Our aircon went out last night and it was a pretty hot and bothersome night and morning. We called Fast affordable air and wow! Jason rocked up 1 hour early and took the time to explain things to me. it was a relatively easy fix with a fair price and he went above and beyond with a couple more things. I highly recommend this company and because of Jason, will be singing their praises for years!

I came home from work to a hot house. My AC stop blowing cold air. I called around first thing in the morning and not only did This company have the best price but came out with in 20 minutes. Had my unit up and running before 9am. I am so grateful I found this company. From the call to the service rep they treat you like family. I definitely recommend them. Their name says it all.

I’ll give them that they are both fast and affordable.

One of my AC units in a newly bought house stopped working and I called them up using google search.

Appointment was easy and Mike show up the next day.

Mike arrived, looked at the house and the unit outside. Upon learning that one of the unit is cooling 2 floors he told me the Damper is broken without asking any other questions and told me it’s expensive to replace. I told him no there’s only 1 thermostat on 1 floor controlling the unit.

I think I annoyed him by asking him to put on his shoecovers before walking into my house.

Mike begrudingly climbed the 3 flights of stairs inside the house to get to the attic and looked at the filter. Now this is the part he got it correctly, the filter was dirty and clogged and needs to be replaced. He pulled it out while commenting on how stupid it is to use Merv 16 filter on an ac unit and how he hates these new builds with 3 floors. He left the dirty filter up there in the attic and climbed his way down. On the way down he told me just leave the ac unit running without a filter, the unit will fail eventually but the place will get cooled, just slap 2 cheap filters on the inflow vent.

Again, he commented on how he would never buy one of these stupid 3 story house while collected the $49 fee for the trip.

Attached picture is the dirty finger prints Mike left on my attic door with the dirty filter still up in the attic.

Honestly, I am still confused how I paid $49 for some guy to come into my house to lecture me on how it was a dumb decision to buy my house.

Now there is a dirty filter up in my attic and Mike’s dirty fingerprints on my ceiling. Strong work, Mike!

Maybe I caught him on a bad day?

Extremely disappointed in the “services” I experienced with this company. I call ahead of time with issue I was having and the person I spoke with assured me that materials would be provided by time of services. Come appointment time, technician was not only extremely rude and unprofessional, but couldn’t get out of service call fast enough. When mentioning a concern I had with another unit, the technician brushed me off stating I should contact another AC company instead. DO NOT use Mike or this company AT ALL for your AC needs!

I strongly recommend this company. While other companies wanted me to wait 8 days to look at my A/C, this company came out the following night. They replaced my HVAC unit 3 days later. TOM, the owner, and his crew had the work done in 2 1/2 hours and I was back in my home that night. Angie handled scheduling and payment arrangements with skill. I can't thank them enough.

I’m pleasantly surprised. I have a pretty new unit (4 years old) so I was shocked to not have the upstairs A/C work one day. Frustrated I did what most people do and searched for A/C repair. I called the company that had done my yearly service, they didn’t answer, but Fast Affordable Air came up on the top of the Google search. Now, if the company paid for their company to be boosted or not, they earned it. I called at noon and had a technician at my house by 2:30 the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem (broken capacitor) went to get a replacement and had the unit fixed in under 3 hours from when I called. I was expecting to pay for a service call, but I was further surprised to only pay for the part (which yes, I’m sure some labor was added into, but I was fine with it since they provided superior service.)

Fast service, helpful, and didn’t feel like I was being gouged. Would recommend and will use again for yearly service.

I have used Fast and Affordable service for the last four years and they are ALWAYS amazing. In the midst of heat waves they will always respond. Technicians are highly qualified and respectful. The repairs are fast and affordable. They will go out of their way to help. The best AC/HVAC company in Las Vegas. Thank you for providing great services.

I see why they have 5 stars! We lived without A/C upstairs right wing of our home for 2 years as we fought the insurance company. We had 2 companies come out and give astronomical quotes. This company was fixing our neighbors A/ C and we had them come take a look at ours. It was fixed in 5 minutes. A simple burnt melted wire was the culprit. Word of mouth and honesty still rules. Thank you for keeping us cool. Saved us $10k

This company saved me and my dogs. Last minute ac stopped working, called at 5pm and by 7 a tech was here to give me a quote. Shopped around for estimates to quickly realize their quote was superior. Called back and install happened the next day. Their techs are so professional, friendly and even cleaned up after themselves. It was devestating to take on an unexpected expense, but the outstanding customer service from the first phone call to the final install makes the cost hurt less. So happy I found this company! Thank you Angie, Brandon and the 3 techs that installed my unit. You are angels!

Happy Mother's Day to us! Had guests coming over and we cranked up the air to keep it cool and the upstairs unit wanted not only a day off, but full on retirement. The 5 ton unit was dead! I was referred to Fast Affordable Air by a friend that is in the industry. I'm grateful for the recommendation because they were exactly what the name of the company implies... Fast & Affordable.

As we realized this 20+ year old unit was dead, we debated on which A/C unit to go with. We ended up deciding on the Bosch because of it's improved efficiency and we figured the extra cost would benefit us in the long run. The biggest delays were on our end because they wanted to come the next day but we had to work. So they came the following day and they were in and out in a jiff! They made sure there weren't any messes left behind too.

When I came home from work I noticed that the thermostat on a different unit had stopped working. I called them up and they ran out, hopped into the attic and reset something because it turned right back on.

