I am posting this review to document a pattern of poor workmanship, lack of oversight, and unreliable follow-through by Bumble Breeze.

In June 2025, Bumble Breeze installed an HVAC system in our unit. During that installation, their technicians disconnected a washing machine drain hose located adjacent to the HVAC room and failed to reconnect it before leaving.

When the washing machine was later run, water discharged directly into the unit. We only became aware of the issue when our downstairs neighbor reported water leaking through her ceiling. By that time, there was approximately one inch of standing water throughout our living room, bedroom, and hallway, causing significant water damage to our unit and the unit below.

This was not a minor oversight — it was a failure that resulted in extensive property damage.

Bumble Breeze eventually hired a contractor to address the water damage, but communication was disorganized and required repeated escalation. Despite multiple follow-ups, Bumble Breeze never reimbursed approximately $60 for towels that were water-damaged during the incident. While the amount itself is small, the refusal to resolve even an undisputed expense reflects a broader lack of accountability and basic customer service.

Despite this incident, we later engaged Bumble Breeze again for plumbing and water heater services. This proved to be another mistake.

Communication throughout this work was consistently poor. Documentation was minimal or nonexistent. There appeared to be little to no supervision of technicians. At one point, a technician reportedly worked on our water heater until approximately 1:00 a.m., a fact we learned only from our tenant. The issue was still not resolved, and no one from Bumble Breeze contacted us to provide an update or confirm whether the system was operational.

After we contacted Bumble Breeze to request clarification, a senior technician was dispatched. Even then, the installation was still performed incorrectly.

Bumble Breeze later requested permission to perform a “free” water heater maintenance visit. During that visit, their team attempted to sell our tenant a new water heater, despite the underlying issue being improper installation from prior Bumble Breeze work.

After we raised concerns, another technician stated the issue was “fixed,” provided no written report, and advised our tenant to manually adjust settings himself, stating it would “probably work.” No confirmation was provided that the system was functioning correctly.

We ultimately hired another vendor, who confirmed that Bumble Breeze’s work was incorrect and redid the installation properly. We requested reimbursement for this work and as of this writing, no one from Bumble Breeze has bothered to respond.

Based on our experience, Bumble Breeze demonstrates a troubling lack of quality control, documentation, communication, and professional oversight. The repeated failures across multiple service calls suggest systemic issues rather than an isolated mistake. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

The entire Bumble Breeze team is amazing. My heater stopped working and it started to get cold in my condo. Was recommended Bumble Breeze because of their amazing service and made the call. They were very helpful on the phone and were able to come out within an hour to come see what was wrong. Eric Oliva was assigned to my call and was very glad he was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great employee. He explained everything that he was doing and what was wrong. He ran different tests to make sure he covered all bases and did a great job! Will defiantly be using Bumble Breeze for all repair and maintenance needs!

Mr Oliva came out and did an inspection on the heating unit and found the source of noise quickly. He answered all questions I had and now I have options going forward. Because he didn’t force the issue, I chose to go with the annual service plan. Many thanks!

Paid $49 for an estimate I never received. Could have just texted me that he didn't want the job. Instead I got ghosted....by a plumber. Oh well, modern living? Their AI was very responsive and polite.

They were awesome!! Want to give a special shout out to our technician Michael Bunce. He was very thorough and communicated exactly what was happening, different options we could do, and was generally very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very happy with their service!

Antonio was timely, thorough, informative and professional. He took the time to review photos and provided responsible recommendations to keep our AC/heater working efficiently. We have used Bumble Breeze for many years and recommend their services.

Technician Jerry was very professional, efficient and neat. Job was done in less than an hour. Pleased with work.

My heater started having problems a few days ago. They were able to get someone the day after I called. Rodrigo was polite, professional, great with my pets, and special needs child. Great first experience with company.

He was professional, honest, and straightforward—no haggling or unnecessary upselling. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got my heater working again in no time. So, we called Bumble Breeze due to a clogged kitchen sink. We had already tried to get a plumber out to the house but they blew off the appointment so I went searching and got Bumble Breeze. The first plumber was very professional and spent some time with the issue but they had to send a different plumber the second day. The next plumber was also quite professional and seemed to have the clog opened, yet a third plumber needed to come and assess the situation. The third plumber was their “drain expert” and he proceeded to check out drain system to the sewer and found that we had some very serious issues. We were shown video footage of the pipes that lead to the sewer and were provided an estimate to reroute those pipes as well as flush out the pipes in the house to improve and fix our problem. The estimate came to just about $20,000.

Luckily, we decided to get a second opinion. They were able to inspect our pipes and found that we had a clean system with no need for any type of repairs. In fact they made some recommendations on how to keep our system running smoothly. They did charge us $250 for the inspection, yet it was the best use of my money and time.

Even though Bumble Breeze was very kind and professional, we were being sold something that was not needed and would have been a financial mistake.

I scheduled an appointment with Bumble Breeze. This was the first time I had used their services. The technician arrived during the time window that had been scheduled. His name was Raymond and he was very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job performing the requested service.

While there I asked Raymond about an unrelated issue in my home and he provided me with all the information necessary and even made an inquiry on my behalf to ensure that the issue was properly handled to my satisfaction.

Raymond also treated my home with care and kept everything very clean during his time working.

Bumble Breeze has been my go-to for all plumbing needs and they never disappoint. They recently rebuilt a PRV and ball valve for us and it looks great with copper piping and the price was completely reasonable. They even take care of any drywall repair if you opt for it. Erik Salazar did the work and you can tell he is highly skilled and takes pride in his work. Totally cool dude to boot. Everyone from their team are always a pleasure to work with. Highly, highly recommended!

My house is in worse condition than it started with working with these guys.

Aside from damaged my attic access molding, leaving black hand prints on the ceiling, and dusting my floors with pieces of insulation, I can say they attempted to sell me on a bs furnace replacement and duct/insulation work. House is a few years old, system and setup are fine.

Came out to service an existing water softener, lied about that needing to be replaced also.

Called me 3/4 months later needing to come by sometime in a 4 hour window to give a water softener installation inspection to the city because they forgot to at the time of installation.

Told me I needed a tankless heater flush because hot water was delayed. After their “flush” the problem was worse.

2 techs gave me personal numbers to follow up with issues they created and then never replied on the issues after they left.

Communication within is terrible. Mismatched scheduling, constant text messages about scheduling and leaving reviews, multiple people contacting you without any idea what they other has done or is doing. Not sure how they run, seems pretty chaotic.

Another plumber fixed all my issues quickly and painlessly in a single trip. Still waiting for a call back a month later trying to cancel my “yearly membership” with them.

Better service providers are out there without the bs, I promise.
