Ron completely saved me. I thought I had to buy a new dryer, but he responded quickly and had my dryer vent unclogged completely! He was great at explaining his process! He was thorough and completely cleaned up the area he worked in. He also identified a big problem in how our hvac system was connected and now I understand why my house cooling system isn't working right! I'm so grateful to Ron for being a complete professional! It's hard to find people who respond quickly and show up when they say they will.

Called Unified as they came highly recommended in my friend group. I called them to get a quote and they had someone out the next day. On time, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They were able to schedule me right away for a vent cleaning (within 1-2 days). I received text updates on the ETA of the Tech the day off. He was efficient and worked his butt off. He was honest. Dryer vent is included in cleaning, but he told me in the future not to let anyone charge us extra to clean the dryer vent as ours go straight outside-- I appreciated the honesty. Will use again!

So thankful for Ron and the team at Unified Air Duct! I needed to get all my air vents and ducts cleaned out to prepare for family coming in from out of town and Ron was as efficient as he was professional! Not only did he perform the service in a timely manner, he took extra time to clean his tracks and also educate us on the quality of air in the house and the importance of routine cleaning. Ron and his crew did a very professional job cleaning our HVAC ducts. Scheduling was very straight forward and they arrived right on time. The process took about an hour, and they were very courteous from beginning to end. Plus, we really appreciated the clean-up and vacuuming of the floors when they were finished. I'll definitely bring them in again.

As a first time homeowner I didn’t really understand the impact that the vents have on the house, and put off my cleaning upon moving in.. My dryer started taking about 140 minutes to dry a load of clothes.. so I figured it was time to give someone a call, and I’m glad that I called United Air Duct Cleaning!!

Ron was able to fit me in to his busy schedule the same day, for what I imagined he assumed was going to be a regular cleaning.

It was not a regular cleaning, it was the worst vent he had ever seen!! He said that he believed the vent had never been cleaned since the house was built!!

Ron and his coworker were polite and professional, very kind and worked super hard to get the job done. They went above and beyond in regards to effort and time and I appreciate that very much.

I will be scheduling with Unified again in the future and highly recommend them to any one in the area who is need of any of the services the company provides.

Wow, incredible service. Called after hours on Saturday, had an issue with some equipment and a very emotional tenant to take care of (rightfully so!). Vincent M answered the call afterhours, figured out how to make everything right, he was fast, creative, and empathetic to my situation. 5 Stars from me! Thank you Vincent!
