Theses people came and took apart our venting system, told us they were returning to do the service, then never returned. Of course by the time we are able to reach them no one can come. My children and I now have to suffer in this Nevada heat for another 2 days. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. I do NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY

We have used 7 Ray's for 3 years, always responsive, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and affordable. Our units are Frais water cooled. Not everyone knows how to work on them. We highly recommend them.

My A/C was down for 2 years, 4 other companies couldn’t or didn’t want to fix it. 7 rays had it in excellent cooling condition in about an hour! I am so grateful and can’t thank them enough!

My AC unit took a serious dump right before the 4th of July and this God awful heat so I was not expecting miracles. My apartment complex contracted with 7 Rays. They got here in a very reasonable amount of time, were very polite, courteous, fast and had that AC rolling in under an hour. And this was a replacement of the entire unit on the roof, not just service.

Also, I work remote and I really appreciated that they made efforts to be as quiet as people can be replacing an HVAC system. Would totally recommend them.
