from the first call with james, i knew we were in good hands with simmons & sons home hvac. he quickly set up our appointment and was really friendly and professional. brody came out to check our ac system, and after taking a look, he explained we’d need a new unit since ours was pretty old. dwayne helped us choose the right hvac system for our house in las vegas, and then handled the installation with great care. they also recently put in a new water heater for us, and both times, the installers were knowledgeable, respectful, and worked efficiently. if you need help with air conditioning or heating, i definitely recommend them—it's hard to find service this good.

After moving into our new home in Las Vegas, we quickly realized our heater was at the end of its life and needed to be replaced. Our latest technician, James, went above and beyond—he came out for an urgent weekend call, and then returned a few days later at no extra cost to help try different ways of adjusting our heating equipment. James was resourceful, patient, and genuinely cared about solving the problem. It’s clear that the company is committed to their customers and willing to help however they can. In the end, we realized the main issue is with the water in our crawlspace, not the heater or the installation. We feel confident that the company did everything possible on their end, and we’re grateful for their support and honesty. I would definitely recommend them for heater repair and installation in Las Vegas, both for regular jobs and any unexpected problems that come up later.

This is second time using Southwest Mechanical for HVAC repairs. Carlos was recommended by a friend and I will be forever thankful. I had Southwest Mechanical install a brand new A/C unit at my place because my previous unit had gotten old. I live in Las Vegas, and the specialist (Carlos) agreed that it would be prudent for me to have a slightly larger unit installed, based on the square footage. The unit he brought out apparently had been damaged internally during shipping, so he brought a 2nd unit out and installed that one! He’s a certified York brand distributor, and is always available in case I need help with anything. The unit itself is top quality, blows super cold - now I am ready for the Las Vegas summer of 100° - 115° temperatures. Carlos and the York equipment both receive the highest rating from me.

When I asked Carlos to visit our home to assist us with an aged and failing HVAC system, he came quickly and spent a fair amount of time analyzing our system and providing us with options. We decided to replace the entire system. At the end of the day, Carlos delivered precisely on what was agreed upon in a professional and friendly manner. We are very satisfied with our new HVAC system.

I have used Southwest Mechanical over the past several years to replace a Total of five 3-ton compressors and air handlers, and every interaction I have had with them has been excellent. Carlos and his crew are knowledgeable, meticulous, conscientious, reliable and friendly. I have two.more compressors that will need replacement next year, and I wouldn't think of using any company other than Southwest. I can't recommend them highly enough!
