuit breaker and caused all of our smoke detectors and outdoor security cameras to go offline.

I contacted Adam directly he came back out, said he wasn't licensed to work on AFCI circuit breaker then claimed it wasn't his fault. Had PDQ Electric come out electrician said it was definitely the PhotoCell wiring that was done incorrectly that caused AFCI to blow. PDQ charged $400 to replace and to Champion's credit they refunded the electricians bill after I got a letter from electrician stating that it was due to incorrect wiring on PhotoCell.

Adam is nice guy, but would definitely not use Champion's services in future. Overall very disappointed.

Ryan did an excellent job removing and replacing a front entry door and security door. He was very good at everything and worked, clean and thorough on the overall job. I would highly recommend him and the company anytime.
The call person and scheduler were also very efficient and helpful.

we needed to replace our old furnace, so we got a few quotes before choosing a company. the whole crew was helpful from start to finish. brody came out to give us an honest estimate and explained what would work best for us. james helped set up the schedule, and the installers were fast, tidy, and very friendly. when there was a small issue with the furnace control board, dwayne fixed it quickly and really knew what he was doing. the office staff also made sure final inspections were set up right away. we're really happy with the furnace repair and installation and would recommend this company to anyone.

Simmons & Sons Home Heating & AC were nothing short of amazing when it came to replacing my furnace. The team, including Dwayne and Brody, were friendly and dependable. i always call this company for furnace repair and hvac work in las vegas. james always gives great service and fair prices. you really can’t beat him for knowledge, professionalism, showing up on time, and keeping things tidy. we needed extra air vents put in for a basement remodel, and after getting a few quotes, james had the best deal and schedule. his friendly attitude made the whole process simple, and we were very happy with how everything turned out. they also offer a maintenance plan that covers checkups for your furnace and ac system, which is really worth it in the spring and fall with our hot las vegas weather. at our last spring visit, james cleaned out a ton of stuff from our outdoor ac unit and explained how that helps keep things running smooth in the summer. we need another check in the basement bathroom soon and will definitely call them back. i highly recommend their furnace repair services to anyone in the area.

The technicians who came to work on my HVAC system in Las Vegas were very professional. Dwayne made sure to wear shoe covers to keep my home clean, and he finished the job quickly, which I really appreciated. He even took care of some wasps and removed their nests from inside my AC unit. Brody did a fantastic job as well—he cleared out my clogged drain line and replaced a leaking elbow joint, all at no extra charge. He was thorough and professional throughout. James was very helpful and explained what I should watch for during future inspections. Another technician gave my HVAC system a detailed inspection, working quickly and explaining everything clearly. Everyone arrived on time, calling ahead so I’d know when to expect them, and were friendly and professional. Each visit has been a great experience, and the service is always outstanding!
