Polar Air and heating did an excellent job. Bali and Memo the managers were very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, super friendly and made the decision to chose them easy. Bali closed the deal with me with an excellent price. I got a new Lennox 2.5 16.5 seer for an amazing price with included 3 year labor and 10 year parts. The team that installed were very professional, cleaned up after themselves. My AC feels like a dream. It barely makes any noise when on and I can no longer hear my AC from inside the house. I am so happy I went with Polar Air and heating. I did shop around. Polar air is the best choice.

Today was install day! My 2 AC Units and HVAC system got replaced. Miguel and his team arrived on time, they placed cellophane on the floors to make sure everything would stay clean, the HVAC is in the attic but it all fit through the small opening, not sure how but they didn’t have to cut through the ceiling, the crane came in on time and the operator did a fantastic job replacing the 2 units and so fast. They worked so quickly and well, they were very professional, kind and everything looks spotless. Thank you for such a smooth and stress free project day!

Subpar enviroment

Not such a good company, they have employees that lie. Serious issue that will cost them more than they know. I will not have any future dealings there

Not sure what they do, but one of the guys that drives one of their trucks is either drunk or just a huge a$$hole. Either way, the kid with the shoulder length hair with a watch on his left arm should not be behind the wheel.

One of their employees that drives one of their trucks has serious road rage issues and isn’t afraid to put people in danger using a company vehicle. I would not hire this company and let this kind of employee in my home or business. Not surprised to see another review left about this same issue and I assume it’s the same employee still getting away with dangerous behavior.

It was as good as it gets

On July 29th 2022 a storm hit our house and my AC turned off by the force of the storm. Allstate paid lin air for a " NEW" ac unit. Since then lin air has installed 2 supposedly "NEW" ac units that is obviously defective on 8/12/2022 and 10/24/2022. Since then the I had a leak from the ac unit it my ceiling and was told by the owner of lin air I should not have called Serve Pro to gut my wet ceiling and they were not going to serve my address no more. Since then I paid Serve Pro $500 to cut the wet ceiling out not even to fix the hole in the middle of my living room my husband had to do that, replace a fan $300, 2 capitors at $250. On December 1st 2025 replace a control board $375 and today March 15th 2026 another $350 compressor that over heats that eventually is going to give out and told that it's not a good unit and the way lin air installed it was carelessly and that obviously we are going to need a new unit and pay out of pocket $12,000. This is the worst experience with any kind of company of my life.
