Lin-Air is the best AC company we've dealt with in Las Vegas. We've interacted with several other AC companies, and they rushed through "repairs" and I felt like my issue was more of a hassle than an opportunity for them. Lin-Air is completely different. Scheduling was easy and prompt. The AC technician was kind enough to explain the issue with our AC and why it was having issues. After performing the necessary repair our home is finally cooling properly. Seriously can't recommend them enough!

Great service and honest technician. We called Lin Air after we had called another company first. The first company stuck us with a $1000 bill and when they left, the air still didn’t work and the options they gave us were a new unit or to spend thousands to chase down a leak. Lin Air came out and they couldn’t detect a leak, but did find a bad pc board and reset our thermostat. They did tell us our unit is aging and that we should think about replacing and they gave us a bid. But at the end of the day, they only charged us for the service call, not a bunch of parts we didn’t need and when they left, our air was working.

Lin-Air is an amazing, honest, and ethical company. Brent answered all of my questions and provided me with Maytag heating and air conditioning unit at an excellent price. They replaced my A/C and furnace. I would highly recommend using them and would give them a A+++ rating!!!

I loved my experience with Lin-Air! Office staff was very helpful. Brent was SO knowledgeable and helpful. He knew just what I need for my home and saved me from making a big mistake getting the wrong A/C unit. I appreciated his expertise!! I would use Lin-Air again and highly recommend!!

We were referred by a friend, had a scary experience the day before with a competitor they did some work on our unit for over $1000 and it didn't work so they would credit us on a new unit another 13k. Dave from Lin-Air came over early checked out the unit gave us a quote on a temporary fix the unit is over 13 yrs old and got us cool for only 200 dollars. I know we will need a new unit in the future but Lin-Air got us past the 114 degree weekend and now we can save for the next service. Thank you

Brent and his guys did an excellent job!
They were clean, fast and efficient. They even installed the new thermostat I purchased online and configured it for me.

After my old unit started giving me trouble, I had a few guys come out to give me their opinion. They all agreed that the compressor was dead, but many of them suggested varying levels of service, from adding a larger start capacitor, to replacing the compressor and switching valve.

Brent gave the be pro's and con's of every option, and after I did some of my own research, I was able to verify that Brent was being totally honest, forthcoming and gave me the real deal. I decided to go with his suggestion of a new Maytag unit with 12 yr warranty. It took his guys about 4 hours to remove the old split system from my attic and install the whole new system.

They were clean, put down canvas to protect my wood floors and vacuumed the whole area before they left. I'll be recommending them to everyone!

I needed 2 complete air conditioning units for my home. I got 5 other quotes from other companies and no one else could even come close to what Lin Air could do for me in terms of price and warranties. They are very professional, polite, and within 5 hours total had my new systems installed and running smooth. I will also be doing their maintenance plan. I will be a customer for life and highly recommend them! I'm very grateful!

Lin Air cleaned our air ducts as part of a restoration from a flood. The 2 guys were here for 4 hours and were very thorough and even fixed a tare in a duct we didn't know about. I will definitely give them a call when we need ac work done next

I want to give a shout out to Lin-Air! Two of our three AC units died on the same day last week. They replaced all three of our units and now we are cool and comfortable. Their crew is top notch. Very professional and efficient. Every step of the process was clearly explained and we appreciated how they addressed every concern. Brent Johnson was a pleasure to work with and we were extremely pleased that we went with this company. We have had a very negative experience with Goettl and I will tell you, Lin-Air is a night and day different experience! I would recommend them without hesitation.

It has been 5 years or so since they installed our new ac/heater. Starting with our initial call and meeting, through the install and follow up and the couple times I have communicated with them since.... I would score them 100% on workmanship and customer service!

Within an hour of our call - Dave was up on the roof top accessing the situation. Our heatpump had stopped working that morning and we were chilled. Dave gave us a couple of options and estimates. Lance squeezed us into an otherwise booked one week out schedule. Before 3:00 o'clock the next day - 28 hours from our first call- the heatpump system was completely installed up on the roof top. All was done very professionally and at a reasonable price. Thank You very much Lance, Dave and the installation team! You have revived my faith in home service contractors.

My AC stopped cooling. They fixed it in June of 2024. Worked for about 3 months. Same problem. It was AC capacitor. I opened the AC, the capacitor they placed in my unit had manufacturer date of 04/2019. They placed an old part in my AC unit. This time I fixed it myself and saved 250$. Got one from Amazon for 25$. Replaced it myself in 10 minutes. My AC is running great again. I feel cheated. It’s messed up to use old parts. I don’t recommend them.

These employees leave trash everywhere they double park and they leave gates wide open I have photos and videos of your employees acting with so much disregard I have th plate number and address if you’re willing to do something about it.

Lin Air is the company to contact for all air conditioning/heating needs. Layne, the owner is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive to all calls and questions. I can't say enough about how great this company is. The Lin Air AC installer team works extremely efficiently and quickly. During my first call to the company, I found their office staff to be very friendly and helpful. A member of the Lin Air team named Zack, performed the inspection on my old AC unit on the same day of my initial call. Zack was great and answered all my questions. I had a full split unit AC/Heating system replacement performed and couldn't have been more happy with the work performed. Their pricing is very reasonable for this industry and their warranties on parts and labor far exceed other companies. You definitely won't be disappointed when using Lin Air.

Had the pleasure of encountering A1 techs Joe, Chris and Bryan during a maintenance visit at Ashley’s furniture. Very impressive young men, finished up the job in no time! Anyone getting on roofs out in this heat deserves an extra thank you for making sure we stay cool.

A-1 is legit. Joe came out here and refused to leave without knowing our air conditioner was up and running here at O’reilly’s. He was thorough about what he was doing up on the roof and made sure I was well informed about the condition of our units. One of our units would not engage or call from the thermostat for MONTHS. He made sure he left with no work left behind to do and got it up and running . Professional and has a convincing demeanor that comforts you while he services you.

Our a/c quit cooling. Juan with A-1 Mechanical came out and found that 2 wires rubbed each other until it start leaking fluid. It took him a couple hours to repair it but he did a fantastic job and even stayed past 5pm on a Friday! I think I will always ask for Juan from now on. Thanks!!

Juan came in and maintained the AC unit in my office did a great job. Did not disturb our work process he was awesome even changed the batteries on our thermostat.