The next day my neighbor came over and said "Thanks for your help!" We had no idea what he was talking about. When he saw the crew over working on my unit, he asked them to take a peek at his. He was told last summer that he would need a new compressor. Not wanting to spend the money - he opted to practice sweat yoga day in and day out the entire summer! (which is crazy, right!!!) Anyway - one guy went over, looked at the unit for 10 minutes, saw some wires that were messed up and he got his unit back up and running in no time and for no charge!

If I had to say anything negative it would be their name is insufficient. Rather than Fast Affordable Air it should be Fast Affordable and Honest Air. You're not getting hosed here. They're honest and upfront with you. They will give you options for your budget too. Thanks to Tom for coming out ASAP to get us taken care of.

Thank you Fast Affordable Air for the great job on the new AC installation today. We really appreciate the team being able to install 2 units in one day. So far so good, the Bosch system is working great and temp is holding steady. I sent pics to my cousin who is also a tech in our hometown and he was satisfied as well. We plan to continue to utilize your services in maintaining our ac units.

I would strongly recommend this place to everyone. I work the night shift and came home to a house that was 81+ degrees. I went outside to see what the unit was doing and it was making some awful noise.

There are many AC repair companies out there obviously and I just happened to come across this one. Hot and stressed I was able to call and get a same-day appointment on a Sunday within a few hours.

The HVAC technician was a gentleman by the name of Nathan. He did not waste any time quickly going to the unit and diagnosing the problem. Fortunately, it was just the capacitor and nothing major.

I realize this isn’t always the case and bigger problems do occur but his professionalism and most of all honesty will make me a lifelong customer.

This is a family owned business, which I appreciate and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you, Nathan!

Jerry with Bumble Breeze was exceptional. Truly appreciate his professionalism and ability to clearly explain. This was a second opinion based off another Plumbing company and we truly appreciate the solution presented which saved us thousands

Shawn was on time on scheduled appt. He replace my 16 yr old garbage disposal showing me the picture of it being rusty, before starting the work he asked me if there were any issues on plumbing which I mentioned about the 2 toilets where after I flushed it the water still running & I mentioned to him that for the last 2 months my water bill went up by $10, so he checked it & found out the flappers on both toilets were worn out. Besides that he also checks the water softerner to ensure it’s working properly including the water heater. I found that the water heater water needs to be emptied once or twice a yr. Shawn went to check all my faucets on all the bathrooms including faucets outside the house. He is very thorough & patient in explaining me the issues of what to look for leakage. He also mentioned about club membership to their company on which I joined because of its membership benefits. He is an excellent plumber polite & knowledgeable. For the price I paid I am satisfied on the service he provided & replacing my garbage disposal, replacing the toilets flapper & water heater L-Rod. The company offered discounts for veterans & seniors. Job well done !

I called Bumble Breeze after getting a ridiculous and un-needed estimate from a competitor. My son is a plumber and I contacted him and he shot down their $3k estimate and recommended a high pressure jet service if concerned. Hunter arrived from Bumble with a smile and ready to get started. I explained the situation and he got to work. He pressure jetted the main line and honestly told me that the reported grease in my line reported by the other company just wasn't there. The line was clean and only an oz of grease was released. He apologized for the other company which I appreciated but it was their dishonesty and Hunter did a prompt, fantastic job and I'm happy to have the pipes confirmed clean. I will be calling only Bumble Breeze for any plumbing needs because they showed integrity and trustworthiness through Hunter.

Jerry was fantastic! Unfortunately, the cost for the 20 minutes of service was absolutely ridiculous.
I was quoted $49 to clear the drain. Jerry recommended changing the Spicket with the bathtub. The total bill was $401.00 Absolutely absurd cost. He was great. I would never consider using this company again. I definitely will not be recommending this company to my 50 clients per day that I see, At six days a week.
Never again.

Justin was very nice , attentive to my every need. My sink has a rabid stench and he took the time to clean it top to bottom and it's exactly what we needed.He is also nice and kind and informed us of preventive measures that we could take for future maintenance. Would definitely use Bumble Breeze again.

Had previously used for checkups and repairs. Ac unit was 20 years old and needed replaced instead of putting money into a unit that was getting old. Larry came out on Tuesday afternoon and gave us a quote and a new unit was installed on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving day. One of the technicians returned Thursday morning to finish the job which was not problem. Great service and employees. Would recommend for having work done on hvac system.

Jamal was fantastic for both service calls we had him. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were highly impressed with the overall quality of service from Bumble Breeze from start to finish. 🐝

Left a mess under my kitchen sink and broke a snake tip off in my bathroom sink drain. Then gave me another quote to fix the problem Bumble Breeze created. Manager tried to downplay and outright lie about what happened and who's fault it was. Even blamed my sewer line. Funny you allegedly had a guy run a camera through it. He didn't find a broken line.

Bottom line, for $680 I could of bought a professional drill style drain auger. If that did not work still had money left over to rent a professional reel style drain auger. And not had a piece of broken snake in my bathroom sink sewer line.

Guy who snaked my drain told me earlier he had broken a toilet and broke another snake off trying to clear drains. He told me this after he broke the snake off in my plumbing. No offense, but plumbing might not be for you.

Won't even get into the bait and switch $33 drain cleaning Bumble Breeze advertises.
