Carlos and his brother did a great job replacing my HVAC air handler that had caught on fire. Not only did Carlos get to my house on the day of the fire but he was great about working around an important doctor appointment that I had on the day he was able to do the installation. He explained everything really well so I understood what caused the fire. He showed me the burnt parts. After installation he tested it with me watching and they cleaned everything up afterwards. He made a bad situation good and I feel safe with the work they did!

Carlos is the absolute best! He is honest and really takes the time to figure out the issue without just replacing parts unnecessarily. He has helped me with maintenance, repair, and always responds to texts quickly. I consider myself so lucky to have a heating and HVAC expert I can rely on and trust. So grateful!

Thank you Polar Air...your the BEST....I got 3 price quotes on the Lennox Merit Series 14 seer...Polar Air was 56% less than Sierra A/C and 33% less than my A/C repair guy...Not only did I save thousands of dollars... Polar Air included their Diamond Family Plan package for free....I also liked the fact that an Installer/Service Technician came out for free price quote and installer "Memo" was the Tech that installed new A/C unit...EXCELLENT work and very knowledgeable...5 stars to Memo the Service Tech and Polar Air Heating & Cooling.

I've never had a bad experience. They are always courteous, thorough, and responsive. Above all else, they never recommend unnecessary service.

Good service and honest reliable quotes. This AC company does not try to take advantage of you like others. I have tried other AC companies in Las Vegas like Silverstate and 1 Hour Air, and now I exclusively use Polar air for both my residential and commercial AC units. Thank you Polar Air.

When I moved to Vegas June 2016 my apartment's air conditioning worked, but barely. The temp would not get below about 85, so management called Polar Air. Two men told me everything was fixed, but they fixed nothing and I endured the heat for a few days before they were called back. They fixed the problem the second time, but the A/C was still weak in half the apartment, and a water leak began shortly after. Polar Air has been up to fix the leak several times because they just can't seem to get it right.

Update August 2017: My A/C is still leaking water. They installed a pump to help the problem but the issue is returning again now after doing so in July at least twice. It's been 13 months and they still haven't stopped the water leak.

Buyer beware on "lifetime warranty" apparently only covers parts for the unit. I got a new unit through them a little over a year ago spent around $8k... Figured I was good because lifetime warranty. So here we are a year and a 4 months later, told the "brain" on my unit is bad, but labor is only covered the first year (convenient)... So the part is free and even though it's an "in and out" job according to the tech... It'll take 2hours at $99/hr for labor. Plus the $49 diagnostic that the unit they sold and installed for me less than a year and a half ago is faulty. Just my experience, but figured I'd let people know.

Update: Tech was maybe here 30min tops... Charged for 2hours of labor... $198

Polar Air was amazing to work with! After receiving two previous quotes for $2,600+ to repair my AC unit that is only 8 years old, we called for a third opinion. Jerome showed up on time for our appointment, diagnosed the issue and even took the time to work with the manufacturer to find out the part was still under warranty. Less than 24 hours later, my AC is fixed and for much, much less than the other companies wanted to charge. I will be a new customer for life!

I have one major problem after my Polar Air visit: my ac works too well and I’m cold now.

All kidding aside, Lalo was great. Worked quickly, was super friendly, and honest. Polar air is great and is who I’ll be calling for any future needs, including a dreaded but inevitable upgrade/replacement of my 20 year old system.

I had these guys come out every year for the last 6 years to check my AC without fail. Unfortunately the last year the compressor broke and this AC unit was so old that they could not find a replacement part. That's okay I was due for a new air conditioner. I paid $9,800 for a new one. I had 5 years to pay it off interest-free which was great. The service personnel that come out here are always top-notch and do a great job. It's a great company and they won't rip you off. If there's something wrong with your AC after they inspect it they will take pictures and show you. Can't go wrong with these folks.

Our technician Marc MATTISON was very helpful in explaining our ac unit he has been out for yearly maintenance with the information he provided we decided it was time for a new unit. Marc was very friendly and professional I will request him for our yearly maintenance inspections.

My fiancé and I bought a home not too long ago with a 20+ year old HVAC unit. When we got the home they said the type we had lasts about 10-15 years. It worked well for a bit, but we were already expecting and preparing to replace it. It eventually gave out so we called around to a few different places and ultimately went with Polar air because it was the most affordable. Memo was our technician and he was very respectful, kind, and professional. He explained everything that was going on with the unit and worked with us on getting it replaced quickly.
