First want to shoutout Bronson for going above and beyond to help. My Mom’s air conditioning stopped working for various reasons during the 116 heat this past weekend. We couldn’t get a hold of our property manager (long story), but Bronson arrived and took care of what we needed. My 94 year old grandma was also on the property so it was even more important this was fixed. Bronson came a few times and also kept checking in when not there to check on the status of the AC. He was very consistent, had great communication, and a genuinely nice hard working person. Thanks again Bronson for taking care of my family. Really appreciate it.

Honest and reliable. Hard to find honest companies that are knowledgeable, and I found it! Larry is wonderful and will give an honest analysis of what is actually needed rather than what he can possibly sell you. While I hope I don’t need to call on services too frequently, I feel confident knowing that if I do, The A/C Company is a trustworthy place to turn. Thank you so very much!!

I highly recommend The A/C Company! I called them late last night and spoke with Phil about my AC unit not working and he actually walked me through some troubleshooting tips over the phone! No other company would ever even consider doing this! Unfortunately, after troubleshooting the unit with Phil’s guidance it was determined that he would need to come out to look at the unit. Phil arrive at my house first thing in the morning and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the unit for $180. This is the third time I’ve used this company at three different houses and they’ve always exceeded my expectations! I’ve received repair price quotes from Yes Airconditioning in the past and they’ve misdiagnosed the problems and they try to sell you things that you don’t need. I would recommend anyone that receives a price quote from Yes A/C or any other A/C company to also get a quote from The A/C Company if you want to save potentially hundreds or maybe even thousands of dollars. This company displays a high level of integrity!

I was able to get next day service for a tune up. The same day I called, one of my AC units crapped out. I informed the technician of this the next day when he arrived. He told me that it was a fire hazard. So, ot was good that I turned the unit off. He inspected the unit and said it could be easily repaired right then. Every time I get a tune up from different companies, at least half the time they try to sell me getting whole new units. The A/C co tech said the other unit was good, and the other just needed the quick repairs. They are friendly, quick, and prepared. Payment was easy- sent via email and paid online, receipt also sent by email.
