I am very satisfied with A-1 and appreciate the fact that they do not (and have never) tried to “upsell” me, telling me I “need” to buy “whatever”. This company is truly amazing. We encountered an issue late in the evening with our breaker tripping and trying to find someone late in the evening was a nightmare. I probably called 15+ companies with no luck even though they advertised 24/7 hours of operation. Fortunately, on my last attempt I was able to connect with Liz at A-1 Mechanical and Electric. She was able to get me scheduled first thing the next morning at 7am which fine since we turned our breakers off. Liz was amazing and so personable and patient with getting us taken cared of. The next morning at 7am on the dot, we were blessed with an AMAZING technician named Gerardo. He was able to find the source of our issue and explained what was happening every step of the way. You can definitely tell he enjoys what he does which explains why he has been with the company for 12+ years. Such great work ethics and someone who you can tell was trustworthy right of the bat. Also, their employees from the front office staff to their techs are the best. Their prices are very reasonable and they always strive to keep their customers happy. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company. They sent Victor over to my house to check on my air conditioner. He explained exactly what was needed to be done and fixed my condenser on the spot! The ladies at the office were also very attentive and helpful. I was surprised when they told me a technician would be able to head to my side of town so quickly!!! Definitely the best customer service I’ve had in the Valley so far!

So I had my two package units replaced 2 years ago on my 1978 house. A-1 came out and spec’d me out some Daikin units. They sized them properly and my bill went down significantly! Also suggested duct replacement. What a great idea! The air quality in the home is noticeably better.

Just had my annual checkup with Juan. He was thorough and detailed. I can’t imagine going elsewhere for my HVAC needs! Highly recommended.

Hands down the best HVAC company in Nevada. I live in North Las Vegas, and I was having issues with my thermostat, I reached out to several companies, and their prices were outrageous. I highly recommend A1 their prices are resenable, and I had help from an amazing technician named Henry. He is truly amazing, he help me work my thermostat over the phone, and his instructions were easy and very clear. A1 is definitely a company that i will refer my family and friends to.

Vil was very welcoming and helpful throughout the process of replacing our 24 year old package unit. Our technician was knowledgeable and explained how to use our thermostat and how to maintain our new system. She coordinated our replacement from start to finish and we can be at ease with our registration and warranty on hand. I would really reccomend A-1 Mechanical & Electric .

A-1 Mechanical & Electric is TOP NOTCH, and I'll tell you why!

Our initial meeting with Ramon and Vic regarding a mini split installation was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Any questions we had were promptly answered and/or explained. We had the quote the next morning. It was exactly what we were looking for, in our budget, and the quote was accepted.

Installation was completed THE VERY NEXT DAY!! The amazing installation crew of Carlos, Gerardo, and Marc went right to work. They each knew exactly what to do, worked cohesively and steadily, and by mid-afternoon the installation was completed. They showed us how to operate the unit and different options available.

When completed, they cleaned up after themselves (I wonder if they do house cleaning on the side - they were that good!! lol)

All kidding aside, this was truly an A-1 Mechanical & Electric JOB VERY WELL DONE! Thank you, A-1 !!

I also had an additional electric outlet installed in our home, and it looks like it was always there.

PS: A-1 has also serviced our home HVAC system since 2022. They truly excel in numerous arenas.

Gerardo came in and did an excellent job explaining what he is going to do and how. EV charger installed and working well. Piece of mind that the work is covered under A1’s workmanship warranty. Vic the supervisor also came out to give me additional quote for ceiling fans, will use them again.

A1 was great when our AC failed during 120 degree temps. worked hard to get us up and running. They came out promptly and on time when other companies refused to work on our ducted mini split system. Have used them since for annual maintenance and have been great at keeping us running when we had other failures. Would highly recommend them.

Couldn’t be happier with how quick, efficient and cost friendly this company was! I called several companies and they quoted me 2 to 3 times higher. This company came in gave me a quote and didn’t try to oversell me on extra things (that other companies told me I needed) to install my charging port into my garage. Honest, reliable company! highly recommend!!!!
